Mutation: Hallie has had wings since.... well, she doesn't know. But anyways, she has wings. In turn, her being part avian gives her better strength, agility, and endurance than regular humans.

Hallie has bright twinkling violet eyes that compliment her dark red hair. She has freckles across her nose and a little on her cheeks. She has high cheekbones. She is 5'11". Her hair is full of delicate, cascading curls. Her hair is naturally smooth, and almost never gets tangled. She has pianist-like fingers. She looks at bit old for her age. She is very, very pretty.

Personality: Hallie is the not-so-typical 15-y.o. She has perfect memory, and is wicked smart. She loves to talk, and to hang around with older people. She loves to get her hands on and any book she can. She would rather kill herself than wear any makeup junk, and she expects people to respect that. She hates it when people speak to her like she is 3, and if anyone did that, her temper will flare. She is otherwise very peaceful and kind, but is also very sarcastic and flirty.
Hallie can be very caring but possessive of the people she loves. She is very harsh and judgmental during first meetings, but after winning her approval she is very loyal. She is very strong-minded and equally stubborn, she is also incredibly brave and daring.

As stated before, Hallie is also an intellectual genius, as well as clever and witty. She's also strategic, and is sometimes very wise.
Hallie is also very artistic. She can be open minded, not to mention creative. She can be very blunt at times and has a habit of talking a mile a minute, if nervous. She also doesn't like to accept help, especially from the people she knows.
Hallie is always analyzing and constantly observes. She is very logical, but is not very selfless and sympathetic towards people she does know or people who have hurt her. Though she might initially appear cold and selfish, she actually has a very good heart and is willing to defend the people she loves, with her life.
Hallie is very possessive, and shows this with not letting people that she loves out of her sight. She is definitely overprotective. She tries desperately not to show her weaknesses to people other than her friends, and almost always succeeds.
Hallie is that kind of girl that you would think would be totally sweet and kind, but she is actually kind of not. Insulting her would result in being hit, or kicked, or punched. She is not that hard to take down, but you'll still want to watch her. She isn't easy to be friends with, and she is constantly swearing in- yes, i know- French. A lot of the time, she is sassy. Hallie acts like a total girly girl when around nail polish and clothes and such. It really isn't hard for her to find new clothes and jewelry, because of all the stores that were abandoned by people. You will often see her wear an outfit that is striking and then never see her wear it again, never mind glace at it.

Strongest Trait: Hallie's strongest trait is her fierce loyalty to her friends and to the people she trusts & loves. Another of her strongest traits is her intelligence, and her ability to size up a situation in a matter of seconds.

Weakest Trait: Hallie's weakest trait is her inability to trust people. She is naturally suspicious of everyone and everything, but doesn't show it, and even when she does, it is barely noticeable. Hallie can also experience Social Anxiety when first meeting people. One of the worst things that Hallie has is hubris. She is often too prideful and self-confident in herself to see flaws in much of what she does. Hallie thinks that she can always do everything and do it well.

Fears: Hallie is afraid of the scientist that made her the way she was. While they experimented on her, they did it in inhumane ways. They treated her like, well, a mutant. They thought that she couldn't understand them and what they said about her, and it took her years to get rid of the depression they gave her. She instead developed her hubris, which wasn't much better.

Light, blinding light.
My eyes creaked open, and I blinked rapidly into the light shining in my face. Tears slipped out of my eyes, and I tried desperately to avoid glances at it.
I looked down at the chains that bound my hands to the cold, hard marble slab that I was laying on. I was wearing an old hospital gown, and my hair was splayed across my shoulders.
I started as I saw the redness of it. I tried to remember what color it was before I must have died it, but I couldn't remember. All I could remember was My name.
Hallie Alecia Jones.
I shivered in the coolness of the room.
Sure, I could remember my address, my name, and how to speak English.
But anything from my past life gone.

Danielle likes to dress up, often in short dresses, as they are easier to fight in at a short notice and non-restricting.
Personality: At a first glance, Danielle is an innocent young girl. A second one may tell you she's not exactly what she seems. Danielle loves to dress up. If she sees a clothing store or makeup she will go all girly girl. She can be extremely conscious of how she looks. But this is only the beginning. She also loves a good fight and is handy with almost any weapon. She is fierce in battle, both physically and in words spoken. Despite being blonde, she is actually fairly smart and is good at coming up with plans, although most are fairly reckless. But, like most, she has her "blonde" moments. History: Danielle was raised in a lab, poked and prodded daily. She resented this, but if she cooperated, she was able to train. She learned to defend herself and attack others. Danielle was always kept confined, but the scientists eventually expanded her cage to fit a small bed. Granted, it wasn't much, but it meant the world to her at the time. She didn't trust the scientists, but they mostly trusted her. Eventually, the lab brought in a boy her age to train with her. It was at this point that she fell in love. They were planning on a way out when the scientists found out about them and killed the guy. She was devastated, but all they would tell her was that love was a weakness and that she couldn't afford a weakness. They told her the outside world was harsh and that it would eat her alive if she gave in to something as dangerous as love.

Steven's parents were freaked out when Ryan first discovered that he had fish gills as a mutation. Steven does not know how anyone here in Paris got a mutation, but he is determined to escape. His father already left Paris and moved somewhere else. As soon as Steven and Ryan get out of here, they will go look for their father.

A female with dark hair entered the room, with a needle and many objects on a rolling table. "Hello, Avani. We're going to do a few tests, okay? It won't take long." The women sneered.
Avani snarled at the women, still struggling. "I know what you do, foul person! This is not human!" She snarled, pathetically. "Of course its not, but after I'm done, who's going to be so human?" The women laughed, and poked her with a scalpel. "I'll just need to edit your back a little for your wings." The women said, smiling evilly. Avani felt darkness sweep over her, filled with unwanted pain and stress.

Active- Avani is very active. Both physically and emotionally. She'll help almost anyone, and will take them in under her wing. She helps out other people with things; and she is considered a friend mostly. She can put people at peace easily.

Avani looked at her sister and nodded. A woman in a white lab coat entered the room, her footsteps echoing inside the big room. "Welcome, young children. We will preform multi-staged tests on you." She said swiftly. "Ashley, I will take you first." Ashley nodded and got up, her stumpy legs carrying her over to the woman. "Come with me." The women said harshly.
Avani heard loud screams. Pain filled screams, which sounded like Ashley's. Avani broke out in tears, her eyes lowering and she huddled in a corner, fear filling every part of her body. When the women entered, she was covered in blood, her eyes thirsty and evil. "Your sister, didn't make it. Come with me, fussy child." The women said. Avani obeyed, her head down with guilt and sadness.
Avani followed the women, and was taped to a small table covered in blood. "Okay, surgery on its way." Said the women into a walkie-talkie.

History
Childhood
What is "childhood"? Her mother was dead before she even saw her child and her dad was gone before he even knew she was pregnant.
So she was left to her closest relatives- scientists that didn't care one bit about ethics. They decided she was perfect for their next experiment- how the human body reacted
She was not kept in a cage, rather, in a climate controlled room.
Soon, she was electrocuted as part of an experiment involving 350 test subjects. Out of all those people, she was the only one without negative effects.
Instead, she absorbed the energy(with a few complications).
Scientists were astounded, and continued research on this phenomenal child.
And well, Samantha didn't like it one bit. She was three years old and here she was, being poked and prodded at while being electrocuted the whole time.
They gave her education and such when she was around 6, and they let her read and all, but in no way was this tolerable.
Every day, she was shocked both literally and figuratively. She couldn't believe people actually treated fellow humans like this.
So day after day, she was injected with more electricity until it came to the point where it actually came out of her.
They contained her in a safe environment at this point, but it wasn't enough.
When she was 12, that all changed. She blew that shithole up, and there she went. Right out the door.
Adolescence
Paris was locked down soon after she escaped, since, apparently, there were other failed experiments out there.
She wandered around alone, learning new things. She had been claustrophobic since she was in that cage, and loud noises(fireworks) scare her considering the lightning noises she'd been hearing her whole life.
She found an old music shop, and taught herself to play the piano and the violin.
She knew both French and English at this point, so she started learning new languages. Today she knows five(Latin, French, English, Spanish, German).
Since the only people in this place were other mutants, she made a few friends, but otherwise, she stayed alone. She loved to read and write, and she learned many survival skills.
At this point she was 15, so she took up baking. As good as she is, she ironically hates cake.
After she turned 16 she figured she better decide what she was going to do. So she joined The Allegiance.
They were going to bust out of this place; but not before she learned to dance. Paris was a perfect place to be with her interests.
She has been with The Allegiance for a year, and she wears fingerless gloves to cover her hands, which produce the electricity and are the main source of control.
