Julia (mizzelle) | 48 comments I was going to update the cover and page #s with a better version from my collection when I noticed the info didn't completely match. The publication date of my copy lists "first Signet printing, February 1971" where this is 1979. Do I have the right one? Everything else (ISBN/description) seems to match.

Your probably have a different printing of the same edition. If the cover is really identical, it's ok to replace a poor-quality image with a better one.

lethe | 16380 comments The cover already uploaded says 'Special 50th anniversary edition' (which seems strange if the original pub date of 1936 is correct), but I don't think your copy would have that same blurb.

Julia (mizzelle) | 48 comments The 50th anniversary probably refers of the first Ellery Queen book which Roman Hat Mystery in 1929 (I have a similar anniversary cover for that one as well) which lines up w/ 1979 better.
