This quote read just by it’s self out of context can be a little confusing. First of all the main character of this story is named Alfred Kropp. Alfred’s mother died of cancer when he was young and Alfred lived with his uncle for a few months before he died. Alfred is abnormally large, he is about 6’9. Alfred is a decedent from the knight Lancelot, and his father Bernard Sampson with the twelve other descendants of the Round table are sworn to protect the ancient sword Excalibur. Alfred’s father is killed as well as the other knights and Alfred must save the world from power hungry men who seek to destroy the world. Now back to the present, a unknown assassin has shot Samson his legal guardian and has attempted to kill Alfred. The reason is unknown, all the reader can do is make assumptions. For example, does Alfred have any enemies? Yes he has many: OIPEP sort of like the FBI, the allies of Mogart, and Mike Arnold formal OIPEP agent.
