I honestly LOVE him as Sherlock but I honestly really think he would make a GREAT Doctor. Just the way he acts
But in season 1 episodes 3 I love the way he is bored and shoots a gun at the wall. And then the Doctor wouldn't even touch a gun :)

You know, I only started watching sherlock just after new year's day this year! It has basically taken over my life
Yup!! Same with Doctor Who :D We started it in July and havent stopped rewatching the episodes since. But we JUST started Sherlock we decided it was time :D And I already sound like him sometimes :D

I love it when I can correct people like Sherlock when they say something like, "...they lighted up the town." "Lighted, no. Lit, yes."O my word, I just started Sherlock this year too! Maybe...I think it was this year. I know that I got the first season for Christmas (Sherlock season 1? Oh it's Christmas!), and I'm pretty sure I watched it on one of my weeks off when we had "too much snow."
I have only watched one episode of Sherlock, but I will watch the whole series when I'm finished reading the books.
YAY! Another Sherlockian.My sister told me the funniest story ever. So there's this girl in her drama class that is a strong lover of Doctor Who and my sister makes a Sherlock reference. She then says:
Sister: It's okay that you don't get it. Only Sherlockians would know it.
Then the girl says this:
Girl: Yeah, I should probably start watching Sherlock. It looks really good.
Sister: It won't take you that long. There's only 9 episodes.
Girl: Per season, of course.
Sister: .....BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

I know. They are both adorable, but there is only one Bennedict Cumberbatch, and that wasn't his adorable face. That was Tom Hiddleston's adorable face.

No, I saw the trailer for that when I went to see Catching Fire in theatres, and my sister and my friend were sitting on either side of me when it came on. Once Smaug came on, they were like, "Don't wake Sherlock, Watson." I was all like, "What?" And then they turned to me and said, "Bennedict Cumberbatch, the guy who plays Sherlock Holmes in Sherlock, is Smaug." I died then and there. But I came back to life soon enough to see Catching Fire.
I KNOW!!! When I found out I was like literately dying of laughter/joy/ and I couldn't breath!!
