HOW DOES THIS BOOK END?

I read this book on a nook, so I wan't able to read the end pages (the black pages with white writing). It was too small and you can't zoom in.
So if anyone would like to share the basis of the information given on those pages, it would be much appreciated.

The pages were a NASA documentation of sorts; one page showed the cause of death for ***SPOILER*** Antoine(I think) and Coleman. It also showed a letter from Mia to her family that she wrote as the doppelganger was flying back to Earth and the real Mia was dying.
