Hi,

I notice I have two editions one Kindle and one Create Space with two different covers. My final cover is the Kindle version cover that had Defying Fate with a logo on the cover as well. That version is my final cover and I would like this version that is showing above removed. It would not let me do this. Can you please help me with this?

Were there any copies given out with the non-final cover, either digital or physical (ex. Beta Readers, Advanced Readers)?

No, there was not.
