I've already read the first 8 chapters. I'm a bit confused.

Prologue to Chapter 2 - (view spoiler)[This book definitely has me intrigued so far. I'm really enjoying the writing style and so far it has flowed nicely and is easy to read. Allira seems to be a good leading lady and I can't wait for more Allira and Drew interactions. I like the essay that Allira and Ebb did for school as it gave us some insight into the defectives and the institute. Shame I have to go out to dinner tonight I just want to curl up and keep reading!
