Fantastic "mystery" kept me turning the pages. Fun characters, as well.

It started out intriguing but became so boring that I just couldn't finish it. Such a shame because I was really hoping that it would be a great read.

I loved this book. It was better than I expected it to be. It was fun and mysterious and I just couldn't wait to see how it all turned out. I thought it was a great, fun book.

After reading a few negative reviews, I didn't think I would enjoy this book, but I did. The characters were fun, the story was interesting and a little different than what I'm used to.
The only character I didn't care for was Kat. She was an arrogant little twit. Hated her.

Agreed, good fun, mysterious... I live in the area, so that may have influenced my feelings, but think I would have enjoyed it anyway.

I finished it, but I wouldn't really recommend it, nor would I read it again. I *wanted* to like it a lot, if that counts for anything.

I like the book, young characters, modern point of view of the old books - very interesting and different.

I thought it started well and then became a bit plodding.

Well I am very much surprised at some very negative comments for this book. I wouldn't expect such extremes in book readers. Personally, I liked this book and when reading it I found it as interesting and similar to : The Shadow of the Wind, The Name of the Wind , Ready Player One and others ...

Fun is the most frequent word used to describe this book and that's because it is exactly that. It's a fun, modern adventure story, perfect for a world that is increasingly becoming less of an adventure.
