Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers on the site, as users want to shelve the cover of the copy they have. Added the isbn to the existing paperback edition. Also removed bookseller link and reviews from book description. According to Amazon the cover for the paperback did not change.
The Kindle edition with the new cover was already on your profile. It was incorrectly combined with the short story version of Dark Again. Separated those and combined the full length paperback and Kindle edition.

As the author, you have the ability to change which edition of the book is the default,
which will come up in searches by title and show on your author profile.

Hi, Actually, I've just realised, when you did all this, you've actually combined the short story version of Back Again and the Novel version Back Again the short story has a green cover and was released earlier last year, no paper book for it. the novel was released november 14 and has a paperback. Could you uncombine them please. Thank you.

There are now three separate editions apart from the novel. I think these are all the short story (55 pages) and should be combined?

Is there a difference between short story and novelette? Both have 55/56 pages.
The Green cover edition is marked as an alternate cover edition for isbn 9781311932549 and should be combined with isbn 9781311932549?
Yes I think you are right there. All books marked as short story or novelette are the same book. and should be combined. The main cover is the green cover. There should be only two versions of the book version. thank you for your help... :)
I see now that the novelette is out on its own. Would you mind combining that with the short story. They are the same. Many thanks.

Thank you Arenda. Could I just confirm that the green cover will show as the main edition to people who are looking at my page, please? I've just set it as my main edition, but not sure if that is throughout the site or just for me. Thanks for you help. No problems with confusion. It is confusing. lol.
On your book page, the green edition is showing for me as the default.When I search for Back Again, the old cover is still showing, but that might be a caching issue.
When you made the green cover the default, it is (should be) showing throughout the site.
