Merging two books

As publisher, I added this book.

Issue #1: Is there a way for me to gain access to update the blurb, publishing date, add a cover, etc.?

Issue #2:
A librarian has added a second version of this book and called it "Smashwords Edition" however I am the publisher and it should read "Black Widow Publishing" as publisher, not Smashwords. In fact, there is only one "Electronic Edition" for all distributors. Can you please help me merge these two books or remove the second one, the link of which follows?

#1 No access, only adding all info when you create a book, not adding details later. As a GR author, you have some librarian rights for your own books.
It is always fine to ask here.

#2 The Smashword edition was not added by a librarian. It was added by an import from Smashwords. I corrected the publisher for that edition and merged these editions, keeping the one with the isbn.
