I may buy the audio book. The author said it got an award. I hate audiobooks but now I'm curious.

Ooh I am really liking this so far.

Chapter 2 (view spoiler)[ Okay so she is from a different world and two different sets of people want to take her back, I am guessing her mothers clan and her fathers clan. Why now, and how did they both find her on the same day? (hide spoiler)]

chapter 4 (view spoiler)[ The slang took me a little time to get used to, not sure I understand it, so hope they don't use it too much. You think they would explain more about her, she clearly does not know what's going on. I am guessing all her people can tell truth from lie, they didn't seem surprised when she thanked them for telling her the truth. (hide spoiler)]

I finished reading this tonight! I loved it!

Kricket (view spoiler)[ She had it really rough in her life, and now that she is in Ethar I don't think that it's going to get any easier. I wonder if in the next book she'll go back to Earth or maybe Kyon will take Brighit and Enrique and use them against Kricket. I really liked those two, so I hope they do make some type of appearance in the next book. (hide spoiler)]

Trey, Jax, and Wayra (view spoiler)[ I loved those three! Wayra was probably the most private out of them, but he seemed to also be really loyal to Kricket and care for her. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ There's a lot of information in this book, about there language, politics, way of life, and wildlife. I thought that it was all explained easily and understandable, even though I can't remember some of the words they used! I know that they all are going to face a lot of trouble in the next book. Not only are they going to have to deal with Kyon but also Manus. (hide spoiler)]

How about you Emma? are you still enjoying it? I have to admit that the first part didn't draw me in much but later it improved so much. Are you in the ...mmm sexiest parts yet?

It would have been better if they did, seeing as they did just bring someone to their planet who was raised on Earth and they want her to live there. Ye I think it would too, isn't that one of the reasons authors use that storyline a lot, bringing someone new into the world, means the reader can learn with the character without it seeming odd.
