I think we should remove meaning of name and gender from the required template. I think the gender's kind of obvious, and the meaning of name just...isn't necessary.

You know it's a different colour? Well, it's a link. Click on it, and it will move the page. For example click on message 220, where it says '23 hours, 34 min ago'. It changes your link. Adding 'page=5#comment_140453508'.
