OK first of all, why does this book not give me any definitive ships? There is Keenan and Laia, and Laia, and I'd be happy with that. Then there is Elias and I'd be happy with that. The there is Elias and Helene, which I'd still be happy with, but not as happy with as the others. But I do think that at the end of the book Helene should get something, and it better be something better than Marcus.

I sincerely hope that the Commandant does not do anything to Laia. (hide spoiler)]

I can't believe what marcus did.

Sometimes I like Helene, sometimes I don't I am back to liking her again.

These people truly are all monsters! They killed their friends! I am worried about Sabaa Tahir. How did she come up with this!? (hide spoiler)]

I'm done! This book was so good, but it made me so sad!

I actually ended up liking Helene more than I thought I would. I still feel that she did not get what she deserved, because now she is working for marcus of all people!

Laia and Elias were so cute!

I think I am going to ship Izzi and Keenan now and I hope that in the next book we will find out what happened to them.

The Resistance was all jerks and the only good ones were Sana and Keenan. (hide spoiler)]
