Ah, well, for one, we should probably update all the lists so that people know what's available. It'd also be wise for there to be some sort of group event that they could get involved in.

I don't have any ideas as of yet, but it could be because my mind is focused on these three essays I have to write.

okie, so I'm nearly done with the first one, so I should be done in the next couple of hours.

Alright, so in terms of getting people active, we could start opening up leadership positions in the institutes, packs, and such. To determine them, we could maybe hold a series of events that are sort of like "trials" to determine the leaders.

We could also hold "training" events for the shadowhunters, and things like concerts for the mundanes.

I've already updated the character claim thread. For the face claim thread, I think we can let people handle that individually.

We should also probably start PMing people to get active again. We can do both group messages and direct PMs.
