If so then please set up the thread as suggested in the Read-to-Review directions, with the number of available copies, the blurb and so on.
If not, then I'm going to move this thread to the appropriate place (because of course KU is only "free" if you pay the monthly subscription.)

No problem - this is just a specific folder, for authors who are offering their book free to readers in exchange for an honest review. So I'm going to put this into the "Self Promotion" folder. If you do decide to make actually free copies available, please do add a thread here if you want to do the Read-to-Review program with us, or to list it in the "free books" thread if you're just having a freebie day.

Sounds good. Although at that point, I'd need a bit more assurance that the book is appropriate reading for teenagers, given the sexy cover.Anything with 18+ sex cannot be promoted on the Young Adult group.
