The weirdest thing... I just ran 2.75 miles after not running in 1 month and I feel GREAT!!!!!! :)

I need your kind of motivation!! last year I used to run 3 or 4 miles three times a week without getting winded. I haven't been to the gym in a while and now I get winded after a mile and cave by 1.5 ;(

I can run long distances if it's not during gym because at gym I feel competition and so...yeah

It didn't. Guys, I weigh like 152 pounds, and younger my brother is 5'9 ish and weighs barely more than me!
One weird thing about me is that I'm addicted to eating ice cubes. Also, if anyone wants to know if you have a headache sucking on ice cubes really helps ^_^
