(view spoiler)[The beginning of this book is not as good as I had remembered. I hate how mean Fred & George are to Ron. It wouldn't be so bad if they weren't so nice to everyone else. I hate Draco even more in this book. I get he has a lot of stress but still. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 10 (view spoiler)[ Harry just had his first lesson with Dumbledore, and I am so excited. I loved these parts when I read it the first time, and got disappointed when the movie left them out. (hide spoiler)]

I feel bad for Voldemort. He didn't have much hope. (view spoiler)[His mom was treated badly first by her father and brother and then by Tom. It made her feel hopeless amd willing to give up. Made if she had made an efforr for her son he wouldn't have been evil, but that would change tje story. (hide spoiler)] Also, there is some pettiness. (view spoiler)[Hermione and Ron should have been honest about their feelimgs from the start. Also, Ginny was a jerk to Ron. So are the twins. It's quite annoying. (hide spoiler)] Also, (view spoiler)[the necklace curse happened to Katie Bell. At least, she will be okay. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[I know that Harry is right about Draco. However, his obsession is out of hand. I'm glad that Harry got the memory even though Slughorn feels bad about what he did. Although, at the time he had no idea what was going to happen. (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 17-25:
I'm surprised that (view spoiler)[Slughorn thought that giving Dumbledore the altered memory would be the end of it. He should have just given the real one to him. (hide spoiler)] It would have count down on the page count. Especially since I didn't want to see (view spoiler)[Aragog again. Even though it was just at his funeral. (hide spoiler)] Also, I didn't like what happened with (view spoiler)[Malfoy. That was a terrible spell. The should have been different, too.(view spoiler)[ I understand why these things happened the way they did, but I would prefer to have a shorter book. I did like that (view spoiler)[Ginny and Harry finally got together and Ron and Lavender broke up. This was sad. (view spoiler)[The fake horcux in the cave, which was difficult to get to and obtain. It was a good thing Harry was with Dumbledore or he would have died there. (hide spoiler)] (view spoiler)[Dumbpedore dies by Snape's hand. After Malfoy tried twice to kill and said he would kill him in the tower. (hide spoiler)] (view spoiler)[I was disappointed that Harry broke up with Ginny. (hide spoiler)] (view spoiler)[Also, Bill being bitten by Greyback was sad, but at least he won't be a true werewolf. Chapters 1-9:
I liked (view spoiler)[Fluer's and Bill's wedding (hide spoiler)]. That soumded beautiful. I didn't like (view spoiler)[the reception. Muriel wasn't very nice. She should have worded things differently and treated people better. (hide spoiler)] There a lot of opinions about (view spoiler)[Dumbledore and his family and what happened. I didn't think Rita would be involved in any more of the books after the fifth one. (hide spoiler)] The worst thing about this book is that (view spoiler)[Hedwig was killed. That shouldn't have happened. (hide spoiler)] Also, I dindn't like (view spoiler)[Mad-Eye's death. (hide spoiler)] Unfotunately, that's just the beginning of (view spoiler)[the death count in this book. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[It never surprised me that Ron acted the way he did. He was used to having everything done for him. It was nice that Harry went to his parents graves. It's crazy how young they actually were when they died. (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 10-18:
(view spoiler)[The Ministry has fallen. Harry, Ron, and Hermione go to 12 Grimuald Place to regroup. Decide to infiltrate the Ministry by using Polyjuice Potion to lool like three workers. They get the locket from Umbridge but have abandon Harry's house. Ron gets injured during the escape. (hide spoiler)] This is most of the action. Also, there's a little bit in the middle. (view spoiler)[Ron and Harry get into a fight after listening to and seeing Dean and Ted while all are on the run. Ron leave Harry and Hermione. (hide spoiler)] The last bit of action is in Godric's Hollow. (view spoiler)[Harry and Hermione try to retrieve the Sword of Griffindor from a disguised Nagini, and Harry's wand breaks during the escape. (hide spoiler)]

Chaptets 19-27:
This was another depressing section. (view spoiler)[Dobby dies saving Harry, Ron, and Hermione from Bellatrix. (hide spoiler)] That could have been done differently. I did like that (view spoiler)[Luna was found (hide spoiler)], but I didn't like that (view spoiler)[she was being held prisoner at the Malfoy's house (hide spoiler)]. I also liked when (view spoiler)[Harry, Ron, and Hermione set the dragon free from imprisonment at Gringott's (hide spoiler)]. That was also sad, though, but ended happily. I also liked (view spoiler)[Shell Cottage. It's sounded beautiful. Too bad the goblin was there. He's a jerk, and I didn't like him. (hide spoiler)] Also, it was nice that (view spoiler)[Remus and Tonks made Harry their son Ted's godfather (hide spoiler)].

Chapters 28-Epilogue:
This is the most depressing part. (view spoiler)[Snape, Tonks, Remus, Fred, and a lot of other people die. (hide spoiler)] I know that there is (view spoiler)[a battle going on (hide spoiler)], but it didn't have to go down lile that. Especially since (view spoiler)[Harry accidently killed Voldemort. (hide spoiler)] That was frustrating. I did like (view spoiler)[Snape's memories, but some of those were quite sad, too. At least Harry finally knew the truth. (hide spoiler)] Also, Harry (view spoiler)[fixed his wand with the Elder Wand (hide spoiler)]. The epilogue shows (view spoiler)[happy endings for those that lived. Harry and Ginny are married, and Ron and Hermione are married. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[This was a hard book to get through. I liked some things but hated others. The ending always bugged me. Voldemort's death was a let down. I was glad that he died but it was so anti-climatic. I hated that Lupin & Tonks died. Especially because they had the kid. The good thing is that everyone was happy in the end. (hide spoiler)]
