Some of my favorite gothics were written by Jan Alexander(Or Victor J. Banis, Jessica Stuart V.J. Banis, or Lynn Benedict). I had no idea which pen-name he was actually using now or what variation, but was aware of a few newer digital e-books available. I sent Mr. Banis an e-mail complimenting his work and style and he replied the next day with a complete list of his backlist available on Kindle, which I had no idea existed! He was so kind in pointing me in the right direction, and even sent me an e-copy of The Astral free. This guy is unbelievably kind.

This is his Amazon Kindle gallery here.

These were all originally Jan Alexander and are now on Kindle:

Mother of the Moon (was The Bishops Palace)
White Jade
Shadows
The Jade Figurines
Rose Point
The Wolves of Craywood (the very first Jan Alexander/Gothic)
Darkwater
Blood Ruby
The Second House
The Moon Garden
The Glass House
Green Willows
I Am Isabella
The Lion's Gate

Gothics as Lynn Benedict:

Lucifer's Daughter
The Curse of Bloodstone
The Scent of Heather
The Fatal Flowers
The Twisted Trees

Historicals - aka Bodice Rippers:

This Splendid Earth
The Earth and All it Holds (sequel to the above)
A Westward Love
Nightsong

Sarah Mac (princess_wildflower17) I'm so excited to know there are Banis gothics I'm unfamiliar with and/or aren't already on my wislist. I could have no better news to cheer an otherwise useless afternoon at work. :D *squeee*

I took the time to add them to GRs, but so many had no covers. -.- Even so, his e-copies are still on the site at least.

Sarah Mac (princess_wildflower17) I can't wait to go through these one at a time & cross-check for title changes, etc. It will have to wait for a night when I'm more awake, though. Heh.
