I'm writing YA where the gf comes between the 2 friends. Then the gf will make him break their friendship and they won't talk at all. Obviously the friend loves him and all. Then the gf will cheat on him and he'll find out an the 2 friends will be back together and they'll fall in love later on...I really don't think it has any spark!! How can I make it interesting? :(

What shared events define the two friend's original friendship? How does the boyfriend find out about his girlfriend's infidelity?
What event(s) causes the two friends to be friends again?
Think of it like making a cake, what goes into a cake and in what order?
I think it sounds good, except it's just not enough. There needs to be another plot or problem to be solved throughout or in part of the book. I'm not quite sure what that could be, but just add in something to make it a little more interesting. Or maybe not, I may be wrong, so anyway, that's my advice.

Maybe he/she finds another interest and is unavailable when the first friend discovers the girl's infidelity, then realizes what he/she lost by letting her come between them. Or maybe the second friend becomes seriously ill, and again the first friend regrets letting anything/anyone split them up the first time. You can then work your way out of either of these scenarios to get them back together.
