OK to add a web page story?

If an author has short stories that only exist as web pages on their site, is this ok to add as an ebook to the database?

If they are complete and the author considers them stand-alone stories (not extras to another work), then they are usually ok.

Ok, what exactly do you mean by "not extras to another story"? They are self-contained, but do have a relationship (thematically and setting-wise) with the author's published novels.

That looks ok. He clearly considers them distinct and separate works (as opposed to extended epilogues or alt-POV scenes, which are the sorts of extras we don't consider books).
