Ceryan flops onto his bed, tossing the book onto his bedside table. He ran his fingers through his hair. "I would have made a good vampire" he mumbles to himself, referring to his interactions with Tatia
Tatia knocked on Ceryan's door, straightening out her dressing gowns and flipping her hair over her shoulder. She wondered what exactly she would be helping him with, and if he would reveal more about himself as they worked together.
"Come on in" he called through the door, sliding his legs to the side of the bed as if ready to stand. He rested the belt with his sword attached on his bed as he fully stood up, going over to one of two armchairs and sitting down in it
Tatia looked around at the massive dorm, walking in slowly. She grinned. "You must have more than one roommate. Must not have a lot of privacy." She raised her eyebrows, walking closer to him.
"I have nothing to be private about. Or so I'd lead them to think. I haven't spoke to them much yet. Come sit" he said, referring to the armchair on the other side of a coffee table to him. "Would you like some tea, or would you rather get down to business?"
Tatia sat down next to him and sighed. She shrugged her shoulders. "I think I've had enough of the pleasantries for the day. Let's get down to business shall we?" She looked him dead in the eyes. "What do you need assistance with?" She noticed his eyes had a depth to them, and she knew she couldn't stare at him for too long with out getting lost in them.
He smirked a little, knowing he was crumbling her defences bit by bit. "I need you to turn me" he said, plain and simple. No complicated agendas, nothing technical, simplicity itself "there's no point in assisting vampires if I'm nothing more and a sheep among the lions. I want to be a lion myself"
Tatia was completely shocked. She had not come here today expecting Ceryan to ask this of her. She put a hand on her heart, genuinely taken aback. "Ceryan...you probably already know this, but turning someone into a vampire is a long, complicated process. I'm essentially going to have to feed on you till your almost bled dry.. It's very dangerous and not everyone makes it..." Tatia had to dig her nails into her hand to stop herself from tearing up. The memories of the last time she tried to turn someone rose to the surface and she shivered.
"I've seen more then my share of failed attempts. I've had to cover up for even more, I know the risks, and I want the reward. You're welcome to think it over, take your time. I know it may be quite an unusual request, but I'm an unusually person. Sleep on it" he said, sitting back in his chair as he watched her reaction
Tatia nodded, trying to pull herself together. She continued to dig her fingers into her hand, but when she felt the tears fall on her cheeks, she knew she had failed to cover up her feelings. "There was a time... there was a time when I turned people all the time. And the one person that deserved to be turned.. the one person I NEEDED turned.." She got up, walking to a corner of the room to hide her face.
"A friend? A lover?" He said standing from his seat, but not approaching her in her upset state. He'd broken her, and what happened from here relied he bail on how he handled her in this state
Tatia turned around quickly and wiped her face. She walked towards him and tried to best to put her signature smirk back on her face. "It doesn't matter. I will sleep on this request and decide by night fall tomorrow." She sat back down and was careful not to make eye contact with Ceryan. She stared out the window at the moon, wishing she could get lost in it's light.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" He said, looking at the moon also. "Being raised by vampires, I was able to see it a lot growing up. To me, it seems so much warmer than the big ball of fire we call the sun, as silly as that sounds. Seeing the sun reminded me of the business I'm on away from home, but seeing the moon... It reminds me of the comfort I get to look forward to when I go back to Verona"
Tatia gazed at him, intrigued. "Do you miss your home?" She knew home was something she would always cherish, and was curious to how Ceryan felt about his.
"Don't you? I do miss it, although it's a let-down every time I go. I find my own comfort when I go back, it's more that i know it's a place I used to be safe, and that's comfort. Realistically, I have nothing there for me, not in my current... Situation. If that changed, I'd be a lot more welcome there. Maybe it'd become my home again" he said, referring to him being turned. He eyes went to Tatia, observing her reaction
Tatia sighed and put a hand on his chest. She knew she was out of it at the moment, and that she was letting her defenses down for the first time in a long time. "I'll change you. I can see that you truly want it- that you truly understand what it means to be a vampire." She raised her eyebrows. "But if you try any funny business during the Change... I will kill you."
"You don't quite get my motor running, Tatia. Mostly because the motor is currently anticipating being killed" he said, smiling a little at her comment. "Look, you don't have to rush the decision, I know it's a lot to ask of you"
Tatia laughed at Ceryan's choice of words. He had a way of calming her down whenever she was feeling especially tense. "I'm not rushing anything. I just realized that what happened to... that what happened to someone close to me happened a long time ago, and the circumstances were extremely different. You are ready for this. You have the right mindset." She patted his chest and then slowly pulled her hand away, fidgeting with her hair instead.
"Did you force them?" He said bluntly, not caring for being tactful, he didn't want her to hold anything back if she was gonna end up turning him, he wanted to know everything about the girl that was gonna suck on his neck. "What happened to them?"
Tatia backed way, infuriated by his assumptions. "I didn't force her to do anything... I had no choice!" She shouted the last part, very angry with him for prying into such a painful part of her life. She looked out the window again, trying to calm herself down. "She was my sister. I would never do anything to hurt her..." She turned to him eyes flashing. "I had no choice Ceryan. Now if your done prying into my personal life, I'd appreciate if we could talk about something else."
"Ok. What was the first few days after the change like for you? I've seen them look like alcoholics going cold-Turkey, but what's it like mentally?" He said, not letting his concern shine through

Tatia sat down and nodded, appreciating his quick change of subject. "The first few days.. mentally. Hmmmm. That's an interesting question." She got up pacing back and forth, trying to figure out to word how she felt all those years ago. "Mentally I felt crazed. I felt sick, I felt like if I didn't have blood immeadiatley, I would die. I needed it every second. Also your hormones are everywhere for the first year especially, everything is enhanced..." She grinned and stuck out her chest a bit, trying to mess with Ceryan and get under his skin. She walked closer to him, and got very close to his face and put a hand on his chest once again. "The first time you make love after the Change is... truly spectacular." She breathed heavily, staring deep into his eyes. She knew she was crossing a line, but being seductive was the only way she knew how to cope sometimes.
Ceryan laughed slightly, turning his face to the right and putting his hand just beneath her collarbone and putting pressure there, pushing her away and closing his eyes "I'll take your word for it, I think I'll be a little preoccupied forcing myself to not go on a feral rampage to engage in such matters." He said, opening one eye
Tatia backed away a bit and smiled. "You'd be surprised. Blood Lust and Normal Lust are one in the same my friend." She licked her lips and sighed. "Although I'd have to say the worst part of the change is the noise. You don't have control on who's thoughts you hear for a long while. It's just a stream of different consciences in your head at all times."
"Then I'll be going away for a little while, I reckon. That makes it all easier, right?" He said, unsure whether it was really true. Being separate from everyone would mean he has no standard to remind himself of during the change, and insanity could be very common, he'd seen it happen

Tatia shook her head. She knew isolation was a bad idea. "Ceryan.... Isolation will not be your friend during the Change. Being around people, however dangerous, will help you to learn how to control your powers."
"I guess... Have I bitten off more than I can chew here? I know you don't exactly know my inner workings. But what do you think?" He asked, his eyes letting through a small amount of the concern he felt
Tatia sighed. "I think you are ready. But I think you should know... Once I turn you we will be blood bound. You and I will have a very special connection to each other. We will be able to know how the other is feeling, and what the other is thinking. It's a heavy burden to carry for both of us." She patted his shoulder, genuinely concerned for what was to come.
"Are you sure you're willing to do that? There's a point where paying too much for a debt becomes unfair. I don't wanna cause you any distress after this is all done. Don't do it just because I've asked it of you" he said, putting his hand on the one she had on his shoulder
Tatia nodded. She looked into his eyes, wanting him to know she was serious. "I'm completely sure. As confident as I may seem, being me entails a very lonely life. Despite the occasional hookup of course." She winked, and put her other hand on his chest. "I wouldn't mind some company for the rest of eternity. In fact, that's my condition for doing this. That you remain by my side. That we remain allies long after the Change has taken you."
Ceryan smiled a little, and put a hand to her face, looking at her intently for a moment "that's quite a high price. I think I might be able to provide that." He said, fighting his face that wanted to smile wider. He wanted to remind himself that she was a vampire, and that the look in her eye was just to seduce him, but he couldn't help but feel like she was serious. Like she actually meant what she said
Tatia tried her hardest not to read his thoughts in this moment, as she felt he was finally opening up to her a bit. She smiled. "Do you need time to prepare? How soon do you want to do this?" She sighed feeling herself let go of all negative feelings. Something about being with Ceryan calmed her down. She caught the tail end of one of his thoughts by mistake, and sighed again. "And just so you know, I gave up on seducing you.. for now." She laughed, but kept a serious glimmer in her eyes, wanting him to know she was being sincere.
"In this state, I'm only getting older. But honestly.... I'm in no rush. I've done all the preparation I possibly can, I'm at my physical and mental prime. There's no better time than now, but let's leave it a day or two, just so we can solidify the plans" he said, smirking a little at her second comment. He stroked her cheek with his thumb a little, her skin feeling like cold velvet

Tatia shivered when he stroked her cheek. She was genuinely surprised he was flirting with her, as he had ignored her advances from the moment they met. "I understand. Take as much time as you need." She stepped closer, feeling his breathe on her face. "Perhaps I should go..." She turned away to look at he door, badly wanting him to make her stay. She knew she shouldn't have feelings for someone she was about to turn, but she couldn't deny the connection they shared.
Ceryan gentle guided her face to look back at him, putting his free hand to her hip. "I told you, I'm in no rush" he said, pushing his body closer to hers. He could feel the chill from her, the safe chill of home, and he craved more. He pushed his face closer to hers, and pushed ever so gently on the back of her head, showing he wanted her to close the rest of the distance. He knew rationality should have been restraining him, but clearly what he was feeling was stronger
Tatia breathed heavily, removing all space between her and Ceryan. She gently put her free hand on the back of his neck, and pulled his face down to hers. She wanted to kiss him badly, but was still holding herself back. She looked into his eyes, the question their between them. She knew what was about to happen, but she found herself wanting to get lost in him. She gently kissed him, waiting for him to make the next move.
Ceryan solidified the kiss, the hand on her face running down her neck, to her shoulder and down her upper arm before it took its place at her hip. His other hand, his right one, worked its way to her lower back, that he pressed toward himself and whilst his other moved itself to her flank. He guided her towards his bed, guiding her onto it without being too pushy, giving her chance to object if she wanted to
Tatia was not going to fight this. She kissed him passionately, all the while taking off pieces of her dressing gowns, and removing the pins from her hair. She laid herself down on the bed and smirked. She breathed heavy, trying to undo the corset herself. "Looks like I'll be needing your help..." She turned over on the bed, inviting him to undo the last piece of her gown.
Certain loosened the strings of her corset, and upon pulling the final one loose, his hands went to his own clothing, taking off his leather hunting jacket. His rational thinking had disappeared, and instinct took over. He praised away the corset, and he clambered over her, his lips going to her neck as his hands appraised her slender form
((I'm pretty sure they are rules against explicit details like this in a group topic. So the choices are to skip over the details or to go to pm. Ether way... Sorry Nyan :3))
Tatia felt electric. She felt each and every touch and each and every kiss times one million. She was a vampire after all, and everything was heightened. Her hand wandered to his pants, and she began to pull them down, breathing heavily all the while.
