hi i am sruthy and i live in Dubai, UAE
I am a girl living in Manitoba and I'm sometimes said to be wise beyond my years, and way more mature than most people my age. I have a strong interest in music, even though I can't play any instruments myself, and my favorite genres are punk and grunge. If you're wondering who my top singers are, they're Kurt Cobain and Joan Jett (both of them are awesome in my mind, judge them while I'm around and you're in for an angry Katia >.<). I am also a gamer - yes, a female gamer - and I can play video games just as good as most males, and I am better than alot. I'm not trying to brag, but it's just a fact. My best friends are Black Feather and Lily, and they're truly amazing (: I love them like siblings, even if they don't fully requite my love sometimes.
When did I join Goodreads? Early April in 2011. Been here quite a while, been through multiple accounts, but I hope to keep this account until I log off of Goodreads forever and never come back (doubt that'll ever happen, more like until the day I die, lol). I've been judged here alot by people, and I must say that's why I keep deleting my accounts, but I've found that ignoring negative comments is the best way to go. People in this world can be complete jackarses, but that doesn't mean you can't be good-hearted person and move on, right? ^-^ I love my friends who have stayed with me throughout my time here on Goodreads, without forgetting or abandoning me, and I appreciate them being so respectful to me and making my stay here truly enjoyable. Oh, oh, and did I forget to mention that my family is 'totes awesome as well? We can get in arguments every once in a while, but from being around each other for so long, that's bound to happen. :P
Anyways, that's all I have to say. If you want to know more things about me you're going to have to talk with me. ^^ I'm generally a friendly person unless you give me a reason not to be, so don't be shy! I don't like talking to people much or attention, but having people to chat with and clear my boredom is always great. I don't mind if you're different from me, 'cause I fully respect people who are different, unique, and aren't afraid to be themselves. (:
