And you should probably provide a little more information of your intentions.

To be honest your best bet is to write a normal book in a genre you enjoy and see if people enjoy your work. Then if you are very, very lucky, and very very talented, you'll be noticed in front of the millions of other authors that are trying to do the same thing.
If you prove yourself, you might get someone to collaborate with you, but as a complete novice, you don't have much chance of an established author wanting to help.
It isn't in their best interest unless you have a great deal of money to make it worth their time. Time they could be spending working on their own projects, their own income.
Sorry its harsh, but that's the way it is.
