How to make a banner

Hey, I want to make a banner or button for a new feature I'm doing on my blog anyone know where I can go to make one, if its easy to do that that would be great! Thanks

Hmm... do you mean a graphics software? Most people use Photoshop, but GIMP is similar and free.

Personally I prefer Serif. It's pretty easy as well but I believe you can find some results searching for banner makers if you prefer a simple one.

But for a button you can also do CSS. :)
