Kristi (kristicoleman) This week we are working on mindfulness of the body. The techniques introduces are Body Scan, (I'll add later, as I don't have my book with me)

We are aiming for meditation sessions of 20 mins 4x this week.

Please feel free to use this thread to check-in through the week as well as a final check-in at the end of the week.

Kristi (kristicoleman) My week 2 was a pretty epic fail. I only meditated once and that was at a meditation class, so I didn't get to try out the meditations for the week...oh well. Back on the horse for the next week.
