I love P.G. Wodehouse's Jeeves and Wooster books, they make me laugh every time. The library has a bunch of them on audiobook, I like to check them out and listen to them in the car. Definitely makes my commute more fun!

I can't say it always makes me laugh but Stephen Colbert's many books mocking the blowhard style of political mouthers have made me laugh out loud on reading.

I find The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gentleman by Laurence Sterne very funny. It is experimental fiction from the 1700's and the true source of all things Monty Python. It's a rambling tale about everything and nothing, the ultimate in digression.
