R. L. Gallagher & Whitnee

Bex shook her head as she wrapped her arms around the girl again, pinching her eyes shut. God, she wished she could go back to their first day, when they had all just met and Kieera was a shy mess and Effie was a lonely drunk and Bex was single and excited and paired at the hip with Gewls. The days when they could just flirt with boys, not worry about pregnancies. "They're not going to kick you out, you hear me?" she told her, holding her close. "They're not going to kick you out. Headmistress isn't heartless. You've been here longer than Franky; she wouldn't want to lose a student as valuable and promising as you." She didn't care how much she was offending Franky right now; she cared about how Gewls was feeling.
Franky's brow furrowed hesitantly as she looked at Kieera, still not moving from her spot on the bed as she tried to come up with an answer to the question. "No. It was much worse," she decided with a slight nod before turning her attention back to Gewls and Bex.
Ace bolted up from his spot, and it was as if he'd grown three inches and put on ten pounds, because as he stood glaring at Link, he felt almost invincible. "I wasn't doing anything with Monroe," he defended sharply, his jaw clenched, and Jack got up from his spot just as he was about to answer Zander to stand between Link and Ace, his hand resting on his friend's chest.
"Can we just stop with all of this? Please?" Jack pleaded, looking between them. "Neither of you owe each other an explanation for your actions. I don't care if you fucked Monroe," he said with a look to Ace before turning to Link, "And I don't care if you wind up marrying Franky. We're friends, alright? We can't treat each other like shit and plan on spending the rest of the semester living together. Just back off." He gave Ace's chest a light shove, and with a huff, Ace backed off and plopped down on his bed.

Gewls didn't believe one word she had said. She was scared about being alone and what her father would think and what her mother would think, and her step mom. She hated those thoughts. But they seemed to take over. The thoughts were always going to be there. "Everyone is going to be disappointed in me." She hated this. She let go of Bex and sat on the edge of her bed, rubbing her swollen eyes. "I should probably go talk to Jack… ya think?"
Kieera rolled her eyes, burying her face in her pillow. She hated the way she was feeling inside. The alcohol was no longer working and that was ridiculous. "I'm sorry it sucked so bad."
Zander could see the heat between Ace and Link. They looked like they would rip each other apart in just one instant. "I think there is just miscommunication between everyone. That has to be the reason they… are all freaking out, right?" Except for Bex. She was serious about not wanting to be with him. He had never felt more shitty than when she broke up with him over that.

Franky gave a light shrug, sighing softly as she finally began relaxing into her spot on her own bed. She reminded herself to stop being so uptight and tense around them; she lived their now, and until Demitrious either kicked Effie out or Monroe disappeared and Effie was left homeless and the bed was reclaimed, she was going to have to stay there. "It's not your fault," she answered Kieera, pursing her lips as she looked at her. "Do you... do you want to talk about Ace? I mean, I totally get that we don't get along, but I've been with my fair share of cheating douches, so..." She left the sentence there, chewing on her lip as she wondered when the hell she got so sensitive.
Ace glanced over at Zander. He was honestly surprised he, of all people, hadn't ripped his throat out yet. He had been threatened by the burly big brother months ago when he first started flirting with Kieera, and now that his little sister was heartbroken, he was sure Zander was going to murder him, but for the time being, he seemed a bit preoccupied with his own heart break. "That's got to be it," he agreed with a nod. "I mean, we all know how much girls gossip. Maybe some bad shit was just spread around?" he reasoned, and Jack just sighed, moving to lean against his bed.

Kieera hid her face, her hands wrapping around her sheets as she thought about ace. She wasn't even sure that he cheated on her. But the fact that he made Monroe a priority and when he turned red with fury as he yelled at her… it was ridiculous. She couldn't help but feel like he was definitely thinking abot Monroe rather passionately.
"So we should to talk to them?" Zander asked. It might have been smart to just pick up and go fix things. Ask them what was going on. Dear lord, what if it was because they were all on their periods or something? Well, Gewls and Franky weren't on their periods. But they were super hormonal. And Frankly, Franky wasn't fighting with Link they were just hooking up.

Franky, sighed, realizing that had been a bad move on her part. That that as a no, she thought to herself with a sigh as she stood up. The room felt too stuffy with her in it; she wanted to get away from there, go join someone who actually liked her, but unfortunately, the only other person there who semi-tolerated her was Demitrious and he was probably occupied as he usually was with Effie. So as she reached the door, she silently slipped out, closing it behind her.
Ace stood up quickly, not even giving Zander an answer as his hand landed on the door knob.
"Wait," Jack called, looking at all of them once they froze. "Shouldn't we wait? You know, give them some time and space?" he insisted. He didn't like the idea of barging in there and demanding answers from Gewls; it felt like it would get them in more trouble with the girls than they already were.
Ace sneered, opening the door as he looked at Jack. "You're willing to risk losing Gewls because you're afraid to confront her? You going to let her live the rest of her life, thinking that you just shrugged your shoulders at her problems and let her walk away?" he challenged with a raised brow, and Jack sighed almost as quickly as he was walking out the room.
"Let's go," he grumbled, and Ace chuckled confidently.

Kieera sat up, noticing the absence of Franky. She didn't care. Franky was trying to help, but she wasn't someone Kieera would want to talk too. She looked at the other two girls. "We should party… as much as a pregnant girl can party." She offered. She definitely had hidden some alcoholic beverages.

Link followed out after Jack. So, he was the only guy who was still with a girl who liked him. At least he figured she liked him and Effie was on good terms. So while everyone else was having a shitty day. He was making things right with a girl he would no doubt always be in love with even if she never did return the feelings he had.
Zander shoved his hands in his pockets after he shut the door behind them. "Think Bex will actually talk to me?" He was so lost and confused.

Bex squeezed Gewls's shoulders reassuringly, giving her a bright, Bex-like smile. "Don't worry, love. Like I said, we'll figure out a way to fix this. We're keeping you here with us no matter what." There didn't seem to be a way of talking Gewls out of keeping the baby, and Bex couldn't decide where she stood on that issue. She didn't want Gewls's life to be ruined because of a simple mistake, but she also didn't know if the child should suffer the consequences. So she kept her mouth shut, not wanting to give her any advice she didn't ask for.
Ace snickered as he stuffed his hands in his pockets, glancing over his shoulder at Zander. "It's Bex. We usually can't get her to shut up, so I'm not worried," he said with another laugh as he walked down the hall. He was determined to speak to Kieera, though his confidence seemed to be fading with every step. He hadn't yet planned out what he was going to say to her, so he was automatically going towards getting defensive and mean, and he had to talk himself off of that cliff. He needed to at least listen to her side of the story.
Jack lingered at the back of the group, still feeling uneasy about the situation. He didn't want to piss Gewls off; she had so obviously been upset the last time she saw him, and he didn't want to make it worse between them, so trying to talk to her seemed like a bad idea in the moment.

So… yeah.)

(Just a random thought…)
Gewls just stood there in her arms before she started crying. "They are going to kick me out and when they do… Jack can't be involve." She sobbed. Where had that even come from. She didn't know why she was acting like this. She needed to be brave for everyone else. That was her job. "I broke it off with him. I told him and then I dumped him. I didn't want him to know… I didn't want him to know at all…" she hid her face in Bex shirt.
Kieera just laid on her bed, her eyes falling onto Franky. "Were you this much of asss when you found out you were pregnant?" Hell, she was the aunt of the baby growing in Franky's tummy. It still shocked her.
Link glared at Ace. "You're an asshole. Maybe if you wouldn't have been playing around with Monroe, Kieera and you wouldn't have gotten into a fight?" He offered. That was his advice and he knew that if he hadn't fucked around with Franky, he might just be with Effie right now. That's what he knew anyways. and he regretted it. Just a little bit.
"Yes, she dumped me. Kinda like Gewls dumping you, but it's only because I got someone else pregnant. And she didn't think it was okay. I don't think it is either." Zander ran his fingers through his hair.
