Gewls got into a crouch position as she pulled a bobby pin out of her hair. "We're spies." She pushed the bobby pin in moving it around for a minute before she heard the light clicking of the door lock. "We don't need keys." Neither did criminals but hey, she was just kick ass. At less she thought she had a chance at impressing the guy. She looked around to see if he was surprised, and yet somehow she felt disappointed because they needed to get this assignment done. She shoved the bobby pin into her back pocket. "Let's go."
"Oh, what got ya into that stuff?" He asked, fiddling with the pieces of paper in his hands. Link thought that stuff was cool but he wasnt into it. He was much more into… well everything. You could say his was the place he was meant to be. He loved it and even though he never expected to be where he was.
(Okay, this stuff totally sucks but I swear my nex post is going to be ten times better than this. And I'll respond with Kieera and Bex.)

Franky turned to look at him with a casual smile. "France was boring. Besides, Harvey is the number one school of it's kind," she said with a shrug. It was a script she'd been rehearsing for two years. "I've always got to have the best."
Effie let out a short laugh. "That explains all the guys you've hooked up with."
Jack watched her with a raised brow. He'd never been good at picking locks; he preferred kicking the door down, but to each his own. "Impressive," he admitted with a smile, crouching to walk through the small door before emerging into a small corridor. "Where to, Lady Lennox?" he asked with a small grin, glancing around him at the musty area filled with cob webs.
Ace shrugged. "Blowing stuff up, mainly." He let out a laugh as he opened the door to the computer lab, looking around. The place was empty, but it wasn't like they were going to get in much trouble for this one. Well, at least until they figured out what they hacked into. The computer lab was open to anyone. The files inside, however, were not.
Bex jogged down the long corridor to where she remembered the art room being; she'd only been there once, her freshman year, so it was kind of a hit or miss for her. She smiled at her question and shrugged. "Nothing much. I'm trying to figure out how to get my two best friends to get along. What about you?"

But seconds later he snapped out of that haze, finally looked at Effie. "What did you say?"
"Good question, Jack." Gewls gave it her best to try and remember the map that had been looked over at least thousands of times by her but she couldn't exactly place it. "I feel like we should head out that way." She said, her body suddenly guiding her. But first she needed to make sure that the door was closed bygone them. "So Jack, why spy school?" She asks, biting her lower lip as she moved across the dirty floor.
Link followed him in, heading right for his usual computer. Sometimes this was heaven. He loved being in here. "Blowing stuff up is a lot of fun. I remember last year when I went on that mission…" he cut himself off. He wasnt allowed giving out private details but he sure wanted too. He turned on the computer and let it load before he started working his magic. He hadn done this in a couple weeks and man, had he missed it.
"A whole lot of nothing." And she liked it that way. Kieera could not tell you how much she wished she could just be left alone. She loved it all the time. When she did get the opportunity. "So why did you become friends with Franky and Effie. What about them made you decide this is what you wanted?" She felt like she could talk to Bex. Without others. But she felt the same with Effie too.

"God, Effie, like you don't sleep with every guy who even smiles at you," Franky burst out, almost immediately regretting it when she saw the look in Effie's eyes. The small girl instantly lunged for the blonde, going for a good punch in her cheek while Franky made an attempt to kick her in the shin.
Jack gave a shrug as he followed behind her. He wasn't afraid of getting lost, especially with a girl like Gewls. It would be fun if they did. Besides, he trusted her. And even though he was crawling through the walls, he trusted the school. "I'm too smart for regular school," he said with a laugh. It was true, but not just for him. Everyone there was "extraordinary," as the name of the school implied. "You know how in Harry Potter, how they call the non-wizards muggles? That's what I call my parents. They're non-spies. Muggles."
Ace glanced at him with an open mouth before quickly shutting it. Missions were private; secrecy was key. Even one's closest friends couldn't know the details of special missions. "You know what we should do?" he said as he plopped in a chair beside Link, kicking his feet up on the table. "Snoop around in some other files. See who's got a record," he joked with a grin, though he was kind of serious.
"Effie..." Bex started out with a sigh before shrugging. "Something happened with her parents," she finally said, deciding she wouldn't give away the fact that her best friend was an orphan. "She isn't the girl to fit in anywhere really, and she wasn't very close to her parents, so I kind of took her in. My family did, really. As for Franky, I met her through the MI6. Her parents and my parents were friends for awhile." She gave a shrug. Maybe it was because Franky and Effie were too similar that they didn't get along, or maybe they were too different. Whatever it was, Bex couldn't figure it out.

"I see." Gewls said, focusing on his voice while they walked blindly through the hidden outlet. "I love that you make a Harry Potter reference to the situation. I loved those books". She said with a smile on her face. Finally she felt something different in the wall. She pressed on it for a second and found that it opened up a little windowpane. You could see students filing around the hallways. Chattering up and what not. Quickly she put it away. "We're close." She mumbled to him.
"Who would you like to look at?" He asked, his fingers flying across the keys like a mad man. He was already in the zone. Why not make it incredibly fun by adding in some of their own angle. "By the way, when are we suppose to be back in class?" He needed to speed up his searching, and handing because they couldn't be late. "We can come by later if we don't have time." He promise. And maybe they'd bring the other guys for some fun.
"Oh." Kieera opened the artroom door and walked in, trying not to trip over her feet. "So… the painting has a secret message on the back. The only reason I know if because I read it last year." She said with this bit of knowledge which surprised her. She could be good at something. "This is where my passion lies." She found herself sayin. Not being a spy. At all. Never again would she want this life.

Franky wiped her sleeve across her nose, cussing in French at the sight of blood dripping from her nose. "Dammit, Elizabeth. I think you broke my nose."
Effie clenched her fists and looked over at her, eyes bright like an angry fire. "Next time, it'll be your neck."
"It's the only thing I could come up with when explaining it to people," Jack admitted with a chuckle, glancing over her shoulder to finally see some light in the dark space. "Okay, tell me something about you," he said once they started walking again. "Anything about yourself."
"Who cares when we have to be back?" Ace laughed, playing absent-mindedly with a pen. "Hm... who do we need some dirt on..." He stopped, a smile lighting up his face. "Why not look up Franky? See what kind of things the new girl has gotten herself into." It seemed like a good idea.
Bex glanced at her, afraid to admit that she was surprised that Kieera knew about it. "Is it tapped?" she asked, glancing at the painting on the wall. "Am I going to get electrocuted or something if I try to take it down?"

"Anything about myself, huh?" Gewls a thought about shaking her head. He didn't need to know anything about her but that's when she decided to change her mind. He'd just opened up to her, why couldn't she return the favor. "My name is Lennox Guileigha, my last name is something you'll find out on your own. I go by Gewls because my mother gave me Lennox and I don't like her. You wouldn't either. In fact, we train to put people like her away."
"Why not." Link shrugged, typing in her full name. He found a file and had it opened within seconds. The only problem was it seemed like she was a regular girl. Nothing on her like Effie had said. So maybe she wasnt as crazy as he had been told. Not to mention she really seemed so normal. At least normal in a spy way. He read it over twice. Nothing saying about her training to be a double agent. But what did catch his eye was the school on France… it seemed sketchy.
"The message is taped." Kieera tried not to laugh. That wasnt at all apart of her personality. But she felt like she was having a better chance to grow. Though she liked her personal shell. "Just take it down. Nobody really comes in here. So this is ours." She said positively.

Effie sneered, glancing at her reflection in a mirror on the wall. Franky got a good scratch in, she'd give her that. Plus her eye was still purple from the night before. She shook her head. "Either you help me get what we need, or I do this on my own, and you two can go off and do whatever it is you want," she said finally, crossing her arms at them.
"Where does Gewls come from, then?" Jack asked curiously, avoiding the question he really wanted to ask about her mother and what it is she did that made her be like the people they put away, as she put it. "How'd you get that nickname?"
Ace frowned as he read it over. "That's not as exciting as I was hoping for," he said with a sigh. Glancing at his watch, he added, "Let's just print the file we need and get out of here. We can do more digging later when we've got time."
Bex paused for a split second, wondering if she was trust worthy. She hadn't done anything to prove otherwise, so she reached for the painting on the wall, slowly touching it before letting out a sigh of relief. Nothing. Quickly, she pulled it off the wall and held it out to Kieera. "All yours."

"Guileigha;" Gewls replied. She didn't want to get into too much detail because she remember Jack couldn't remember names. "My step mom starting calling me Gewls. She thought it fit me better than Lennox. And I couldn't help agree. I love that woman to death." She was the best mom in the world and she had trained her to do things other spies were still learning. She had taken care of her as if she were her actual child.
"I know." Link was expecting a whole bunch of crazy to come with her bit it was obvious that wasnt the case. He finally found the file, and printed it out. "Here is what we need." He waved it around for a moment and then they both ran as fast as they could out of the computer room, after they had logged out of things. They could have been considered stupid spies otherwise.
Kieera turned the beautiful painting over to find the note still intact from when she had read it many months ago. Her eyes bright with exceitment as she ripped it off. "We can now head out. Your turn for this next thing." She read the paper, which could have been a clue. But it mostly talked about a file. Of a student who was a bigger liar of them all.

"Then let's go," Effie said loudly to Zander. "Please tell me the plan before I have to beat it out of you," she persisted, getting anxious from just standing around. Everyone else probably had their other tasks' accomplished, and they still hadn't done a single one.
Jack smiled at her, feeling happy that she loved her step-mom. "I've never met anyone that loves their step-mom more than their real mom. Guess I always figured all step-mothers are evil," he murmured with a grin before leaning down to whisper in her ear, "That was a Cinderalla reference in case you missed it."
Ace followed his lead as they ran down the hall, stopping once he assumed they were far enough away. "Okay, what's next on the list?" he asked, panting slightly. He hadn't worked out in weeks, and obviously it was taking a toll on his stamina.
"Sweet," Bex proclaimed with an excited smile before turning back to the list in her hands. "I say we go for... the bottle of gin. Chef's bound to have one, right?" she assumed, cocking her head to the side. She considered going back outside through the tunnel they used last night, remembering that Effie had left something there for herself, but she realized if her best friend found out she stole from her hidden stash, she'd probably break all of her fingers.

Gewls felt chill run down her spine at the warm breath on her neck. She had never had a guy do that, but she managed to remain calm. "She raised as though she was my mom." She said seriously, her eyes flickering up to his as she found the door. "Cinderella was a sad young woman who deserved more than she actually got"
Link came to a graduate stop. "Chefs alcohol." He said with a glint of humor in his eyes. It would be hilarious. Little did he know that it was basically everyone's mission. He found himself starting towards the kitchen. Everyone knew the man loved a good drink. And this would be a great spot to get it at.
"So does Zander." Kieera raised her eyebrow. While everyone as going to chef they could get it faster because he brother was a partier. He liked it a little too much which resulted in the way he was. So sexually active and scary. She didn't personally want to get near him. He would kill her ifhe found that she was giving away his stuff.
(Sorry about it sucking!)

Effie clenched her fists until her knuckles turned white, feeling the scabs reopen on the fist that was torn up from the lamp incident earlier. She made a step towards him before he walked off, shaking her head and cussing at him. "Screw this," she muttered, just as Franky ran off, calling after Zander, "Don't leave me alone with this psycho!"
Effie walked out into the hallway once they all left, knowing her best bet was to go up through the ladder in the chimney that sat in one of the old classrooms. She was done working on a team; now it was up to her to get her hands on the bottle before anyone else.
Jack shrugged. "Cinderella was a fairy tale," he said with a sigh. He didn't condone her way of thinking, she was right about it after all, but their lives weren't fairy tales. Things got bad, and there weren't fairy godmothers around to save you.
Ace smiled back at him before following him. "How do you plan on going about this? The guy was a trained assassin who specializes in throwing knives," he reminded Link. "And it's a kitchen. He doesn't know this is a CoveOps mission. This could end up horribly." Still, he was willing to make the risk. That was all part of the training, why they were here and what not.
Bex shrugged. "So does Effie," she admitted. A trade of information, she thought. She wanted Kieera to trust her, and she wanted to trust Kieera. It was a give and take, like any relationship. "It's no secret that girl's a drinker. Just... don't say that in front of her," she said with a chuckle as she started heading in the direction of the kitchen.

"So what about your family, you called them 'Muggles'. So… how many siblings do you have? Or are you the only child?" Gewls quickly flipped the subject. She didn't want to talk about the disappointments of life not being this magical fairytales he wished it was so damn had. It was awful to wake up and know that everything was the way it was.
Link smiled quickly, feeling this plan fall into place without Ace's knowledge. "The Chef has this bathroom break that takes him a long time when he eats tacos. I think we need to get him some stuff because I know the man likes his Mexican food." He said. Chef had been a good guy to him when he first got here. So he got to know th man very well this as obviously a plus for what was about to happen. Stuff would hit the fan nbut they would surely win.
"We can take Zander's stash. He's a real partier. I don't understand why." Kieera admitted. By then she figured it would be smarter to avoid that direction just in case the boy went that way as well. "I never talk this much. It's weird hearing my voice outside my body." She just was quiet. Always thinking to herself. And now this was her reaction. She was talking to Bex.

Effie made her way up the ladder in the chimney, telling herself she'd get the stains out of her uniform later, until she reached the latch. She used her shoulders to pop it open and crawled out, quickly shutting it behind her. Originally, the secret entrance led to the meat locker from the era the school was built, but now she was standing in the fridge in the kitchen: right where she wanted to be. She grinned, complimenting herself on her brilliance.
"Little siblings," Jack answered as he opened the door from the secret passage that landed them in the dining hall, just across from the kitchen. "My dad left when I was young, so it was just me, my mom, and Finn and Paisley."
Ace raised a brow. "Got any spare tacos on you, then?" he asked with a chuckle, almost dreading the answer. He wasn't sure how he'd react if he said yes, but maybe he had a back-up plan that didn't involve pulling week-old Taco Bell out of his back pocket.
Bex chuckled at her, stopping outside of the dining room doors as she said, "You and your brother seem so different. And I get that. High school's intimidating, no matter where you go," she said with a shrug before pushing open the doors, stopping dead in her tracks when she saw Jack and Gewls already there.

Gewls nodded. "That's… tough. I'm sorry." She didn't know if she should be. She understood somewhat of what it was like but she had her step mom. "How old are the little ones?" She ask curiously, continuing down the hallway. This was much better than sneaking around to find out information abou them babe could get it from the source.
"Yeah; I carry around stuff like that just for th occasion." Link said sarcastically. He knew it sounded stupid. But the point was they could make good with the chef. Ace could grab the stuff out of the fridge and bam! They would be in the lead. Kicking butt one step at a time. "No, I was thinking we could just ask… for help." He offered.
Kieera nodded. "Of course we are. He's always been like that. And I… I don't know where I went wrong…" she trailed off noticing the other two. But it didn help that right there was ace and link too. All of them clearly wanting the same thing and that was… the gin. Why was that even the case?
(Haha, neither of us. Even if it does happen soon for me)

Effie started searching through the fridge as quietly and quickly as she could. "Where'd you put it, you drunken bastard?" she murmured, telling herself mentally that she wasn't cold, and that shivering now wasn't going to make the mission any easier.
Jack shrugged, his hands back in his pockets. It was the most comfortable position for him. "Doesn't bother me. I turned out just fine without him. For the most part," he added with a laugh. "They're five-" He stopped mid sentence, his eyes landing on Kieera and Bex with a groan. "You've got to be kidding me. What are you guys here for?"
Bex sneered at Jack, side-stepping slowly towards the door into the kitchen. "Don't worry about it," she said calmly with a smile, gesturing for Kieera to follow her. "Just a... just an apple." She cursed herself for not thinking of a better reply. They were spies, dammit, and that was the best she could think of.
Ace raised a brow at him. "Just go in there and ask him to give us, a couple of eighteen-year-olds, a bottle?" He shook his head but let out a sigh. "Whatever you say, Captain," he joked with a chuckle, reaching for the door to the kitchen before he heard something familiar coming from the dining hall. Kieera's voice.

Gewls knew he was speaking the truth. And in all honesty, she understood very word. She was so much better without her real mom. She could already see her life as being out on the street while her mom went around and did dangerous things that made her question everything. "I think you're perfectly fine." She agreed and then smiled as he began to all about his sisters. But it quickly fell when she noticed them. "We'll… damn." She shook her head in frustration.
Kieera followed her because as partners she trusted her with her life and she was expecting it to stay that way. We long as they were on class. "How do you think the other teams are going?" She asked, watching jack and Gewls closely.
Link rolled his eyes. "I can't believe this is happening!" He didn't want everyone to be gathered around like that. It was lost definitely irritating and he didn't know how he could take it. He needed to remain calm. "What's going on?"

Effie's teeth were starting to chatter when she finally found the bottle. It was brand new - apparently Chef had finally finished off the old one. She smiled and grabbed it, running back to the trap door which she quickly realized only opened one way. She glanced out the small window into the kitchen only to see Chef's figure at his desk across the room. With him there, she wasn't going to make it out alive.
Jack held his breath for a quick second before immediately making a break towards the door, Bex breaking out in a run in an attempt to beat him there, but both of their hands reached the doorknob at once. "Do you even know if Chef's in there?" Bex hissed, glancing at Kieera and Gewls.
"Do you?" Jack whispered back.
"They're after the gin," Ace said, his shoulders dropping. "You said you're on good terms with him. You go in there and talk to him, and I'll sneak past into the fridge. Just distract him," he figured. It'd been there plan before the others came into the equation, and as long as they continued to argue about it in the dining hall, Ace and Link still had a shot.

Kieera and Gewls just sat there for a minutes, wondering why they were about to fight on the terms of the gin. Though Gewls actually looked at Kieera like she could take her if there was a problem. She could take both team members. And she felt like there was about to be a situation. She reached out and grabbed Bex by the shoulder. "We were here before you two." She said seriously.
Kieera shook her head. "We were here about the same time."
Link rolled his eyes, strolling into the kitchen from another door. "Chef!" H called, there in the middle of the room was Effie. He held his breath for a minute. Seeing the gin in her hand. Which only have him this panic attack because now he would have to distract chef from getting her and let's face it. He would get her and it wouldn't be the most prettiest thing on the world.

Effie stopped in her tracks the second she heard Link's voice. Chef hadn't heard her open the fridge and sneak her way out, and she was so close from leaving the kitchen, gin in hand. She threw the stupid, good-looking boy a red hot glare before she fell to the ground, hiding behind the steel ovens so he couldn't see her when he stood up.
Bex looked at Gewls and Jack and the back at Kieera. "It doesn't matter who got here first, it's who can get in and out with the gin in hand and not get killed my chef-" She stopped, putting her ear to the door as she heard Link's voice on the other side of it, calling for Chef. "Dammit," she murmured. They were already beating them to it. She panicked, trying to come up with a plan.
Ace peeked his head through the door, waiting until he was sure Chef was distracted long enough for him to slip through and bolt to the fridge, but all he could see was Link's pale white face staring at something. He jogged around to the dining hall, figuring he'd get a better look from the door there, only to stop shortly when he saw the four others there. "Not you too," he whispered with a frown. Who else was on the same mission?

Chef stood up and came out of his office. "Lincoln. How are you?" He asked curiously.
Link snapped his attention back to chef. Managing to pretend that he hadnt seen Effie with the gin. "Oh, Chef. I'm great, I was coming to see how you were doing actually." He said with this smile. He didn't know how else to act casual seeings how his plan was unfolding around him.
Kieera looked up at the sight of ace and immediately gathered her own plan. "I will distract him, you get in and get it. While Link is playing chef." She said with this smile. She couldn't believe she was about to use her sexuality to play Ace. The only boy that looked at her more than once. Which is why it was perfect.
(Tonight my posts will rock. Just working once again)

Effie gestured for him to move, somewhere where she'd be out of the line of sight of Chef. Or hopefully he'd think of something. It wasn't even about getting out with the gin now, more of a matter of getting out alive.
Ace shook his head but smiled at Kieera, walking over to the door. "You're going to help my team win this thing?" he asked doubtfully. "Link and I have worked out a plan, so once he's done with Chef-" He stopped as he poked his head through the door, seeing why his face had gone white with surprise earlier. "Um, just out of curiosity, who's team is Effie on?" he asked as casually as he could

He put his palm on her cheek, deeping the kiss immensely. He almost didn't want to talk with words anymore. But with actions.
Link did as she gestured, taking him back in his office. Meanwhile out in the hallway, Gewls looked terrified because they were certainly going to best them now and she didn't want that to happen. But when she heard ace speak she glanced in the doorway and noticed the girl hiding under the crouch space. "Arw you kidding me?" She wanted to freak out. But managed to stay calm.
Kieera sighed deeply. "Wasnt she with Franky and Zander?" She asked, looking away from Ace. Obviously she wasnt seductive enough. Where the hell was her brother? She wanted to ask Effie but thought better of it when she realized the blonde new girl was with him which could only mean the nastiest of things. She tightened her ponytail. "Let's get something else. They can have this. We can get something better." She promised. She didn't know what but she didn't want to be here anymore. She was embarrassed by everything goin on. Not that she would admit it.
Link sighed. "Chef, I feel like I'm goin to need to get some more training soon. I feel so out of shape from summer." He almost whined. Praying that Effie would get the heck out of there.
"We trained all summer?" Chef cocked one of his bushy eyebrows. The man was very hairy. It came from his Italian heritage.
"I know."

Jack shook his head, glancing past them. "That can't be the only bottle in the school," he said. He wanted to win, that was the goal after all, so coming back without the list completely crossed off was going to bug him. Immensely. "Or we could jump her and steal it."
Bex let out a quiet laugh, whispering under her breath, "Good luck with jumping that psycho." She looked over at Kieera, who was fidgeting nervously with her hair: the well-known sign of a girl who's either anxious or embarrassed. "What's the plan then?" she asked, not wanting to make her uncomfortable, distancing herself from the group. "What should we get next? Or, we could break into the stash in your brother's room. You said he had some," she remembered aloud.
"Then where are Franky and Zander?" Ace grumbled in reply to Kieera, frowning as she walked away with Bex, her cheeks red. Had he said something wrong? He turned back to the door, watching Link walk with Chef back into his office before he burst open the door, eyeing Effie who was now standing. "Gimme that," he said softly, eyes dashing to the office.
Effie grinned from ear to ear. "It's all mine," she whispered, bolting for the door to the foyer. She barely made it past Ace's outstretched arms as she tucked the bottle under her arm. She didn't stop running, in case he was chasing her, until she found herself hiding in a tiny crawlspace on the second floor behind the language classrooms.

Gewls squinted her eyes, she moved rather quickly, already positioning herself to stop Effie when it suddenly hit her. Maybe they should check somewhere else. Her roommates last year were expelled for their love of drinking. They were bound to have hid some where they hung out. "Let's to!" She grabbed his hand and started yanking him after her. She should have thought about it earlier. It made her sad she hadnt been smarter because they waisted time.
Kieera as most definitely embarrassed that she hadnt even fazed Ace. She was positive that he was actually playing with her emotions to make her get all flustered but then make her look like an idiot because he was a good looking guy. "Brothers room." She answered. Thank goodness her brother was stupid as they come.
Link heard some commotion outside so he kept talking and talking to chef. He loved the guy and felt like a jackass for letting them walk all over his mentor. It was eating him up that he couldn't say anything but then at the same time this was all about becoming a spy. He was working towards all of his goals and chef couldn't be mad about it.

Jack opened his mouth to say something but didn't have time; Gewls was already dragging him somewhere else. "Mind telling me what your next plan is, Princess?" he asked, wondering why they hell he'd decided to give her that nickname. Maybe because he was still thinking about the lame Cinderalla thing he said earlier, but in no way was it mocking her.
Bex nodded with a grin. "Show us the way," she insisted, gesturing to the door. She figured it'd be the best place to grab something, plus maybe have a good excuse for snooping around the other guys' stuff. They were spies, after all; they couldn't help it.
Effie leveled her breathing as she hid herself in the small space, unscrewing the cap to the bottle. "Cheers," she whispered to herself before taking a big drink. She'd blame it on Chef when she got it back to Mr. Jones. Suddenly it hit her: she didn't have the list, and she hadn't taken the time to memorize it. Zander still had it in his pocket. She cursed the stupid boy as she crawled on before emerging quite conveniently in the boys' dorm hallway. She figured he'd be back here with Franky, and she had no problem barging in on them to take what she needed.

Gewls stopped shortly. "Remember what I was telling you about my roommates? Well they liked drinking all the time and they got caught." She said with shrug. It was huge last year and that's why there was such a problem which was probably why Mr. Jones wanted something like this.
Kieera started moving towards the guys dorm area. They were seperate sectors from the girls. Clearly; but it didn't keep girls out of guys rooms or vise versa. "So… do you have a boyfriend or something?" She as gorgeous. She should have had someone waiting for her.

Ace let out a breath as the rest of the kids disappeared before walking slowly into the kitchen, calling out, "Lincoln, buddy! C'mon, Jones wants us back in class." He pretended to be searching for him, checking the fridge and pantry and what not, deciding that would be the best excuse for him to make to ditch Chef.
Jack nodded slowly as he processed what she said. "Okay, fair enough. Where'd they hide it?" he asked, unsure if it was a safe assumption that Gewls was in on the drinking as well. She didn't seem like that kind of girl, but you know what they say about peer pressure and all that.
Effie held herself against a bookshelf when she heard footsteps, knowing if she was caught in the hallway with a bottle of gin - and her lipstick marks still on the lip of the bottle - she'd be out of the school in a heartbeat. But when she recognized the voice being Kieera's she turned and frowned at them. "What are you two doing here?" she asked with a heavy sigh.
Bex shook her head. "Nope, still devastatingly single," she answered Kieera with a light sigh. She hadn't had a boyfriend since freshman year. There were plenty of opportunities, of course, just none of them were decent men. She met eyes with her best friend, frowning at her. "I could ask you the same thing, along with what happened to your face?" The nail marks were visible across her forehead and cheek, but that was the only evidence that there were any physical complications. She wondered what the other guy looked like.

Link looks over and prayed that ace got the bottle and that's why he was over here talking to him. "I gotta go Chef. But I will come back later tonight." They were going to start up training lessons again. He loved this guy because he was kick ass. He did amazing things and link learned so much from him.
"They hid it in the library, let's hope nobody found it or decided they wanted it more." Gewls said with hope. Last year, she chose not to drink, because she didn't want to be expelled. She was a good girl because her step mother. She wanted to make her proud. She needed to her happy. After all that woman had done for her.
Kieera looked down the hallway. "What is going on?" She glanced at the gin and then back at Effie. She was drinking it! That girl… there wasn't anything Kieera could say. Drinking wasnt her thing but if people found all the stuff she had done. They would judge her more harshly than they would now.

Ace eyed Link before smiling at Chef. "Sorry, Chef. Our teacher is requesting Link back in class," he said, cursing himself for coming up with such a lame excuse. He hadn't got the gin, but he figured they could get away with taking the same route they had last night to find wherever Effie had hidden her stash.
Jack nodded. "If you hid them well enough, hopefully nobody found them," he agreed as he followed her. Drinking wasn't really his thing; after his diagnosis he took things like that a lot more seriously.
"I need the list from Zander," Effie answered, tucking the bottle Kieera was eyeing under her arm. She raised a brow at them, wondering what the hell they were doing here. "I assumed he was back here with Franky?"
"With Franky?" Bex asked, too afraid to ask what they were doing because she had a feeling she knew the answer. "Are they in there?"
"Let's see," Effie sneered, walking over to twist the nob and push open the door. She shook her head at the two before turning to Kieera and Bex. "Yeah, they're here."
When she heard the twist of the nob, Franky pulled away from Zander, only partially surprised to see Effie there. She'd just finished taking off Zander's shirt when Effie walked in, and now she had to grab her own to quickly cover herself. "Effie, what the hell?!" she shouted, looking for something to throw at her.

Link and chef hugged rather quickly before Link grabbed Ace and headed out of the kitchen. "Did you get it from Effie?" He asked hopefully. But realized that he was disappointed when he didn't see the gin in his hands. Dang, that girl was seriously something else. He didn't mind though babe was pretty interesting and he was fortunate enough to actually see some of a softer side nobody got to see.
"Those girls were pretty creative." They would probably have to tear the room apart but she assumed he would be willing because of the assignment. She opened the big doors and walked into the kind at turning around to see if he was following. "I'm… thanks for being here."
Kieera looked away rather quickly. She did not want to see what happened at all. Effie was so brave just waltzing on in there like she owned the place.
Zander really hadnt been expecting that. He twisted his body in a way so that he could protect Franky from being seen. He knew that if he was a gronhebwouldnt exactly want anyone to see him either. "Holy shit!" He exclaimed startled by the fact that they are there.
"I'm so sorry." Kieera apologized to Bex and Effie.

Ace shook his head, holding out his empty hands. "She's surprisingly fast," he said, furrowing his brows. "Do you have any ideas?" He cracked his knuckles, trying to think of any other options. They didn't absolutely have to have the gin, but it would have been nice to have everything on their list crossed off.
Jack smiled at her but cocked his head to the side. "Why are you thanking me?" he asked curiously, a small smile still on his lips. He walked past her slowly into the library, pointing at the first desk he passed before saying, "Wasn't there a lamp here yesterday or am I going crazy?"
Effie didn't even hesitate to walk into the room. "I'm not sorry," she said with a heavy sigh, holding her hand out to Zander. "If you're going to be in here shagging this bitch, I'm going to need that list," she demanded.
Bex quickly averted her eyes from the scene. She knew Franky slept around, and that was her decision and she wasn't one to judge, but last night she had felt like Zander might have been interested in her. Now she was sure he wasn't. She backed up against the wall in the hallway, just wanting to get out of there.

"I'm just glad to have a partner like you." Gewls said, watching him walk around the desk. There had been a lamp. She didn't know what could have possibly happened though but they had more important things to do. She moved around th bookshelf, making note of the exits before she finally found the book the girls had his it in. Surprise surprise.
Zander got up out of the bed, finally Bex. She looked like she was about to cry by he didn't say anything, he stayed sure he was. In all honesty he was interested in her. She was beautiful. But he couldn't see himself settling down. He liked having sex too much for any of that. And relationships were for people who didn't care about fun. "Here!" H threw the note at Effie before glancing back at Franky.
Kieera mumbled some cussnwords. She was so ashamed of her brother and his careless ways. What an jerk!

"I'm nothing special," Jack insisted with a quiet laugh, following her lead to the bookshelves. He leaned against the one she stopped at, wondering how someone could hide bottles of alcohol in a bookshelf without getting caught. But then he remembered the school was built with plenty of passages and hiding spots, so she probably knew about something he didn't.
Effie gave a fake smile as she caught the file, looking at both of them. "Cheers," she said as she turned to walk out, looking at Kieera and Bex before stopping. "Is there something you wanted from them?"
Franky threw her head back on the pillow. They'd managed to kill the entire mood, and now they were running out of time to get down to what they really wanted to do, all because people didn't know how to knock.

"You kind of are." Gewls stopped what she was doing just to stare at him like she was a freak but that didn't matter. He was a good guy and she liked how helpful he was. "Seriously the best partner." She winked at him, before looking at the book once again. She opened it up to find a tiny vile that had just a little bit of a shot left. It was good enough.
"Just this…" Kieera went in and opened up the top drawer. His bottle of course sat right at the too. "Thanks." She muttered following Effie out.
Zander rolled his eyes. "Are you kidding me? Kieera, bring that back right now!" He glanced at Franky, giving her an apologetic look n

Jack held his hand to his chest. "You're too kind," he said jokingly, waving it off. But after she looked away, his smile never left his face as he admired her profile. She was pretty and sweet and funny and laughed at all his stupid jokes, not to mention she was loads of fun to work with. He couldn't seem to stop staring at her, but quickly locked his eyes on the small vile she pulled out of the book before she noticed that he'd been staring. "You're clever," he complimented, reaching to take it out of her hand gently.
Effie stood in front of the door, between Zander and Kieera, her hand on the nob. "I believe it's Kieera's now." She tossed a fake smile to Franky. "Have fun! You two deserve each other!" With that, she slammed the door, looking at Bex with an all-knowing look on her face.
"Don't," Bex insisted with a forced laugh. "I didn't like him, okay? I just..." She shrugged when Effie gave her a doubtful look. "I thought he was into me."
Effie shook her head. "So do you hate her as much as I do?" she asked with a chuckle, glancing at Kieera. "Now I see why you don't like him."
"That bitch," Franky muttered, shaking her head as her muscles tensed, getting ready to get up and bolt out the door and attack Effie for what she said before she decided it wasn't worth the effort. Instead, she got up and grabbed her shirt, slipping it back on. "Let's do this another time, yeah?" she said, giving him a small smile. "When we're sure we won't get caught."

As they approached the library he made note that the door was already open and someone was already in there. They probably had the same connect he had and that's why they were there. He looked in and saw jack with Gewls. His lips curling up into a smile. "We'll this is cute." He said with a laugh.
Gewls handed him the vile and shrugged, she hard link which made her turn tense. "Dammit! Can we not have anything?" She asked, but realized they were there for a completely different taste. She moved closer to Jack, hoping that he wouldn't notice the closeness of each other but he was a spy. It was probably easy to figure stuff like that out. Even if she was still a teen.
Kieera shook her head. The problem was much deeper than witnessing her brother try to undress a girl. Much much deeper. Thu wouldn't hang out with him again for sure now. "I'm sorry Bex" she said wishing the girl would make the look of disappointment go away. "He's been like that forever." He was such a player and nobody saw it. That's why it as easy for him to do what he did. Franky must have been a female version.
Zander pulled his shirt on. He honestly couldn't think abou touching her again. He wouldn't want too. But of course he did. He would do it. He knew he would even if he didn't want too. This was how he did everything. "I think we could try again tomorrow morning at breakfast." He said with a smile. She wanted it. How could he deprive her?

Jack played it off easily when Ace and Link showed up, tucking the vile in his pocket though he figured they were here for another reason. "Don't make it weird for me," he said with a laugh, resisting the urge to glance over at Gewls when she took a step closer towards him. "How are you two doing on your list?"
Bex shook her head, giving Kieera a smile as she grabbed the small girl by her shoulders softly. "This is in no way your fault, got it?" she insisted, making sure she made eye contact. She got a funny feeling that Kieera was always blaming herself for things her brother did, and she wanted to make sure that didn't happen. She let go of her, looking at Effie. "What's next on your list?"
Effie laughed, walking past them down the hall. "Like I'm telling you!" She smiled at them before walking down the stairs, pulling the list out to read the next item: Mr. Jones's file pulled from the headmistress's desk. She groaned; that was practically impossible! Their headmaster and headmistress were possibly the best spies in the world, and he expected a junior to break into her office and steal a teacher's file?
Franky nodded, walking over to plant a quick kiss on his cheek. "Morning sex sounds good," she said with a chuckle, heading to the door before she stopped shortly. "You... you don't have a thing for Bex, do you?" she asked, turning around slowly. "I mean, I saw the way you looked at her, and I get it. She's gorgeous, but if you like my best friend, I'd like to know now so I don't break her heart." It was all part of the ruse: make him feel guilty to stay with her.

Gewls shrugged, her little shoulders rolling backwards. "I think we're okay. Thanks for askig." She gave him a precious smile one that said she was truely happy for them but she was still going to kick some ass when the chance was giving. It happened. She just had that type of look that made her a completely kick ass person to be around. Her green eyes (or blue. Should look but is lazy) locked on the door. "We will see you in class. Try not to stumble in too late." She grabbed Jack's hand, lacing her fingers with his as she stormed out of the library and into the hallway.
"Think they are hidin something?" Link asked jokingly. It was funny how people turned sometimes when they didn't have as much training or experience. Coming from the kid who had less than half the training some of the other students had.
Kieera didn't believe her but she managed to pretend as she looked at their list. They were doing okay. They had two things and they needed to work harder on getting she more but she didn't know what to say or how to approach the situation. "We should follow Effie." She offered. The girl was nuts but she knew that she would find her way and definitely be onto something that these two girls didn't have at all. She move dingo the direction Effie had headed n
Zander followed her towards the door, wrapping his hands around her waist, pulling her to him. "Don't worry about Bex. She's cute, but I had wandering eyes." Had he been trapped in a web. Had he been pulled into Franky's trap. Of course he had. "Say the words and I'm at your beck and call." He leaned down, trying hard not to smash his lips against hers.

Ace watched them disappear, a small grin on his lips almost like a proud father before he looked at Link and sneered. "Of course they are," he said, looking down at the book he had grabbed. "Okay, catch a criminal: check. What's next?" He made a mental note to remind Link after class that they still planned on searching through the files they could hack into through the computers.
Bex sighed. "Tailing that girl is almost impossible, but it'll be good training," she thought out loud, following Kieera. "Let's give it a shot." Her mind was elsewhere now, focusing on what was going on between Franky and Zander. She had just shown up today, and she'd already found someone to sleep with. She almost couldn't believe it.
Effie stopped at the bottom of the stairs before she turned to jog down the math and sciences hallway, knowing exactly where the secret entrance was to get in at least behind the offices. She'd still have to successfully get through a heating vent grate, grab the file, and get out with the headmistress seeing, but it was a start. Not having parents to go home to during fall and spring break had their perks, like roaming the empty halls and finding as many passages as one could.

Link looked down, "I… here." He offered the paper. He didn't know which one he they should do next. But whatever they did it was officially handing the papers to his partner. He rubbed his chin. "You pick. I trust your opinion." He gave him a hopeful smile.
"Sounds like a plan." Kieera said, her eyes following the trail of where Effie had gone. Kieera felt something off about the way Bex was acting. She didn't seem happy at all. Which she could understand. Finding a guy, you thought was interested in you, sleeping with a girl who was suppose to be one of your best friends… it was extremely hard. "Hey, I know it's none of my business, but you'll find a good guy. Zan, is a jerk."

Ace took the list from him, glancing them over before pointing down at the last thing on the list. "Bring back a lime green liquid that can be used as poison in the event of an emergency." He felt like that task was specifically catered to him. He grinned, glancing at Link before he started out of the library and towards the sciences hall, hoping at least one lab was empty.
Bex looked over with a smile at her. "It's okay. Honestly, it's not the first time this has happened. Franky doesn't really have boundaries when she sees a hot guy, so I almost expected it when she showed up," she said, as if the whole thing was Franky's fault, though she knew some of the blame belonged to Zan. She stopped when she reached the math and sciences hall, looking around. "Where'd she go?"

Link had their perfect partner for that. He seriously wasnt all that good with chemicals but he was glad that Ace was. He followed him down the Science Hall and into a lab where they could get to cooking. His eyes bright with excitement. This stuff was amazing. He was so excited. It couldn't even be explained. "You are freaking awesome!"
"Why are you friends with her?" Kieera asked. Not that she was going to judge her. Franky would be an okay person if she didn't give off this awful vibe. She looked around for a moment, trying to decide if Effie was on to them just yet and with her luck she probably was. "Effie, you should just come out and we will adopt you into our team!" She called out. Franky and Zander really did deserve each other.

Ace waved it off. "Tell me something I don't know," he joked as he walked into one of the empty labs, not even bothering to turn on the lights before he started for the closet full of chemicals and beakers. "How much time do we have again?" he shouted out at him while he started searching through the bottles and bags and containers.
Bex shrugged. "It's a long story," she muttered and sighed, glancing around the room. She figured Effie was hiding - she was good at that - and she probably already knew that they were on her tail.
There was a slight movement behind one of the large drapes that covered the wall, and Effie stuck her head out from underneath it. She grinned at Kieera and Bex. "What makes you think I want to be on your team?" she asked with a laugh before disappearing again, and Bex knew that was their cue to follow.

"We have fifteen minutes left, do you think you can do it in that amount of time?" His eyes seemed to move from his watch to the door. They needs to hurry and time was running out. He wanted to make things go faster but he couldn't. "I'll let you know if anyone is coming." He said before stepping outside the door.
"I don't know if you need us as much as we need you." Kieera replied to Effie, following her of course. They needed to hurry because the click was ticking. "I know that Zan won't come back to class either. Plus, I just want to be on your team." She was sure Bex felt that way too. Ell maybe she didn't but Kieera was wanting to be on the winning team.

Ace brought back everything he needed, setting them all down on a table as carefully as he could. "I only need ten," he said with a grin as he started pouring and measuring and mixing and stirring the mixture he memorized during his sophomore year. Eventually, though, he held a beaker up with a neon green, thick liquid. "Cheers," he said with a smile, grabbing one of the viles and pouring it in to put a cap on it.
Effie glanced back at her with a smile, putting her hand on her chest. "I'm honored." She continued on, Bex right behind her, until she reached the grate: the only thing that stood between her and Headmistress's desk.
"Do you see her?" Bex whispered, and Effie shook her head, pulling the pocket knife she always kept on her out of the small pocket in her shirt and started unscrewing the grate. She held onto it so it didn't crash on the floor before she crawled out. Bex stayed where she was; she wouldn't be of any use messing up Headmistress's desk any further.
"Got it," Effie whispered with a smile as she finished raking through her file drawer, but froze when she heard the familiar voice out in the hall. Of course she decided to return then. She tossed the file to Bex, who frowned but began attaching the grate where it was. Effie was smart, so she wasn't worried. Hopefully Headmistress wouldn't be too hard on her. "Let's go," Bex whispered to Kieera after the vent was back in place, turning to walk out the way they came.
"I'd assume so," Effie answered him with a sigh, walking down the hall until she reached a door on her left, twisting the knob and pushing the door open. The, which they referred to as The Closet, was filled to the brim with different styles and sizes and colors of clothes and wigs and hats, etc. Anything need for a good disguise was there. "We need to get a bottle of alcohol. I know for a fact that Chef keeps one in the fridge of the kitchen, for cooking I guess." She gave a shrug and gestured to the room. "What's the plan?"
Franky sneered and shook her head; of course the little alcoholic knew where the only bottle was in the school. It was probably half empty already.
Jack raised a brow at her but didn't dare challenge her. He followed her lead, eyeing the wood paneling of the wall that she was searching for. He let out a sigh when they stopped. "You don't happen to have the key for it, do you?" He glanced around the room, trying to spot any special hiding places that stood out to him. He glanced at their teacher who was falling asleep in his chair on the desk and sighed. Maybe he knew, but he doubted Mr. Jones would tell them.
Ace started out of the classroom, gesturing for Link to follow him. He glanced at Effie, Franky and Zan, suppressing a chuckle as he walked by and headed towards the stairs. "Science, basically," he told Link with a shrug. "Chemicals, physics, the like." They had a fancy computer lab on the first floor, and though he knew nothing about computers, he figured that'd be the best place for Link to hack into the system.
"Good choice," Bex said with an excited smile, grabbing Kieera's hand and gently pulling her out of the classroom. She hoped she was going to have as much fun on this mission as she was. "Where is it?" she asked, giving a wave to Franks, Zan and Effie as she ran past them in the hallway heading to the stairs.
