Raegan cleared her throat, which managed to push down sad thoughts. Even his voice sounded like Riley's. But she couldn't let this sudden force of depression make her sad. She had other plans that she needed to get out of the way for that day. "So what's your name?" She asked. She knew deep down, she didn't want to have this small conversation with him, but at the same time, she didn't mind it so much because if he was even the slightest bit like her deceased fiancé then he was absolutely beautiful. No doubt in her mind. "And why haven't I met you?"
"I was headed that way, but I forgot my sweater in the room." Zander didn't know what was going on, but he felt like there was something different in her voice and he didn't understand what it could be. She was perfect all the time and he couldn't help but be in love with her.
(Sorry about length!

Riley swallowed hard as he ran a hand through his hair before turning to face her again. "Aedan," he told her hesitantly before extending his hand out towards her. "Aedan McCoy. And I spend most of my time in the basement," he admitted shyly, wondering why she wanted to make small talk with him. He made a note not to look her directly in the eye, so instead he focused more on her shoulder or the wall above her head, anything but her eyes. "I'm with the Tech department. I usually don't get out much." He flashed a smile, though he wasn't quite sure it was appropriate. It had been so long since he had a casual conversation with a normal human being, and of course it had to occur with his fiance.
"I'm coming with you then," Bex stated proudly as she followed him up the stairs and down the hall. "How is everyone this morning, do you know?" she asked, glancing over her shoulder as if she had a tail. Great. Another thing to be paranoid about: the headmistress following her every move. "I haven't talked with them yet, so I don't know what's going on. They've been strangely quiet. All I know is that Effie is acting like Link doesn't exist, and I still don't know why." She frowned. More problems to add to her list.

"I'm Raegan Jane, lots of people think it's my middle name…'and it's not." She said softly, tucking some hair behind her ear. Raefan didn't understand why she was telling this guy that. She didn't even know him and from what he was saying… he could have been a major nerd. A major nerd that looked like her love. Her Riley. And yet; it wasn't. It would never be him because He was dead. He was long dead. "Anyways, nice meeting you." She turned pretty much in the opposite direction. If they ever came into contact again then she would talk to him.
"I was just talking to link actually. They had, a large fight and. Link wasn't even going to talk to me about it. He was super upset. And I guess Franky and Link were booking up and Effie… found them. I don't know it's complicated." Zander ran his fingers through his hair before taking his girlfriends hand. "I love you Bex. You look gorgeous today."
(I'm really sorry it's short.)

Riley nodded at what she said, running a hand through his messy hair as he resisted the urge not to smile at her before she turned away. He knew that people mistook that for her middle name, he knew that it was one of her biggest pet peeves, but he also knew that she couldn't know that he knew all of that. He wasn't Riley anymore. He had to be Aedan. He had to live the rest of his life as Aedan. And he was hating every second of it. As she turned around, so did he, cursing the life he had chosen to live as he made his way back towards the basement.
Bex's eyebrows shot in the air, too interested in what he just said to pay much attention to the compliment. "Franky and Link are hooking up?" she repeated in shock before looking down at the floor. "But I thought him and Effie..." She shook her head as she looked back up at him. "Doesn't he know she's pregnant? Does he realize how selfish this is? How... How fucked up this is?" She quite honestly didn't pay attention to the compliment mainly because she didn't want to. Because if she focused on it, then she'd dwell on it, and it would make it that much harder to move on.

"I guess. He knows that she's pregnant with my kid… but they are still talking and hanging out and stuff." He didn't understand it much either. But Franky seemed to be leaving him alone. Except for when she came to tell him the baby moved or something. He didn't even know what to think about the fact that Link had moved away from wanting to be with Effie. He didn't want to be with her at all.

"I could have sworn he was... the one for her," Bex murmured with a frown. She thought Link would have been the one to save her, the only boy to put in the time to rescue a girl that was too lost for anyone else, and she felt so horrible for being wrong, like it was all her fault. "Now all she has is Demitri," she said with a scowl before shaking her head. "Alright. Enough about Effie. What does your day look like?" she asked casually, cocking her head to the side as she looked at him.

Zander didn't like the idea either. He would have rather had Effie and Link together than Franky and Demitri. But it seemed like since Effie had gone farther into Demitrious arms and he was purposely doing that. It was frustrating. "I have classes and then… mission stuff. We have a team meeting. What about you?" This was weird.

Bex gave a shrug, catching herself dancing across the ugly pattern of the carpeting as they walked. "Same," she said, trying to busy herself with other thoughts then ending thins with him. "Actually, I think I should go talk to Effs before class," she said as she looked up at him with a frown. "I didn't know that's why she's been such a wreck lately. You gonna come?"

"Yeah, we can go check up on her." Zander just didn't want I the caught sociaring with the other team. If he did, then he would be considered a double agent. Which he wasn't. He could never bring himself to betray his friends and love ones. He laced his fingers with his girlfriend, just wanting her reassurance for some other things. "Then I gotta to meet up with some of my team mates."

"Yeah," Bex said with a nod, looking down at their hands hesitantly. She held onto him for awhile before she decided she would start getting impatient and pulled away to skip ahead of him, hoping it didn't look too suspicious. She reached the dorm Effie had been placed in by herself before that Monroe girl showed up, and knocked, hoping that she was still in there. "Effs, darling!" she called into the room.
Effie emerged seconds later, standing in nothing but a long flannel that went down to her thighs that most definitely didn't belong to her, not at all bothered that Zander was there and there was definitely the possibility she didn't have underwear on. "Can I help you?" she asked Bex too casually, a cigarette between her fingers.
Bex frowned. So she was still upset about the Link thing. "We've got that mission, remember?" she reminded her, using that as an excuse to get the pale girl dressed and out of her smokey room.

Zander looked at he other girl, his eyes skimming her over before he shook his head. this couldn't have been all Link's fault. He didn't make her feel like that. "It's fun… you know?" He offered. Because he didn't know what to say. He was that awkard third wheel.
(Sorry, gotta get ready for work!)

Caesar snickered lightly but said nothing, deciding an arrogant comment would totally kill the mood. So he stayed silent as he stroked her hair, kissing the top of her head lightly while he held her. "Ready for that mission today?" he asked quietly, hoping that changing the subject would help ease her mind. The kids all had some crazy mission that involved all the teachers, and though he knew his part, he had no idea what the hell was going on, but that was just how he worked, basically.
Effie rolled her eyes before she shut the door in their face, but Bex knew it wasn't for good. A few seconds later, the girl re-emerged in the standard uniform, only it didn't fit her quite right anymore. Bex swore she was still losing weight, which only made her more anxious, and she had the big flannel on over her tiny shoulders. "Where'd you get that ugly thing?" she asked, walking right behind her as Effie took the lead to head downstairs.
"Demitrious," she answered shortly. She didn't want to leave her cave. She was busy carving open her arms and examining old wounds and enjoying the peace and quiet without her roommate there, but now she had to go on some mission and pretend she didn't totally hate her existence.

Zander felt himself flinch over that. Really? Of all people she would have clothing from. For some crazy reason, he was half expecting Link to come and sweep her off her feet and then Demitrious could have the girl that he accidently impregnanted. It wasn't like he wanted to be a teenage father it just sort of chose him rather than the oppsite.

Bex glanced back at Zander nervously, as if he might know what to do, how to fix her friend, but he didn't, and quite honestly neither did she. She had no idea what to do, and currently her only hope was that Monroe girl that Ace had been spending an awful lot of time with. "You seen Kieera?" Bex asked Effie, who gave a nonchalant shrug as she stopped in the foyer.
"Haven't been looking for her," she said shortly before her hallow eyes landed on Zander. "We've got a mission to get to." They flickered over to Bex. "And so do you." With that, the short girl spun on her heel and headed down the hall where the designated meeting place was for their team.

Zander raised his eyebrow. That's right, he was on the same team as Effie. and he noted that they had split the team up in a way where they had couples working against each other. He looked back at Bex only after Effie had started walking away. "I think Kieera hasn't come out of the dorm room unless she is down at lunch. I know she's been quite upset since Monroe got here. It's because Ace doesn't pay attention anymore. Which makes me want to kick his ass because we had a conversation about it." He rolled his eyes and went after Effie:

Caesar couldn't help but laugh at what she said before he watched her disappear behind his classroom door, too late as he said, "I love you too, Rae." With a sigh, he went back to drawing his huge masterpiece that would probably take months to finish with his perfectionist personality, all the while thinking about what he had to do for this mission.
Bex nodded at what he said before she watched him walk away with a sigh. She felt like she was carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders right now. Heading towards the stairs, she took them two at a time and practically ran down the hall to talk to Kieera. She was afraid if she was left alone for too long the voices would start telling her to blab about her new secret, and since she was refusing to take her medication, the chances of that happening were severely greater than usual.

Kieera stayed with Bex since the other girl had come and got her from her room. She hadn't seen her 'boyfriend' much since the new girl had shown up and she didn't want to be near him either. He hadn't said anything to had about Monroe. But her beauty was pretty much the answer to what had happened. They must have been way more than what Ace was leading her to believe.

Effie frowned as she read the papers over and over again, her trained memory gluing everything to the front of her brain so she wouldn't forget it when they started the mission. "Not since we last talked," she murmured to her, giving her a look that shut Monroe up pretty quickly. She kicked herself back in her own chair, picking up her papers and reading over them silently. If there was one thing she hated about the spy world, it was paperwork. So much damn paperwork.
"You're awfully quiet," Bex commented as she sat with Kieera in the art classroom. The mission had their team starting here before they took off to go take care of something else, but that extremely hot art teacher was nowhere to be found, which she really wanted to girl-gush over him with Kieera, but given that she was practically silent, she really didn't see that as an option. "What's up?"

Jaxon cleared his throat. He should have spoke up the moment he saw monroe or even saw Zander giving him this weird look. He wasn't sure what he should do or say in the first place and he seemed to be the odd ball.
Kieera glanced at the other girl, her face drained of any real color. She felt like she didn't know what to say anyways. "I'm just overreacting about something." She was bottling it up and it would have been nice to have a distraction from it.
Link rolled into the classroom, making his way towards the table, Demitrious at his tow.
"It's ace." Kieera finally whispered. "He's got feelings for new girl."

"Hey you," Monroe said in greeting to Ace, keeping her voice down so she didn't disturb the other students that were still reading.
Ace glanced at Zander on the other side of Effie before giving Monroe a nervous smile. He always felt guilty for spending time with her when he was around, just because he knew that he was pissed at him because he thought he was putting Mimi before Kieera. He couldn't have been more wrong, but it was tough explaining that to a protective older brother.
Effie felt rather out of place with all the people around her, like none of them really cared if she were there or not. She'd been feeling that a lot lately, and she knew she should have brought it up in one of her routine mock-therapy sessions with that Raegan chick, but she just couldn't bring herself to even confront her own feelings quite yet.
Bex raised a brow at Kieera, glancing over her shoulder in time to see Link and Demitri. She was mildly pissed off at Link still from her discussion with Zander this morning, but she also didn't want either one of them jumping into her conversation with Kieera. "Oh, love, you can't actually believe that, right?" she whispered back to her, leaning in close so once the boys saw them and sat with them like the usually always did they wouldn't hear when they got too close. "That boy has been head over heels for you since he saw you. Monroe's old news."

Zander rolled his eyes at Ace. If Kieera came crying to him… he would take care of it. No questions asked. Ace would regret ever touching his sister. More importantly ever looking in her direction.
Kieera shook her head. Of course Bex would take his side. Whatever the case. Kieera just needed to remember that she could pretend that Ace didn't exist. She could find a new attractive man. And she would. Except for the fact that she didn't want too. She wasn't pretty enough. Clearly, not for a guy like Ace and anyone else out there. New girl was though… she could have anyone.

Bex let out a sigh as Kieera shook her head, knowing that she'd probably said the wrong thing. She was usually so good at advice; her mind was just too compromised. "Kieera, I'm sure that everything is fine. Whoever that Monroe girl is, she pales in comparison to you. I can assure you of that. I promise." She flashed a quick smile as she rested her head in her hand.

Zander looked at Effie once again. "Is Bex mad at me or something?" He couldn't help but look at Franky to see if she could possibly be the reason he was in trouble.
Kieera nodded in agreement. She had to be right. Only, Kieera felt doubt in her chest. She didn't want to think that her boyfriend had held hands with Monroe. Or kissed her. Even worse… had sex with her. But she was jumping to conclusions. So, she needed to just be smarter and trusting him. "So, what's up?"
