"Rebecca?" Headmistress Morgan said quietly as she approached the group of students sitting at their normal table. She tried to ignore the fact that a few were missing and it looked like tensions were unusually high among all of them today, so she didn't say anything or make eye contact with anyone else besides the tall blonde who looked utterly exhausted.
Bex stood up nervously from her seat, suddenly feeling like she was in trouble. Her mind started racing with everything that she did wrong as she silently followed the headmistress up the stairs and to her office, the entire time wishing she'd been asked to talk before she ate lunch so she didn't feel like she had to vomit.
Once they reached the office, Headmistress gestured for her to sit down before she took her own seat behind her desk, and started off by saying, "You're not in trouble, Bex." She gave a reassuring smile, but Bex didn't feel a whole lot better. You didn't get pulled into the headmistress's office for everyday things, after all. "The school has reason to believe that Zander, your boyfriend," she started, stopping to see if Bex would correct her. When she stayed silent, mainly out of fear but also knowing that Headmistress was too good a spy to know when she was lying, she continued on. "Is part of something... sinister. We're not sure who, or what, and this isn't saying it has anything to do with Effie's disappearance." Bex swallowed; that thought hadn't even entered her head at the word "sinister" until she said something. "But for your safety, the school's board of directors as well as your parents are requesting that you cease all physical and emotional relations with Zander." She paused, mostly for dramatic effect while Bex processed the short, blunt sentences. "Do I make myself clear?" Bex nodded quickly, feeling like the earth was spinning too quickly beneath her. "Good. Now, you will not share this information with anyone. Understood?"
"Yes, ma'am," Bex whispered out, too afraid to make eye contact. Without another word, the headmistress motioned her to leave, and Bex did so, barely making it out of the classroom before she collapsed against the hallway wall.

She smoothed out her black skirt, who wore skirts? She wasn't one to usually dress like a business girl. But lately, she had this urge to be more girly. Especially when she knew that Caesar would be around. She still wasn't over Riley and the fact that he was gone, but she was definitely feeling like there was something more when it came to being with Caesar. She hated when other teachers or students looked at him like he was a piece of meat. He was her best friend and everyone should continue thinking they are married. It was just better that way.
Zander was coming down to eat. He had been running late this morning and it was more of the fact that he was up talking with Link about how he had been thinking about Franky. It was awkward. And the girl was pregnant with his child and yet, link was still being kind and generous to the girl who was hiding this huge secret. Plus, everyone had been split into teams and he wasn't exactly sure when he would see Bex again.

He was supposed to be prepared for this moment. That's what he was currently reading up on, pretending to be someone else, explaining himself, plenty of different situations in which he could convince her he wasn't actually the guy she was supposed to marry, but in that moment, he couldn't stop himself from staring at the face he'd seen every time he blinked his eyes for the past few years.
Bex saw Zander walking towards the stairs, and as she clutched her chest similar to the way she'd seen Effie do all day, she debated whether or not she'd follow the Headmistress's rules. If Zander was apart of something, he wouldn't tell her even if she came right out and asked. But what if their relationship was all part of some evil plot? What if she really was just some girl to him, part of a grander plan? She wanted to know, but if she was right, she had the upper hand. She knew his secret, but he didn't know she knew. So as she skipped towards him, forcing her heart rate to relax, she convinced herself to keep her little secret. She was a spy, after all. "What's cookin' good lookin'?" she asked as she reached up to swing her arm around his shoulders, giving him a big, happy smile.

Ragean kept herself from falling on the ground. It would have been completely awkard to fall on th ground, thank god she had decided to not go commando on a day like this! "Oh! I am so sorry." Ragean usually didn't apologize but she had come flying out of her office like this crazy bat out of hell. It was almost ridiculous how fast it had been. She blinked a couple times after her eyes adjusted on the face she was staring at. Riley? except for the fact that he looked older and more rugged since the last time she had seen him. She relaxed her face a little bit to make sure that she didn't look like a complete idiot. This couldn't have been her fiancé… he was long since dead.
She had to look away for a moment. "Sorry; if you'll excuse me, I have to get going. I'll avoid running into you next time."
Zander started up the stairs before he noticed that someone was even behind him. Yup, definitely a great spy. Keeping his back to people daily. He turned at her voice. His head melting and his face turning this red. He had become a complete softy and all girls that wanted to have make our sessions or some sex stuff, never got any because he had a serious girlfriend, whom he was deeply in love with. "Hey beautiful! What's up?" He asked, wrapping his arms around her tightly. It always felt like forever when he hadn't seen her as often.

Riley finally cleared his throat, and not for the first time wished he was better at faking accents. Because if there was one thing that would give him away, it was the strong Irish brogue that covered his voice. "No, that was all my fault," he insisted in a low, husky tone in an attempt to cover it up while he bent over and picked up the papers from the ground. He couldn't help himself; the caught a glimpse of those long, perfect legs he's fallen in love with years ago, and had to force himself to focus on the papers, not her body. Papers, not her body. "Sorry about that." He flashed a nervous, awkward smile before tucking everything back under his arms and continuing on the way he was heading.
Bex gave a shrug, hugging him tightly and hoping that when she opened her eyes, she'd be staring at her ceiling and waking up from a strange dream. She opened her pinched eyes slowly; nope. Still here. "I was just looking for you," she said as she pulled away, smiling and tucking her hair behind her ear. "You coming to lunch or what? Everybody's waiting." She gestured towards the dining hall, lacing her free hand through his. She wished the headmistress hadn't talked to her. She'd rather everything be blissfully ignorant. She remembered that she was going to have to fake a break-up, and acting like this definitely wasn't helping matters, but until she had a plan, she wasn't going to set things in motion.
