Nick- "It's okay, I just want to talk to Raven, with you. That's all it is. Okay?"


Raven- I give Will a 'what you going to do..' look. Feeling bad that he had to leave seeing as I could really use the support right now. But if this was the only way I could talk to her, then I guess I'd have to make the best out of it.

Ruby-"Nick nothing is wrong with me I'm perfectly fine." I said. Something was up he wasn't listening to me. "Why aren't you listening to me?" I asked.

Will- What was Ruby talking about? What was Raven not telling me?

Nick- I look between them

Ruby- My eyes started to wonder. "Butterfly." I pointed. "Nick you said I would get a butterfly." I laughed at if flew around. I could sense something was off something bad was happening. "Let go of me." I said.

Nick- I frown. Looking behind me at her. I wasn't even holding her anymore. "What are you talking about? I'm not even touching you.."

Ruby- I kept quiet not saying anything else. I looked up to see smoke in the sky."Fire I have to go to the fire now." I said getting up walking towards more like running as fast as I could. When I got to where it was. I looked to see my house in flames everything I owned in flames. I ran inside quickly. I wasn't effect by fire because I could control it and water I had to make it stop. I couldn't though I broke down crying letting my tears run down my face my house was gone. I was gone. I knew what was happening but at the same time I didn't.

Nick- I hop up take off after her. Tracing her to the house, and find it burning. Running in not seeing her out front, to find her in the house a little ways in. Scooping her up and running back out side with her. "What were you thinking?? You could of got your self killed."


Raven- I hop up starting to go after them. But then change detections going to find Will to let him know what was going on. Finding him a ways off. "Oh good, you didn't go to far away. Ruby took off, Nick went after her and should---- hopefully be back with her."

Ruby-"Let go of me." I said. I struggled to break free. "Let go of me now." I hate to do this. I took my hand and snapped his neck. I had to save my house. I had to save all my pictures of my family. I ran back in trying to get everything together trying to make everything better.

Will-"Um there looks like there is a fire that way." I pointed. "Did they head off that way?"

Raven- "yeah, she said that there was a fire and she needed to be there. I don't know how she knew, that she needed to be there. And then just took off."


Nick- I fall to the ground when she snapped my neck. Then watch as she runs back in the house, hoping she'd be okay. Before passing out.

Will- "Maybe we should go see if they are okay?" I suggested.

Ruby- I fell to my knees crying. This couldn't be happening. Who would do this? "Nick lets go get my butterfly. Make it go away." I said. Nick wasn't answering me.

Raven- I nod. "I was headed that way and then thought I'd come find you to give you the news just in case you came back and found us gone." I tell him then add "lets go.."


Nick- I moan in pain starting to come too again. Although I wasn't all there seeing as my neck still hurt a hell of a lot. Wondering if she'd even remember doing it.

Will-I nodded my head running towards it. I didn't have much thoughts on them. Though they did have it really bad. Everything bad was happening to them.

Ruby- "Lets go get my butterfly." I said rocking back and forth. Tears kept coming down face. My house was gone.

Raven- I nod back then take off, glancing back to see if he was fallowing.

Ruby- I looked around fire engulfing every where. "Let's go get a butterfly and then we will come home to a perfect house." I whispered.

Will- I kept following her.

Nick- I see she's going into shock, wrapping my arms around her. Trying to keep her warm.


Raven- I brust out a moment later taking in the sight.

Will- I came out not too long after Raven.

Nick- I sigh letting my arms fall. Pulling off my hoodie and wrapping that around her instead. "Shh clam down.. we'll figure this out. Promise." I say trying to clam her, seeing as most of the pictures were most likely destroyed from the fire. But some of them could still be okay. Looking up at the flames.


Raven- I shake my head, not believing it. Then see the two of them on the ground in front of the house. Hearing her saying she had to save her pictures. Running into the house and looking around trying to find them. At least a couple of them. Seeing a photo amble , grabbing it up before the fire touched it then headed back for the door.

Ruby- I looked down not talking and not caring. Everything all my memories were gone. I was gone.

Councilman- I walked up slowly and saw the Queen and her mate. "I'm sorry Ruby. Can I talk to Nick." I had an offer he couldn't refuse.

Raven- I run back out walking over to her and handing her the album. "Here.." Not seeing the new comer yet.

Nick- I look up, not wanting to but nod anyways. Standing up so that we could talk. "This better be good, or else I'm going back to her without even hearing everything you have to say."

Councilman-"We can get her house back up with magic one condition you give up your ability to act like a human." I said. I looked down. "If you refuse the offer I'm sure the Queen will find out soon enough. We know that trust issue is really big with you two."

Raven- I sigh laying it in front of her, then walked over to where Will was still standing.



Nick- What kind of offer was that?! It was a crappy one if ever he heard one. But then again it would get her; her house back the way it was before the fire. But there had to be more than just that. For them to ask that--- that was just to simple. But then again, he was right about the trust thing. They had been having problems with that ever sense she went slightly crazy before this whole thing started. Sighing as he thought about it.

Councilman- "I understand that its a lot to ask." I said. "We don't have much time. I will need an answer." I looked at her. "If you can't be a proper King or vampire we have the power to rewrite history and don't think we won't."

Nick- I had no idea the vampires where that powerful. That they could actually re-write history. Wondering if they ended up doing it anytime would they take him out of the picture permitaly and put Demon in his place? Seeing as he was the one that was suppose to be with Ruby. Sighing once more, saying "Fine,---- I don't like it. But I'll do it. And don't think for a minute that I trust you people, I might be the king someday. And I might, work for you, but don't think I like or trust you people."

Councilman- I looked at him and nodded. "Your going to feel a cold blast hit you. Your ability to act like a human will be gone." I said. I pushed the cold blast towards him quickly taking it away. "You will still feel but you won't act like a human you once were."

Nick- I let out a deep sigh as he walked away. Looking back and saw the house just as we left it. When we had gone off with the hunter. Walking over to her, "Ruby...baby, I have something to show you." I say to her standing her up and turning her around so that she could see the house.


Raven- I whistle when I see that whoever he'd been brought the house back.

Ruby- I nodded my head looking at the house I was still in shock shaking some. "Nick are we still going to get my butterfly?" I asked. I looked up at him. "We are still going to get it right?"

Will- I looked at Raven then to Nick. "If he gets harsher I will step in."

Raven- I watch them nodding my head slightly. Some people just weren't cut out to be vampires. And when they became one they kept there human traits. The good ones. The ones that made them understand feelings, and care about things and people. When they lost it, they lost themselves as well. And then you had the people that were all to good at being a vampire. Those, ones were dangerous and those were the ones that got put down. More times than not. "Okay---"

Nick- "We don't have time, we need to get going. So that we can find it and then come home seeing as the house is back up and fine." I tell her, glancing at the flowers.
