Ruby- I smiled to myself and relaxed and then I bit his neck feeling everything come back. I didn't want this to come back. I pulled away letting ny tears come to my face.

Will-"Ywah I know" I said.

Nick- I look down, at her. "What's wrong?" I ask


Raven- I shake my head whipping my face again. "I'd gone over for dinner thinking we could work things out.. I hoped we could." I stop to pause thinking back

Ruby-"They came back my memories" I sat there emotionless. I couldn't cry as I already used all my tears. I couldn't do anything. I was overwhelmed by pain. "You made drink your blood to get my memories back."

Will-I sighed some. "You don't have to tell me" I knew shewas hurting. "Tell me when your ready"

Nick- "I didn't make you do anything. I didn't know you where going to get them back. If I had I wouldn't of let you, so you didn't get them back, because I know that's what you wanted." I explain to her.


Raven- I shake my head no. I needed to tell him, no matter how much it caused me pain to do so. "No, I do... I need to tell someone."

Ruby-"You did it still you may want me to have my memories back. "I said. "Nick why can't I just forgot it would be easier" I said. "It would cause less pain."

Will- I nodded my head. "Okay"

Nick- "I know, babe. I know. " I was prepared to get her to belive that we were on a camping trip and all that. I didn't think just by taking a little bit of my blood that she would get her memories back. Then get an idea. Even though she wouldn't like it. But I bet it would work.


Raven- I take in a deep breath before going on. "I was helping my mother in the kitchen, we were cutting up stuff to fix and then the knife slipped. Just the tinnist bit. But it was still big enough for me to smell it...... I tried to push it back, but in the end I just couldn't. I lost control. The next thing I realized was that she was on the floor with a bite in her neck and she was drained of blood. I paniced. I didn't know what to do... When Father got back to the house, he found us on the floor...." I sallow the pain back, knowing I had to finish now.

Ruby-"Nick can I trust you?" I wasn't sure anymore. I since he had an idea. "What's your idea?" I asked. "If it is what I think it is do it on one condition you force me into it.

Will- "And you couldn't control yourself and you attacked him too" I said.

Nick- "Of cross you can--- But that's not what I was going to ask. Although at the same time I don't want to risk you loosing to much of your memory to much.---- Unless you want to try that instead."


Raven- "I tried explaining it to him, -----how it had happened thinking it might make it a little better. I don't know why I thought that. I mean I'd just killed my own mother." I stop again thinking back, then go on. "He started calling me a murder, a monster. --- Next thing I knew was he was going for the knife on the counter, saying he was going to kill me, started swigging the knife. I kept dodging it, trying to explain ---make him explain that it was a mistake. But he wouldn't have it. He just kept coming, at some point during it all, hut cut himself when he was swinging the knife. I didn't see it happen, I just realized it afterwords when the blood started dripping all over the place. I tried to hold it back, but I just couldn't. ----- You know the rest."

Ruby- I nodded her head. "I don't know." I whispered. "I'm not ready for that" I said. "I never done anything past kissing." I said. I looked up at him some.

Will- I nodded"I'm glad you told me." I said.

Nick- "I don't want to presser you into it, if your not ready and if your still mad at me..... I wont do that to you." I tell her stopping in the walking.


Raven- I nod my head a little slowly. Still sorting it all out. "Sometimes I have nightmares about that night... they don't come very often though."

Ruby-I looked at him. That was like him not wanting to do anything for me. He wanted me to feel the pain. "You just don't want to help."

Will-I smiled some. "It's okay."

Nick- " I didn't say that, if I could take away the pain you're feeling I would. But I'm also not going to force myself on you, either."



Raven- I nod my head, letting my head rest on my hand.

Ruby- I looked up at him some. "You lied then how am I suppose to trust someone who won't do everything he or she could to protect their mate." I said. I sighed nothing was going to change. "Put me down I will find someone else who will do everything in their power." I said. "As far as I'm concerned we aren't mates nor are we linked." I said breaking the link. I struggled my way free from his arms. "Go find the stupid item yourself." I said and started to walk away. I was hurt beyond repair and now I was doing what I did best run from the problem I couldn't face any more problems without breaking down even more.

Will- I looked at her. "Its going to be fine. You should feel a little bit better after telling me that." I said.

Nick- I groan when I feel her break the link. Going down to my knees. It hurt so much. So, so, so, so much. Faintly seeing her walking away. Wondering were she was going. Surely she couldn't mean all of that. All of what she'd said to me. All she said about us. What did she think she could do? Go back to Damon? It was possible I suppose.. I hadn't killed him. And he had to be still hanging around still. Unless he'd left town already. Taking another moment, to gather myself and try and stop the pain fro breaking the link before getting up.



Raven- "I do..... it's just hard. Ya know?"

Ruby- Tears came down my face. I was alone now. I couldn't go back to him now. I was alone. I didn't have anyone. Everyone lied to me and thought I was stupid. I started to break down. He didn't even care not one bit. He hated my guts. I wasn't even a good at being a leader. Everyone hated me. I looked up to see a human sitting there. Blood pumping in his neck. I had to control myself. I closed my eyes and the next think I know I was ripping opening his neck sucking him dry of blood throwing him on the ground walking away somehow I felt better by doing this. I ran past the campground towards a city.

Will-I heard a screaming human. "Something is attacking a human we have to get there and maybe we will find the others."

Raven- I nod. "Okay, but don't forget, Nick said it might take them a while to work things out. But we can still go and check it out. See if there hurt, or something else." I said getting up off the ground then reaching a hand out to help him up.


Nick- I hear someone screaming. Running to see what was wrong. Trying to push the pain away, at least for now. Maybe after I found out what was wrong I could go after Ruby. All I could hope for was that she didn't get herself hurt.

Will- I got up and ran to the place where it was coming from. I looked up to see Nick there. There was a human dead. "Where's Ruby?" I asked. Maybe something killed them I mean Ruby wouldn't kill someone right? "Raven who do you think did this?"

Ruby- I stopped at gas station. I was shaking some. I needed Nick but I couldn't make him love me.

Nick- I sigh looking down at the body of the human guy. Then looking back up when Will asked where Ruby was at. "I don't know....... she cut the link between us so I can't even track her to make sure she's okay." I tell them sadly.



Raven- I don't say anything. I didn't want to say I thought it was Ruby, and upset anyone. But I really did think it was her.

Ruby-I couldn't stop smelling the blood coming from the humans all around. I held it in as long as I could before I attacked the guy in the gas station. He was so good. I smiled. As another people walked in. I killed them too. I didn't mean to but it was so good and it kept the pain away. I left the gas sation leaving scattered bodies all around the floor. I coudlnt' stop killing.

Will-"We better go find her I have a feeling she thinks killing takes the pain away." I said. "Nick you will have her back when people are hurt they do things or say things they don't mean.

Nick- "I know that, but I don't even know where to start looking for her. She could be anywhere by now." It was true, as fast as she was running she could be any place in the state by now.

Will- "I can smell the blood." I said. "Just follow me." I started to sniff until my nose lead me to a gas sation. It looked liked she was gone from it. I looked beyound to see a city. "We don't have much time the cops will be here."

Nick- "If they haven't already found her already that is.." I tell him knowing that she would be on a killing spree now. Looking around the Gas Station seeing the bodies and everything.


Raven- I walk around the Gas station looking at the bodies and trying to find out if there was any clue to were she was going. Not finding any though

Ruby-I ran in the woods and ran. I finally got to the place where I saved him. I was happy for a moment. Safe and sound no humans or blood. I dont know what to do now.

Will-"Is there any place where she would have the most memories"

Nick- I think for a moment, "We could try the woods. She changed me there, and I'm sure I could find the place she did it." I told them, looking over at him.


Raven- I came back over to them listening to them talk.

Ruby- I sat there crying and shaking uncontrollably. I wanted to go kill some more but I was fighting it down.

Will-"We should hurry if she is on a killing spree we have to stop her before she makes the next kill."

Nick- "I know that.. " I tell him understanding that we had to get moving soon before she went after anyone else. Starting back for the door.



Raven- "I know you're anxious to find her, but if she is we have to consider that she'd try and go after us. I'm not saying that she will. But I think we should make a plan just in case she does." I say watching as he went for the doors.

Ruby- I wanted more blood. I heard a nosie and looked up.

Daemon-"What's wrong?" I had a plan to get back at Nick. I knew he would get so mad when he found us. She should be easier to manipulate.

Ruby-"Nothing is wrong.Leave." I whispered.

Daemon-"Shh I can help you make the pain go away"

Ruby- I looked up at him softly. "You can?"



Will- I looked at Raven. "We have to get going" Raven knew about my bad feelings I get. "I have this bad feeling that something is going to happen. Nick lead the way."

Raven- I nod slightly lifting my lip up to one side. If he said something bad was going to happen. Most likely it was going to happen. Already heading for the door myself. So that we could get going.


Nick- I stop once we walk outside to see if I could get a pin point on her. Then start running when I sense her where I thought she'd be, looking back to see if the others were fallowing us.

Raven- I start running trying to keep up with him. He might be a new vampire but sense a Royal had changed him he could run just as fast as any of the older ones could.

Damon- "Yes just let me claim you." I said.

Ruby- I looked at him. "I don't know."

Damon-"Why not Nick didn't do it?"

Nick- I stop a mile away from where I knew she'd be, so that we could walk the rest of the way.So that she was less likely to hear us coming.

Damon-I smiled some. "Okay" I said.

Will-"We have to hurry."

Nick- "I know, but I don't want to risk her hearing us and running." I tell him walking as fast as I can, hearing voices. Then running again when I hear Demon's voice.

Nick- we get there just in time to see him start kissing her. Flashing over to them to pull him away, and pushed him against a tree.


Raven- I didn't know who the new guys is, so run up to her to make sure shes okay.

Damon-"Let go of me its not my fault you can't do your job as her mate. Your supppzs to know what is best for her"

Raven- I reach out and rest a hand on her arm. "I know, it hurts right now. But doing that with him isn't going to make the pain go away.. it might for the short time that you're doing it. But then it'll be back, and then you'll blame both of them. Do you really want to do that?" I ask softly hoping to comfort her while also pulling her attention away from Nick and the other guy.


Nick- "I do.... and trying to force myself on her in the middle of the forest isn't the right thing for her. " I tell him in a low voice so the others wont hear.

Raven- "I might not know what happened, but I've gathered enough to know that your hurt. And I know how it feels to be hurt, and I know how it is to try and get ride of the pain, even for a minute or two. But it always comes back worse than it was before."


Nick- "Then sense you know what's best for her why don't you try telling me, and I'll be the one to decide if it is or not."

Daemon-"I don't know that as her mate your suppose to care for her when she is weak." I said. "As well as the fact that you stole her from me."

Raven- I sigh, looking down letting my hand fall away from her arm. There was nothing else I could do right now to help her. I couldn't force her to take it, or listen to me. Nodding, walking back over to stand by Will.


Nick- "And what excally do you think I've been trying to do? Run off? I've been trying to help her. I know she's not at her best right now, and ever sense I've been trying to help her. You can call me a lyier if you wish. God knows, she has, these past few days."

Be controlling her and telling her how to feel. I will be there for her when she's hurt. Or upset, and everything else in between. But. I will not tell her how to feel." I tell him pushing him farther against the tree

Ruby- I got up. "Nick shut up and let him go is willing to take the pain away and you won't. If you were any mate you make my pain go away" I shouted. "All you care about is your morals"

Nick- I narrow my eyes at him then shove him back whipping around to face her. "And where in the world is this coming from?! The only moral I've been around in weeks is my brother! And he's not anywhere near here right now. He's back home, healing or whatever. Everyone else here right now is a vampire. Expect for the hunter we came with, and I don't give a crap about him. So don't try and tell me I only care about morals." Feeling sorry as soon as it was out, seeing as I most likely only made it worse.

Nick- I glance over quickly at Raven. Then looked back at Ruby. "Oh, and the first time you want to do it is outside in the middle of the woods? And right now you don't care who does it with you, do you?"
