I could feel myself leave his arms. It hurt my back. I don't know what was wrong. I heard the voices talking. I couldn't since Nick. The pain of beg away from him hit me hard. I winced at it. They took me to get X-rays. I still felt myself along away from reality.

Nick- I wait outside the X-ray room seeing as they wouldn't let me go in with her

They were done. I tried opening my eyes but it wouldn't open. I wanted Nick. I needed him. I heard the doctors say something,but I couldn't make it out.

"Her X-rays look fine. She could of bruised her back. She has a extreme concussion. She is in some sort of coma. I never saw anything like it before. Other than she will be ok. All matters is she wakes up."

Nick- "How long do you think before she wakes up? Or is it to hard to tell yet?" I ask glancing over at the bed she was laying on while I asked the doctor

"I don't know. It is very hard to give her any ivs. For some reason we can't find and good veins. Also her skin heals very fast. She doesn't seem to respond anybody. She is in a lot of pain. We can't help her unless she wakes up."

I heard someone talking. I didn't know where I was.

"We can't check any of her vitals. So right now we don't know."

Nick- I nod looking back over, realizing it might of been a mistake bringing her here instead of taking her home. Asking "Would it be okay, if after she wakes up I take her home to heal?"

I smelt blood. I needed some. I needed Nick. I winced at the pain.

Nick- 'Thanks." I say then head on in. Sitting down by the bed I take her hand in mine

Nick- I study her face not sure what to say to her. I had nothing to apologize for and theses where the times in movies where the guy told the girl how sorry he was about something he'd done. But I had nothing.

Nick- "I can't, the doctor said he'd be able to check out everything once you woke up..... Your close to the ER, so that's probally why"

Nick- "Let me get the doctor and let him look you over, then we'll go." I tell her

Nick- I smile a little then start to get up to go to the door to tell someone that we needed to see the doctor

Nick- I sense her nervosense and then ask the doctor seeing as it seemed to be about the doctor "Can, I just take her home? She's not big on doctors and stuff."

Nick- I walk back over asking "Do you need help getting up?"

Nick- I got back to school in under a mater or 5 minutes going over to the gas take and pulling out the key

Nick- "Shhh, it's okay. We'll be out of here in a minute." I say opening the door and setting her in and getting behind the wheel to drive home

I clammed down some. "Blood." I muttered. The scent grew fainter. I muttered a few words. The car stopped. This gave me enough time to run back. I needed that blood. Nick can stopped me. He has to. I wasn't me. The bloodlust was taken over.

Nick- I hop out of the car and go after her. Starting to flash down the street to stop her before she got to who ever it was that was bleeding

Nick- I take off after her again knowing she was going to the school. Flash running around the corrorn to the school

The scent hit me. I looked around for the human. The room was under locked still. I kicked a window open. Blood was everywhere. I locked the doors. No one was getting in or out.

Nick- I get there and run to the broken window hopping in to the room to find her there. "Ruby, please. You don't want to do this.."

Jake came in. That vampire needed to go. "Nick you should know that your precious little gem isn't herself." He laughed. I ran over to him and bit down. He needed to die. He screamed in pain.
