Nick knew that she wasn't under his control. They hadn't done anything to pull that into the factor. So maybe the look in her eyes had something to do with her being an Elder now instead of just a vampire like him. Placing a soft kiss on her check. "I suppose... sense we both do need to be clean." he said wondering if she had more training to do with Blake tonight. Sense they had the thing to go too. Although he thought Blake might want to train her some more but didn't say anything on the subject.


It wasn't like Grace felt proud for walking out of the meeting. But this also needed to get done, and if she was able to work things right... then maybe they'd get lucky and Justin would agree. She thought as she shifted and darted off into the woods. Once she reached the border of the Neutral land she shifted back to herself and walked into town. They had agreed to meet at the coffee house. Walking in a few minutes later and looking around.

Ruby tilted her head to the side. "Nick is something wrong?" She asked softly. "Because if there is I kind find a way to make you happy." She was a little confused on why he was looking at her that way. "Don't you feel amazing and that wonderful connection of needing each other? I feel like I need you and please you on a whole new level." Ruby heard her words she frowned quickly and snapped some clothing on her and walked down the stairs. Something was wrong she sounded like her sister. "Avery why don't you watch some tv." Avery ran to the couch. "Blake something is wrong really wrong. I sounded like a mindless female. Like my sister. What's wrong?" Blake was an Elder he had to know right?

Justin hadn't arrive yet. He was running late doing some things for the pack. He knew what she wanted, but je wasn't sure if that was the best idea for the pack

Blake lead her to the kitchen so that they could talk without Avery overhearing. Going and standing behind the counter as she took a bar stool. "What happened? I know, something did, sense it doesn't take anyone that much time to work something so simple out. And I left with Avery to take her to the park, and came back and you two were still up there" He said looking at her seriously. He had a sneaking feeling he knew already but he had to be sure before he started telling her what was going on. If that was what was going on.


Nick stood and got dressed. Knowing it would be best to give her space while she worked out what was going on with Blake. Sense he had no answers and she didn't either. Heading down the stairs and then to his office to try and plan more.



When Grace didn't see him, she went and ordered a cup of coffee. Then ordered a second. For when he got there sense she recalled he drank the stuff. Then taking them and heading to a table in the far back to wait for him.

Ruby sighed a little bit. "You know obviously know what we did up there. So why are you asking? We kissed and one thing led to another and we did the deed." Quietly saying this. "I'm not pregnant right because something like this happened with Avery, but this time it feels different. You better say I'm not pregnant because thats something the Elders would pull on me." Ruby said glaring at him. "Spit out what's going on"


Justin sighed as he pulled into the coffee shop. Part of him wanted to help, but he knew that was a mistake. Debating on what to do or not he got out of the car and walked in and sat down across from Grace. "I would love to help you guys and all, but I feel like its a misake"

((It's okay, I was just coming to answer it.))


"I had to know, had to have you conform it.. seeing as I had an idea on what you two where up to, but didn't think this would be the outcome." He told her starting to pace. Something he tended to do when he thought. But put a lot of people on nerve. Stopping and looking at her. "No, your not pregnant. I would of sensed it as you where coming down the stairs. But-- " He took in a breath and then went on. "There's only been three other female Elders in my time as one. The rest have all been males. One took a mate, and they-- mated. But your showing the same results as she did."


Grace let go of a breathe she had been holding. At least he had showed, she hadn't been sure he would after their last encounter with each other before the call. "I can understand that... but please. At least just hear me out before you make any decisions." she said a lot claimer then the last time, flashing a little hopeful smile.

Ruby looked at him and had a feeling that it wasn't going to be good. "Tell me what's happening Blake now." It wasn't like she asked to be an Elder she didn't like Elders they ruined much of her life. "Now." Glaring at him a sense of confusion came over her. "Where's Nick?" She asked. "I want Nick." She whined a second later the sense of confusion was over. "Blake what's happening and how am I going to make it stop?"

Justin shook his head. "Grace the answer is going to be no either way. I understand your pack is at war and I can't drag in my pack until the war spreads. My only suggestion is to find out what started the attacks." He looked up at her. "You do know about the werewolves attacking random people mostly humans?"

"She-- she wasn't herself. She had two personality's. One was her Elder self, the other-- well like your sister. We need a way to get you to become who you where. Before you two-- well did what you did." He told her. Seeing as there was no easy way to tell anyone this.


Grace brought her eyebrows together. She didn't know about that. There had only been one attack. And that was when Derek had attacked Ruby and she'd killed him. "No. I haven't heard of that... We were only aware of the one attack. When Derek attacked the vampire. We had no idea that, werewolves where going after humans. When did this all start?"

Ruby looked up at him and sighed a little bit. "And how do we fix it?" She asked softly. "Will Nick and I ever be able to do that again?" Ruby asked softly. "I want to have more kids I know I meant to have more kids." Ruby whispered softly. "Or is this only happening because what happened with Damon. When our connection broke and I was possessed." Ruby sat on a bar stole and looked down. "We need to fix this right away." Tears ran down her face. "Blake how do we fix this."

"A couple of months ago. Most of the werewolves were put down because they had a thirst for human flesh in their system. They all had have high contents of wolvesbane in their blood which is weird. Rumors are there's a hidden pack out there recruiting people who hate vampires with their whole life. But that's only a rumor."

"Maybe. I don't know. Do you still have the books that you stole? We're going to need them." he said. For once he didn't have an answer. Because this had never been something that had happened to a Elder. A Female Elder before. But once. And she was kicked out and killed. If he remembered right.



Grace's ears perked up when she heard him say something about higher amounts of wolvesbane in there systems. "Then we need to find out if that's true or just a rumor. Seeing as our healer was asking for another order on the stuff this morning even though I ordered more then enough." She said starting to slowly put the pieces together. "Justin-- I also need to tell you something."

Ruby shook her head and felt her heart break a little bit. "The books aren't going to know." She whispered softly she looked at the back door. She got up and looked out it. "I could leave that's what I do is leave and run from my problems. It makes things easier for me to handle." Looking down at the floor and bit her lip. "She didn't accept that she was an Elder did she? She wanted both lives, but you can only have one. So her inner self created a way for her to have both." Ruby whispered softly. "I haven't accepted that I'm an Elder. I don't want to be and I know there's no going back. I don't know what you saw in me to change me into an Elder"

Justin nodded. "What is it Grace?" He asked.

"No. She didn't. Not really, at least... she pretended like she had but everyone that was close to her, knew that she hadn't really not completely at least." He told her walking out the bar and then leaning against the side with the bar chairs just in case she made a run for it. "I know, but running isn't going to make a difference. Or make anything better. If anything it's going to just make it worse." He told her choosing to ignore the last part. Anyone that made another an Elder wasn't allowed to tell them why they had made the other an Elder. Unless they got permission to do so. And he hadn't gotten that permission and highly doubted he would.



Grace took in a breath. She didn't want to do this, not right now. But she also knew that it might be the only chance she got to talk to him again for a long time. Feeling the wounds cut open again but choked back the lump of tears forming in her throat form remembering. Taking a moment to clear her throat before starting. "When- Derek attacked the vampire.... They were by the water fall, that's on our side. We don't really know what happened. Not really. But Will- when he went to check out the area, found him at the bottom of it. We tried to save him, but by the time he'd gotten him to the healer it was too late..... Justin, he's gone. He didn't make it... but his wolf is still alive, we're going to let him go. Let him loose when he's healed enough."

Ruby looked up at him. "I can't have both. I can't be a normal vampire an elder." She whispered softly. "I mean I was never a normal vampire because I'm royalty, which isn't so bad because it if I wasn't I wouldn't have been able to have that little bundle of joy over there who someone gave ice cream which is off topic" A smiled appeared on her face. "Sometimes I want Nick to take control of me I don't want to think I don't want to make choices. I want my life to be simple. That's not ever going to happen." She shifted the her position. "I'm not meant to be Queen am I? I'm suppose to go back and be with the other Elders, but that means leaving Nick. But one thing I know for sure is no one chooses what I want, I choose my own destiny. I want to be Queen. I want to have a family and live forever with Nick. I don't want to be a mindless submissive vampire. I want to be an Elder and I'm not giving up any of them." The last part shocked her a little bit she felt a wave of power rush through her. It brought her to her knees. "What's happening?" Was her body finding balance or was this a sign she accepted being an Elder.




Justin sighed for a moment. "Did you guys make a treaty with the vampires or set some deal with them? Until you do that your still in their territory." He said softly. "I figured something like that would have happened. You see high does of wolvesbane don't only control werewolves, but also kills of their human side. Whatever war is going on I hate to say this, but you need to stop it. Werewolves are hurting other werewolves to start a war with a vampire. They are so blinded by hate that they are willingy to kill their own kind. Its one thing having a war and them fighting in it, but it is another thing to kill them without a war. I understand war is coming, but not like this. You want to fight in a war for a better reason than this. I'm trying to sniff out any clues giving away this rumored pack, but nothing." He reached for his coffee and took a sip of it before sitting it back down. "I think your on to something about your healer. I suggest digging into her past and her old pack and why she was kicked out. Just don't let her know and don't tell anyone. I know Will is your mate, but he could become a target. The only ones you can trust is yourself and the vampires." Justin said. "I have to go Grace, but find the person who is giving the wolvesbane out and kill them for killing your brother." Justin said getting up and walking out of the coffee shop.

"I-" He started to say then darted over to her when she fell to her knees not knowing himself what was going on. Kneeling down next to her. "Ruby, Talk to me, what's going on?" He asked needing to know what was going on. So that he could better understand and help her.




At least now she had an idea of where to start. And he did have a point, she had thought of that herself but hadn't ever really considered it. Seeing as they had so many people around them and they all seemed to be trustworthy. But he was right. She did need to dig into their healer and find out where she came from. Finishing off her own coffee before walking out of the coffee house and heading back to the back house.

Ruby looked up at Blake. "Waves of power are hitting me over and over again." She whispered softly. "Its like the power and I are as one."Sweat dripped down her face. Her eyes rolled behind her head as she past our. Her body was physically exhausted after everything and needed time to recuperate. It was like she was in the final stages of becoming an Elder. Maybe my body is finding balance and accepting being an Elder. Little did she know Elders didn't remember this part of becoming an Elder it was the part where power and the person become one.

Avery frowned a little bit when she saw her mother eyes roll behind her head. She ran upstairs in tears. "Daddy mommy hurt." She didn't realized that her mother fainted. "She was standing up and fell to her knees and now she a sleep."

Blake listened then leaned forward just in time to catch her before her head would of smacked against the floor. Picking her up and carrying her into the living room. He'd have to inform Nick about this. But it was a good sign. It meant that her body and the power had come to some sort of an understanding with each other. And that would be helpful once they started training again. He thought laying her down on the couch so that she could rest.


Nick frowned when he saw Avery come running up and into the office with tears. Kneeling down so that he could be at her level. Hearing that Ruby had passed out. Picking her up so that they could go check it out. "It'll be okay sweetie, let's go check on mommy."

Ruby laid there motionless she felt so hot and she wasn't sure what was really happening. All she could think about was what she wanted. Most of all she wanted to be with Nick right now. She wanted to call out for him, but words wouldn't form. Her mind started to struggle to stay a float in thoughts, but it soon started to sink as she fell deeper down into this wonderful relaxing bliss.

Avery sniffed a little bit holding on to Nick."Mommy okay? Is mommy okay?" She asked softly tears still coming down her face.

Blake sat down across from her laying form on the couch in one of the chairs across from it. Seeing as he couldn't do anything for her right now but wait until she woke. And then see how she felt and get her to explain some of what she remembered. If she remembered anything at all about this. Seeing as most Elders didn't when this happened. But it was possible that she could if she wasn't accepting becoming one and this was something else all together. Although the chances of that where slim. Slim to none. Looking up as he heard a door shut and then Nick coming down the stairs.



Nick held onto Avery as he walked out of the office and headed for the stairs. "Mommy should be okay, lets go see how she's done though. So that Daddy can talk to Mr. Blake and see what happened."

Avery nodded her head slowly entirely not convinced by it. She looked at Ruby on the couch and cried. "Mommy hurt." She whispered softly she was terrified that something was wrong with Ruby. "Daddy make her better you always make her better." Avery whined. Part of the reason she was so cranky was due to the ice cream she had.

Ruby stirred a bit hearing noises in the distance, but wasn't sure what was making them. There was still a blanket of fog over her. She curled into the couch as she was trying to cool herself down.

Nick set her down, once they had reached the living room. Then headed over to talk with Blake. Pulling him to the side. "What's going on? What happened to Ruby?" He asked
Knowing the main reason why she was so cranky was because she was getting hungry and also he had seen the bowls in the sink.



Grace shifted then walked out of the woods to go back into the Pack house. Knowing she'd have to talk to Will about this. And then she'd be settling in for some research. About the Healer.

Blake sighed a little bit looking up at Nick. "Her body is coming into balance. Before she wasn't accepting of being and Elder she wanted to have both a normal female vampire life and the Elder life. Which is why her body created the two different personalities." He scratch his head. "When she wakes up she won't remember fainting. Every Elder goes through this."

An hour later Ruby opened her eyes finding herself on the couch. Frowning a little bit looking over at Blake and Nick. "Nick how did we get downstairs? We were just upstairs." She whispered tiredly yawning a bit.

Will saw that Grace was coming towards the door and opened it. "Why did you leave the meeting? Where were you?" he asked worriedly.

Nick had finished talking to Blake a while ago and now they both sat in chairs waiting for Ruby to wake up. He had been able to sooth Avery's worry slightly for Ruby, and had made dinner for her sense she had only gotten more and more cranky when she hadn't woken right away. So he had made dinner, and given it to her, and Blake had had some as well. Before he had taken Avery upstairs and gotten her ready for bed once 9 had rolled around. And had then returned to sit and wait with Blake. Seeing her wake slowly. Feeling a smile spread across his face. She was okay, even if she didn't remember. But Blake had said that she wouldn't. So he didn't worry. "I guess you where more tired then we both thought-- we got down here and you just about feel down once you started moving around and talking to Blake about something. Then you passed out." He told her, they had gone over the story of what they would tell her once she woke. Glad that they'd done it so many times now.



If Grace hadn't known any better she would of thought he was accusing her of something. Stopping when he opened the door and came out to meet her. She could tell him about the meeting, that she'd had with Justin. But she couldn't tell him about The Healer. Not yet at least. But soon. She'd have to do it soon once she'd looked into her. "I'm sorry, but I had to... I had to go have a meeting.. Justin called yesterday before we had set a time for the meeting, saying that he had time to meet with me today. I had too seeing as it was that or not get a chance to meet with him at all."

Ruby sat up carefully and yawned again stretching a bit. "Okay, that's weird that I don't remember anything." She honestly wasn't tired any more she had a lot of energy and felt very different. "Can we do something perhaphs do training?" she asked softly. "Nick and I should go first we since that would be my warm up." Though it probably wasn't a good idea that she trained with Nick just yet considering her powers might be too strong for him, but that thought didn't really cross her mind.

"You could have told me at least Grace that you were going to meet Justin." Will whipsered didn't she trust him? "Instead of leaving the meeting without a notice. So can he help us or not?" He asked looking up at her.

Blake cut his eyes to Nick first. The guy did have straight but he didn't think he was ready for Ruby's powers. Not now that they had formed and were in tune with her as a whole. "We'll go first, let Nick go check on Avery and rather she's asleep or still awake.. then you two can train. I'd like to sit in on it though.. assist if need be." he told her seeing as he wasn't sure if she'd be able to control her straight while she trained Nick. And if she let a ball of energy go to fast or too powerful.. that could end badly. Not just for her but for Nick as well.



Grace felt slightly bad when he put it like that... she could of at least told him. Gave him a notice or something that she'd be leaving early without just walking out. It wasn't that she didn't trust him. She did. Completely. But they had been so busy with everything else she hadn't had time. "No. He doesn't want to risk it, and he wont fight until it reaches his territory. But maybe we should try to get in touch with them.. try to cut a deal. Because from what he's told me, things--- things aren't going well in the werewolf community right now. And it's not just the stress of the coming war. " She told him looking at him then looking around wondering if anyone was listening in.

Ruby nodded her head slowly and sighed a little bit. "Okay." she smiled softly snapping into a different outfit than she was in. "Nick tell Avery that I love her." She quickly blinked to the training room ready to get started. When she saw Blake blinked she looked at him and smiled. "What are we going to start off with first? I'm ready to do something. I feel like I have so much energy, strength, and power."

Will shook his head a little bit. "We will only make an agreement if it comes to it, but as of right now it sounds like he wants nothing to do with it and I wouldn't blame him." He sighed softly runnning a hand through his hair. "Well, we can handle it. Now I'm trying to find a new hunting terrority. Eva thinks we should push further into the forest, but that's really pushing it. We are already on their territory without letting them know, and pushing closer to town seems like a stupid move."

That was a good sign. It meant she was coming into herself as an Elder. And that she wouldn't have such problems controlling the power or anything else that being an Elder came with. Thinking back to how she had wanted to do something fun eailer. And now she had all the energy to wear off as well... "I think we're going to try something a little different then what we've been doing lately. How do you feel about doing something a little fun?"



"If anything we should back away... go further from town, not closer to it. I'll try my best to scout out new hunting territory as well. No, I don't blame him either for not wanting to get involved. But--- " She glanced around again now feeling eyes on her. "Could we walk? Maybe take a short walk in the woods while we talk about the rest?" If it was Eva looking at her, she didn't want her knowing anything more about what she had learned then she might already know.

"Yas something fun all we been doing is mental training and I understand that's important, but i want to do something fun." Ruby sounded excited. "What are we going to do?" She asked quickly, she was a little confused on why she felt this way."Is it weird that I want to be an Elder? Like I enjoy this feeling is that bad?"


Will nodded his head slowly. "We can talk later I have some things I need to do." He said looking at her. "After dinner when I go check out the fire damage we can talk. I'm sorry I just been really busy" he whispered softly.

"No not really,--- I guess your just starting to get used to the idea of it all. Now, we're going to take a little field trip." This was always his favorite part of the training. Teaching it and learning it. Seeing as it was so much fun.




Grace nodded slightly, but still cast her eyes to the ground for a moment before looking back up. "No, I understand... we all have. Find me before you leave then so that way we can go together?"

Ruby smiled at the idea of a field trip. "Where are we going?" She asked softly. A fire ball flew towards Blake. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to do that I was just excited to do something and power just went flying out in a form of a fire ball."

Will nodded his head a little bit. "Okay ah see you then." He looked down sighing. Why did it seem like there wad a huge rift in front of them at all times

Blake puffed it out with a small blast of wind. "I was thinking we'd go outside and then I'll explain what I have planned, Seeing as I think the night air might help with this." He told her giving a slight smile when she apologized for the fire ball. Even though it was only to be somewhat expected given her assepctance of being an Elder only a few short hours ago.


Grace nodded slightly getting feelings from him. He wasn't the only one that thought there was a rift in front of them. And with the War coming--- they would have to stand and be untied so that the whole pack and even the vampires could see that. Swallowing and looking around again. Was it just her feeling that there were eyes on them? Or was he just brushing it off as something else? Reaching out a hand a squeezing his slightly before letting go. "Okay," Knowing after they parted ways she needed to do that research. And fast.

Ruby nodded her head and blinked to their back yard. "We are outside what are we going to do now?" She asked softly looking up at him. Night in general was very calming to her probably due to her being a vampire and all. Right now she felt a deeper connection then ever before. "I'm ready to do something." She whined a little bit. Why did Blake turn her into an Elder other than saving her? There had to be another reason. More importantly why did the Elders want her?

Will shifted his position a bit as he walked away looking up to see Eva come his way and gave her a light smile. "Great news we have two new beautiful twins." Will gave her a light smile.

"That's great." Will was glad that they got lucky and Grace wasn't pregnant right now that would be a bad idea, but maybe in the future it wouldn't be so bad.

Blake blinked and meet her in the yard. Glad that the night air and the night it's self had seemed to have a calming effect on her. He could tell that by just looking at her. "Okay, so here's what we're going to do. I'm going to name places around town, some out of town. And then I'm going to blink there, but it'll be places you know and you've gone to so that you don't get confused and end up someplace else. Then you're going to blink there, I want to see how long it takes you to get to places without having a car or other means of transportation. We'll start out slow so that you'll get a grasp on it and what to expect. But then once I feel that you've gotten it down things will become faster. Sound okay to you?"



As soon as Grace was alone she went into the house and headed straight for the data base they had. Which was also in Will's office. Only a select few where allowed in there without permission. She was one of those people because she was his mate and he knew that at some points she would need to go in there and find or do things. Shutting the door behind her and heading first to the files. Then if nothing turned up there--- then she'd check the online records that they had gathered.

Ruby noddded her head a little bit egar to begin. It wasn't some physical, but still important she guessed, but had a feeling after too long she would get bored of it. She just wanted to do something active with her powers. Waiting for the first place to blink to. Nick was watching from the Avery's window she wondered what he was thinking of course if she really wanted to know she would pick through his thoughts, but she didn't want to do that.

Blake grinned catching her trail of thought. It was easier for him to do now then it had before sense she had mostly for the most part begun the transition. "We'll only be doing this for a couple nights, sense I'm sure you'll be able to do this rather quickly. And be able to do it well. But try to enjoy the sights as well, seeing as after a while we'll be doing more then just town. I think you'll enjoy it even after a while of doing it." He told her. "Center of town." He told her then blinked out.

Ruby quickly blinked there before objecting the fact that he was reading her thoughths. She was already bored of it because she knew how to blink good and she thought she was fast. "Why are we exactly blinking around beside seeing how fast I am? Because I'm already pretty fast at this." Ruby said sighing. "Can't we do something else?" Ruby sounded like a little kid due to her being a new Elder they were really impaitent.

Will sighed a bit and ran a hand through his hair and took of sip of water that Eva gave him early. Little did he know she was posioning him just like she did to Derek and just like how she wants to do to Nick.

Blake sighed. The only real thing he disliked about training new Elders. Where the fact that they were like little kids all over again, sense they were so young... well young Elders that was. Shaking his head. "No, this is part of the training and we're not skipping it. I know that your good at it but I need to find out how good and fast you really are. You blinking all over the house isn't good enough. That's why we're doing it around town. That way it's spread out.' He told her "Coffee shop" he said think blinked out again.



Grace frowned, at what she found in the files that they had on Eva. Her name, what town she had come from and where she had grown up. Her age, hair and eye color... But nothing very helpful for what she was looking for. Putting the file back where it belonged then going over to the computer and flipping it on. Going straight to the data base and looking up Eva (Last name please.)

Ruby stomped her foot and blinked to the coffee shop. "Doesn't this show that I'm fast?" She complianed. "You were went like 10 seconds ahead of me. I got here in 10 seconds that's fast." She complained looking up at him. "I thought we were going to learn something or do something fun."

Eva smiled as Will drank it. Everything was going according to plan. Now all she had to do was give more doses then she will have the Alpha under her control to tell her who the Elder was and who their mate was then the war could really get started.

Blake really, really didn't like when New Elders got like this. It was annoying as heck. But he'd put up with it so much that it hardly ever got to him anymore. But it still sometimes. Pushing back his frustrations at the moment. "Okay-- you wanna learn something? Then lets kick it up a little bit. "Brookside." He said blinking there. It was a three towns away from here. That's why he'd picked it. Stay close but not too close that it took her 10 seconds to get to one place to another.



Grace bit her lip as she scanned over Eva's name again. Eva Phillips. It had the same info as the paper file did but more. A whole lot more. It had her parents names, and her one brothers and sisters. The pack she'd been in before and what they had stood for. Clicking to the second page in her file. Having to swallow to get her throat and mouth not so dry. How had they had missed this?? How had they not have noticed her record while they'd been going over this before letting her into the pack? She thought scanning through it all. She had joined a pack a couple towns over, and then almost four months later the female alpha had been killed. Someone else had been poisoned.. Before that she had gone after a pack member and faitndly wounded him. How could they had missed all of this?? Logging out of that and going into her back history of what she had been in each of the packs. Healer, All of them. Did Will know this? Oh god.... Will. She thought feeling her eyes go wide as she recalled Justin's words from earlier. 'Look into her.. but don't let her know. I know Will is your mate but someone could go after him, keep an eye on him.' Was she planning on doing the same thing to him? To her even? Switching back to the page that listened all that had happened... how the werewolves had been killed or died. One had died from natural causes. Which she could understand seeing because of the age. But all the rest had been in dosed with Wolvesbane. Lots of it. Which made her wonder... printing out a copy of each one. And the page stating what she'd been in all of them. Then folding them both and shoving them in her pocket before logging out and shutting down the computer. She had to find Will. Tell him what she'd found.. make a case..

Ruby looked at him and was weary of blinking to Brookside because that's where the other werewolf pack was, but she blinked there anyways. "Blake why did you have me blink here the werewolf pack is here? I wasn't sure if I should come or not." She whispered softly.

Eva didn't really know at first the right dosages of wolvesbane to give to them, but now she did. Her family was killed by vampires in the raids when she was little. Ever since then she vowed to get revenge on the vampires even if it meant harming her own kind. "It looks like Grace is coming. I should go she doesn't really like me."

Will frowned a little bit. "I wondered why?" He shrugged his shoulders. Grace looked a little urgent. "Grace I refuse to look at those papers unless if they are papers on where we can hunt on."

"It's okay, we're just here for a second.." He told her, seeing as he knew of the wolf pack here but he had been permission for this exercise to go here. "Clarkson." There wasn't anything there it was just a town so he hadn't had to get permission. Which was four towns over. Then blinked out.




Too bad. He was going to look at these papers rather he wanted to or not. Seeing as it consured the safety of the pack. Looking at Eva, up and down for a minute. Then barking. "Out. I need a minute with my mate." It was safe to say that Grace hadn't even liked her before, she had learned this info about Eva. Now that she knew it and had it in her hands... she disliked her even more then the day she had shown up.

Ruby nodded and moved to Clarkson. She was beginning to feel an energy drain she didn't want to blink anymore. She wanted to be able to test her powers. "Are we done yet?" she asked.



"No Grace, listen I'm serious I have too much on my plate right now. If this is about Eva's past we already know that she moved from pack to pack because of things that happened in those packs." He looked over at Eva to explain.

She sighed a little bit. "Grace my past wasn't a very good past. Most of my pack was murder in the vampire raids. Then I got tossed around pack to pack for most of life. I was being trained as a healer because I wanted to be able to help werewolves who were injured." Eva paused for a second. "Then my best friend died due to complications of birth. I gave her wolvesbane to help ease the pain, but it was too late. The babies were born healthy. I left the pack and became a lone wolf for so long because I couldn't handle it. My past is my past and just that." Everything Eva said was the truth.

"One more jump and then we'll go home. " He told her seeing as he knew that her energy would be draining by now but she had enough for one more plus to get home afterwords. Deciding to do one closer to home. "City hall." Blinking out.



Yeah, she knew all of that to be true. Seeing as she had just read it herself in the flies that they had on her. But all of them but one--- died because of over use of Wolvesbane? She found that hard to believe. Seeing it as it was in every single pack. If it had just been in one, she wouldn't of questioned it. But every single pack that she had been in had someone to pass away because over dosing in wolvesbane. And she was going to make damn sure one way or another that it didn't happen to this pack to. And in every one of them she had been the healer. So she would have the most access to it. And no one would assume that she'd poisoned them. Because no one else knew of the link connecting all of them back to her. And here Will was defending her! Did he even know the rest of the story? Or had he let her in simply because he had felt bad for her and they had been in need of a healer. Giving her another look up. "Fine." Then turned to leave. If he wasn't willing to listen to her about this then she'd pull in some help to help her make her case. And once they talked after dinner--- he'd have to at least come to some reasoning with her. Shooting over her shoulder "See you at dinner.."

Ruby quickly blinked to City-Hall, but this time it was slower than the rest of the times she did it. She sighed and looked up at Blake blinking home since he did say City Hall was the last stop. She exhausted now, but still wanted to do something seeing Nick in the training room waiting for them. She smiled and ran to him and hugged him tightly. "I missed you. Time to start to training."


Will looked down wondering why Grace was so angry at him. It didn't make any sense. She was acting like she was jealous or something. Maybe things were still rocky between them, but after last night he thought maybe things were better. Or maybe she wasn't quite over what happened between them. Whatever the case was his relationship status was the last thing he needed to worry about.

Blake blinked back to the house, hearing them already in the training room. So he wouldn't interrupt. Even though he had said he'd sit in on it he thought he'd worn her out enough that there was a much lower risk of her hurting him. So stayed in the living room but close enough he could get in there in a hurry if need be. Flipping on the tv.


Nick smiled engulfing her in a hug when she ran over to him. "I missed you too, Avery said she loved you too and that she's glad your feeling better." He told her. Then let go after a moment so that they could began training.



Grace was pissed. She wasn't really pissed or even really mad at Will-- okay maybe she was a little bit because he had flat out refused to look at the papers. But she was more upset at the whole situation as a whole. And it didn't help that Justin's warning kept replaying it's self inside of her head. For all she knew right now, Eva could be plotting against them... or even poisoning them and they wouldn't even know it. Letting out a deep breath as she walked into the woods and to the waterfall. She needed time to think-- to plan. She thought as she knelled down by the edge. Feeling the vibrations from the waters. Maybe if she had someone she could trust. Someone not in the pack that could get to Eva... then maybe this would make it easier. But she didn't have anyone like that. She thought, going through everyone that she could ask.. but they were all either friends with Eva or didn't have reason to go to her. And the others were in different packs. So she had no one. Or maybe she did--- if she went to Raven. Had her dig up some more info on her, maybe then he'd be willing to at least let her explain. Thinking now though, that everything had just gone to crap again. Here they had been so close, had almost worked everything out.. and now this. Why did it feel as if he was slipping further away from her instead of them getting close again?

Ruby looked up and giggled. "I'm glad she's asleep." She bit the inside of her cheek. "Time to get to business I hope you have warmed up. I think we are going to be working on your defensive skills today, but first I want you to test your powers out on me. Just close you eyes and picture that power in a form. After awhile it will become natural." She laid her hand out in front of her and a fire ball appeared in her hand she quickly closed her hand then it was gone.

Will sighed. What was he going to do with Grace? It honestly seemed like she didn't want things to get better with them. He was trying really hard, but she came to him with information that he already knew. He knew what he had to do now. He took another sip of his drink that again was supplied by Eva. The more he drank the more he became under her control.

Nick smiled, it had been a heck of a time getting her to sleep but she had finally fallen asleep around 9:30 or 10. Which had been a reilf on his part. "I did it while you guys where doing whatever it was you were working on tonight." he told her. Then nodded. "Sounds simple enough.." He commented closing his eyes and holding out his hands. Waiting to feel the power in his hands.



Eva leaned against the counter in the room they where in. "I'm sure she's just stressed... and worried about everyone." She said watching as he drank more of the drink she had supilled him with. Thinking in just a week or two she'd have him under her control. That would be nice. Then she could go to Mac and tell him that everything was set and ready to set into action.

Ruby took a step back looking up seeing nothing come out of his hands. She frowned a little bit wondering why nothing was happening. "Nick you can do this I know you can." What if he couldn't though? Then she would surely be a laughing stock. Nick was the general and if he couldn't fight then her people wouldn't want her any more.

Will sighed, "You're probably right. I don't think I should meet her tonight and by the time she gets back it will past curfew." He whispered softly. "I mean it seems like she is more focused on the past then on the future and winning this war against the vampire." He downed the rest of the drank and slammed it on his desk. "Thanks for brining me water and keeping me hydrated these past couple days."

Nick contrasted harder. Feeling something happening, although it wasn't apparent. At least not yet anyways. He thought then felt it when it formed in his hands. It had just taken a little longer then last night to rise. Opening his eyes and seeing a ball of grey cloud like stuff sweraling around in his hand. Bring it up and then throwing it at her, seeing as she had said that; that was how they would be practicing.



"Maybe you should,--- I know it's none of my business, but maybe if you went and talked to her things might start getting better between the two of you. Oh it's not a problem." Eva said giving him a bright smile. If he went and talked to Grace tonight, then she could factor off of Grace's emotions how things went. And then judge how much more it would take to get him under her control.

Ruby sniffed out before it got to her she smiled softly. "That's good I don't think your powers will be good enough to attack a werewolf because it you are just starting off, but they will get better." Ruby quickly threw a fire ball back to her it was just normal fire ball, but it was much much stronger.


Will nodded. "Maybe your right." He said. "I should get going then." Smiling softly. "Could have some more water before I go?"

Nick made his power grow faster, just barely having enough time to snuff it out before it would of launched him back into the wall. "At least they'll get better before we having to go off to war.." he told her, building up another ball and then launching it at her.



Eva smiled, she hadn't bothered putting any in the water pitcher because she wanted to do it slow but still get results plus others drank form it as well. Pouring another glass for him, to down. Maybe if she could get in the kitchen she'd slip some in his glass or something before dinner.

Ruby nodded and smiled softly she blinked for second stopping his ball and throwing it back at him with an incredible fast speed. Ruby didn't realize she was tapping into her powers now before this moment there was a distinctive feeling between her powers and her elder powers. She quickly threw a fire ball at him to see how he would do with too.

Will walked to the dinning hall and looked around everything would go right for them. They could win and push away the vampires. They killed Derek regardless if it was an accident.
