Grace had woken from a bad- no horrible dream. It had been five years ago that Will and her had gotten together. And it had been official. Yes they were still together, and everything had been going grate for them in the past couple of years. They had talked about moving in permitaly together seeing as they had only been living with each other on weekends before. But now they lived with each other all the time. Sitting up with a jerk as she looked around the room in a panic. And finding Will sleeping peacefully beside her. Maybe it was the fact that not only had they been together for five years but it was also quickly approaching the date of when they had claimed each other as mates. She didn't know if he remembered but three days from today would be the day when he had arrived at her apartment and had dinner with her which had ended in them--- sleeping together. But that wasn't what the nightmare had been about. Seeing as she loved him and had loved him so deeply as she still did now. But the dream hadn't been about not loving him anymore. It had been about the story she had told him so long ago, when he had first started to get his werewolf side back while the vampire side just seemed to fade away. But she couldn't bring that up to him now. Not everything they'd over come in the past years to get to this amazing happy place they were at now.

Over the past five years Raven and Derek had there ups and downs. She wasn't going to lie about that. After getting everything back in order with Nick and Ruby along with Will's help, things had settled down. And they had manged to somehow work things out between them. But it still kept her up at night sometimes on rather things would of been different and not as strained as they had been when they had first gotten together if they had found each other differently. Instead of her helping Grace break Will out, and then only to come to find that one of the people that had been helping had been her mate. Things might have been different if they had meet some-other way, but in another she looked at all there ups and downs as-- them growing stronger. Growing closer. And for the past three years they had been living together, and that made her happy. Something she thought she'd never be again. She thought as she rolled over on her side now to look at his peaceful face as he slept.

It had taken a long time for Nick and Ruby to work things out, but they had. Which ended up being for the better seeing as they did after all have a daughter, and they were the ruling couple. No one had thought they'd be able to do it together without him having to control her mind, body and soul. But somehow everything had worked out. They had been able to stay faithful to each other without her becoming addicted to him or him controlling her every thought and feeling. Sure they still had little hiccups every once in a while but they always seemed to work them out. Together. Just as she had wanted. And with Avery's birthday fast approaching they needed to work together to get everything lined up for their daughters fifth birthday. Seeing as they wanted to invite the family this year.

Will didn't really sleep well at night or at anytime of the day honestly. He loved Grace with all of his heart, but something didn't feel right. It was like part of him was empty. They had a wonderful life away from the pack. He didn't think that he was ready to start a family right away. He really wanted them to have a nice house and even start making lead way into making their own pack. Why was he thinking about families? He knew it was mating season. Which was why he kept himself from Grace most of the time.

Ruby was against inviting the family to her daughters birthday party. She knew every time that Nick controlled her that felt herself drift off. Of course she never said anything about it to Nick because that would worry him. Part of her was waiting for him to propose, but wasn't sure if he would ever.

Grace carefully rolled over not wanting to wake Will up seeing as they had started sharing a bed as well when they had moved in together. Yes she knew that he had a hard time sleeping at night, and any-other time of the day. So she was always willing to let him sleep when he finally did make it to sleep. And right now he was. At least he was sleeping which was good, rather or not he stayed that way was another. Plus after the dream she didn't want to go back to sleep and risk having another one. Yeah, it could be the side effects of it being mating season and them having done nothing so far. But they still had time. Plus it wasn't like they were ready to start a family together. They had plans of trying to start their own pack and all that. But she didn't think that was it. Reaching out and softly moving a piece of his hair off his forehead.



Nick had suggested that they invite the family this year, or at least some of the family. Seeing as for the past four years it had only been them, Raven and Derek, and Will and Grace. Even though Avery wasn't a big fan of Will or Grace she was slowly starting to like them. Seeing as she didn't fuss all that much anymore when one of them tried to hug her or came within twenty feet of her. But he also knew that Ruby would be against it. He thought as they sat on the coach going over the supposed gust list. "We don't have to invite the whole family, just the ones that aren't-- well judgy on how we do things."

"Judgy?! They are all judgy. They hate the fact that you are closer to being a human than a vampire. They think you're a disgrace to the thrown." Ruby said looking down. "They think you're not good enough for me. I don't want them there," she whispered. " She sat down on the stole eyeing him. She was beginning to doubt that he loved her

Will was sleeping soundly which was unusual. He snuglled into the bed smiling softly. He was content and happy at the moment. Wishing there was something he could do to jump start their dreams

"It's okay, we don't have to invite them. I just thought you'd want to see some of them seeing as we haven't invited them to any of her birthday party's for the past four years. But I understand. We don't have to invite them." He said assuring her that they didn't have to invite them and that it would be okay if it was just them again. "And just so you know... I don't care what they think. I only care about what you and our daughter thinks. As long as I have the two of you, I don't need anything else."



Grace smiled when she felt him slid deeper into the bed and saw the soft smile on his face as he slept. Sometimes she missed being able to watch him just be at peace while he slept. Seeing as it happened so rarely these days. Sliding back down in the bed herself and wrapping an arm around his waist.

Ruby nodded her head. He wasn't going to ask her to marry him anytime soon. Shaking her head some. "I think I'm going to get started on dinner." She moved to the kitchen. She didnt' want to really talk to him right now.

Will moved away from her resting arm. He didn't realize that he did that. He was fast sleep.

Nick had grown to know when she needed her space. And right now was one of those times. Sitting back and starting to cross people off the list of the possible invites. Knowing that she wouldn't want to talk to him at the moment. Starting to plan a dinner in his head that he could plan as a 'I'm sorry' if they didn't work it out before Avery's birthday party. Seeing as maybe then he'd be able to ask her after everything was done.


It didn't upset her that he had moved away from her arm, seeing as he was asleep. And it was a proven fact that humans and everything that slept didn't have control over what they did in there sleep. Bending her knees and laying on her side with her arm out towards him as she feel back asleep.

Ruby looked down feeling like she was loosing her spark with Nick and she didn't want that to happen. If he would ask now she wasn't sure if she would even say yes. An idea sparked in her head, she quickly mixed up a drink for him. She was desperate to have the man she fell for so many years ago even if it meant giving him a drink to let his inner teenage boy out. Ruby knew deep down that this could turn out disastrous because she didn't know old Nick. The boy who had so many different girlfriends. Avery was away at Raven's house for the night so it would be a perfect oppturinty to have fun. She walked into the room and handed Nick the drink. "Here lets unwind" She said with a smile. Ruby couldn't have told you what was going through her mind at the moment. She loved Nick, but it seemed like the promise to marry her was empty.


Will smiled as he slept he didn't really make a sound.

Nick had just crossed off the last family member from the invite list. Even though he had thought it would be nice to invite just a few of them obviously he had thought wrong. Considering the way she had reacted when he had brought it up. Looking up when she brought in a mixed drink and handed one to him. Setting aside the notepad with all the names on it, "Mm sounds like a good idea... I think we could both use a little unwinding time after all this planning."


Raven had manged to get Avery asleep after two whole hours of reading the same book. Letting out a breath as she walked out of the guest bedroom they had set up for Avery and found Derek on the coach. Asleep. She hadn't really expected him to wait up for her, but guess he had. Seeing as she had told him she didn't know how long she'd be. Walking over and moving a piece of hair out of his face.

Ruby looked at him and smiled sipping her drink waiting for him to take a sip of his. "Cheers to us." She said looking up at him. Hoping that her feelings to drink the glass of wine would make him do it. She sat her glass on the table. Looking up at him she took his glass and let some of it down his throat. It was nothing forceful, but she could tell that Nick might not react to the way she thought it would go. Ruby was trying her hardest to be romantic, despite what she put in the drink. She quickly kissed him not thinking about the fact that his lips were fresh with the special mix of wine.

Derek loved Raven, but sometimes if felt like she was more focused on other things. They hadn't been on date in forever and she seemed to always be busy. He was trying to stay up, but tonight that didn't really seem feasible.

Nick didn't really go for wine all that much but he'd drink it sense that was what she had poured. Letting her slowly tip the glass back and it go down his throat. Before sitting the glass on the end table. And then kissing her back once she moved in.

Ruby sensed that he didn't like the wine and probably didn't want it. She backed away quickly. "I'm sorry" Backing away this is what she did pushed people away. "Look I should go finish dinner." Tears glistened in her eyes.

Raven smiled as she saw his eyes move a little bit. Sitting on the arm on the coach by his head, knowing that they hadn't done anything in forever. Even gone out on a date just the two of them. Mostly due to her always being so busy, even though she loved him so much. But life just kept to finding a way to get in the way of them doing anything together. Maybe tomorrow night she'd talk him into doing something, special. Just the two of them... She thought.


Nick hadn't meant to make her anymore upset than she already was. Pulling her back to him when she started to pull away and said that she should go finish up on dinner. Resting her against his side. "No, dinner can wait..... " he told her swiping a single tear that had escaped away.

"Nick your so uptight and tired lately." Ruby whispered softly, looking down. "I want you to let go and give in to your vampire senses. I know your afraid of loosing control, but you been fighting this and its really draining you. You might not see it, but I do. I don't want you to be drained." She looked up at him and kissed him passionately, hoping it would urge him to let go.


Derek wonder if Raven loved him or if she still had feelings for Will. He knew that she wouldn't do anything, it was just Will got to see her more than he did. It made him feel sick to his stomach.

"I know, and I'm sorry... it's just with Avery starting school again and planning for her birthday party, it's been a little hectic around here." He was quick to tell her not wanting her to think it was anything she'd done, or that he was upset with her for anything. Because he wasn't. But then stopped when she started kissing him again. Kissing her pack passionately, while wrapping his arms around her to hold her closer.


Raven frowned, slightly when she felt him stir a little bit in his dream. Wondering what he was dreaming of, was he dreaming of them or was he dreaming of something else. Something darker? Usually he didn't have nightmares but she guessed anything was possible... she thought leaning down and kissing his forehead softly.


((When we bring Will and Grace back in do you wanna do like a make out session with them and take it to PM so that she can get Pregnant that way but I wont revel it until a couple pages later?))

Ruby quickly moved back away from him. "Nick, if anything that makes it harder for you to fight off the feelings of a vampire. I know you are okay with being a vampire, but you never fed from a human. You don't get bloodlust, your too emotional, and you don't want to me like the other male vampires. I love that you don't want to be like the others, but you are getting too tired for this. I don't want you to be tired" She said looking at him. "Sometimes if feels like you don't want to be a vampire. That you don't like this life that I pushed you into." She said moving away from him. "With you fighting all your senses it takes a toll on me."

Derek then heard crying and woke up. "I thought you got Avery to sleep?" He said unhappy to be awaken from his sleep. "I have no clue why you said you would babysit her." He didn't like kids.

"No, I love the life I have with you an Avery... I love you two so, so much. I can't even start to imagine my life without the two of you. And I wouldn't have either of you if I hadn't jumped in front and saved you that day, in the forest. I'm glad that I'm a vampire. Even if I don't always show it, and it doesn't seem like I'm happy being one once in a while. I am. I wouldn't trade any of this." He told her looking into her eyes, even though she'd moved back from him a little bit, as they had began to talk. Maybe it was just the fact that he had better control for some reason over his blood lust then most other male vampires did. "We can always work on the other things, as they come along, plus--- you never actually taught me how to feed off a human without hurting them."



Raven let loose of a sigh. When she heard the crying and Derek woke. "I did, it took two hours of reading the same book over and over again... but she fell asleep. I don't understand why she's awake this soon." Shaking her head a little completely confused on why Avery had woken up so fast after she had fallen asleep just 30 minutes ago. Plus the fact that he didn't seem to care for kids was probably making things worse on Avery. "I'm sorry, I know you didn't really want me to but they had no one else to babysit for them..."

Ruby looked at him and shook her head. "I can't believe you, Nick." She snapped. "You didn't really listen to what I said. I want you to stop fighting and let go. I don't want you to spend your days fighting this." Her eyes then caught movement of someone in their house an elder of all people. She wondered what he even wanted. What did they do now for them to come here and interrupt a fight. "I don't need you stupid elders interrupting an argument"

The elder smiled at Ruby. "Come here." He was using some heavy persuasion on her. Ruby walked over their mindlessly and he smiled. "You see Nick, you have two sides a human side and a vampire side. Which very unique, but that vampire side wants out and to be in control and subcousionly it has been controlling Ruby to get you to let go and act like a real vampire." The elder explained. "I'm here to help you to be able to act like a real vampire trust me you will be a lot better after this." The elder passionately kissed Ruby. Ruby kissed back mindlessly. Aaron was the elders name, and he knew Nick wouldn't be able to fight the urge to come after him as he was making out with his mate.

Will quickly dialed the number to Ravens he had got the news on that they were waiting on. There was a war that was going to happen. Vampires and Werewolves and both of them knew that that neither would win or lose. The elders were making their move tonight on a secret weapon and they weren't show what it was.

Derek shook his head when heard the phone it was probably Will and whatever the two were working on. "I'm going out to get take-out. When I get back please have Avery asleep" He got up an and walked to the door."And please make sure Will knows not to call here whenever he wants." He muttered under his breath.

Nick had been about to counter that. That he had listened to everything she'd just said, when he had caught her looking at something on the other side of the room. Turning to see that someone had broken in, just to realize that it was an elder. It had been years sense they'd encountered one. And even back then it hadn't been good news. They had just caused trouble with them. And now it appeared that they were back to cause more. He thought, before the Elder opened his mouth and told Ruby to come to him. Just to go on to inform Nick that he had somehow been controlling Ruby without even realizing he'd been doing it. And then told him that he was there to help him become a real vampire. Before kissing her, ---- but the worse thing was that he had her so deep under his spell or whatever he'd done to her that she actually kissed him back. Hoping up and charging him. Knocking him to the floor and pinning him there.




Even though Derek had muttered it under his breath about making sure Will knew not to call here anytime he liked she still heard him. To bad she couldn't tell him what was really going on.... She would have too soon. The elders were making a move tonight. A move that no one saw coming. And they had only found out about this afternoon. Sighing again as the door shut, and then answering the phone. "Hello?" Hearing Avery still crying in the bedroom but it had gotten lower.

The elder smiled looking up at him. "You can do whatever you want to me. You're furious at me for kissing your girl and that's understandable. But you also probably since that you don't have any grip over that my persuasion is stronger than yours, only because you refuse to take over her mind. You're a weak minded human and Ruby just realized that" He hissed. "Go ahead Ruby say how much you want me and hate him"

Ruby had collapsed and hit the floor far. Ruby sat up confused and puzzled then slowly nodded. "I hate you Nick, for everything you have done. All promises are empty to me especially since you promised that you married me over and over again." That part was true the other part was lie she didn't hate him, but her mind was too foggy to realize that.

Will looked up. "Raven the elders have a special weapon." He said and paused. "Whatever it is happening right now. I don't know what it is though any suggestions? Whatever it is we need to figure out now and make sure it can be used with us."

It didn't even phrase him, that she had just told him that she hated him, that all the promises were empty to her. Sense he knew that it was a lie. He knew that she loved him despite what was coming from her mouth right now. It was only because the elder under him was making her say it. Glaring at him. Feeling his hands go around the elders neck in a tight grip. "I'm going to rip your throat out..... make sure you feel every pull bone, break. And by the time I'm done you'll be begging me to finish you off. Every time we're happy one of you elders barge in and mess everything up. I'm not going to let that happen this time." He finished starting to rip his throat open.




"I don't know, it could be anything..... you don't think it could be a person do you?" She said thinking of Ruby and Nick.. what if what ever that special weapon was had something to do with one of them? It was possible. Seeing as every time something with the elders came up they lead them straight to Ruby and Nick. When they were the happiest. Thinking again about Derek.

The elder smiled. "Somebody locked their anger away for so long." He laughed and flashed away before Nick could finish doing anything else to him. He did what he came to do unleash Nick's vampires side. With the up coming war they would need to control as many vampires as possibles and with have the King and Queen under their control they could win.

Ruby felt her mind be released when the elder left and notice blood on Nick's hands. She ran over to him and knelt beside him. "Nick are you okay? What happened?" She wasn't sure what just happened, but there was a sinking pit in her stomach that something was wrong. He was angry and Ruby never saw Nick angry before. "Nick what's wrong."

"It could be a person...." he was interrupted as Avery kept crying.

"I want Momma and Daddy." Avery said.

"Go to Nick and Ruby's house, maybe something is wrong over there and that's why Avery is crying."

Nick had considered going after him for a split second. But didn't, knowing that he would be long gone by now anyways. Ruby and Himself might be the ruling couple which meant they had the most power... but the elders were still stronger then both of them. Because they were the oldest. Looking up when he saw Ruby come over from out of the corner of his eye and kneel beside him. Knowing that as soon as the elder had disappired her mind had been released. And of cross she wouldn't remember any of this but he would. "I'm fine, it's not my blood anyways... nothing good. I can promise you that."



"I can't just leave her here.... Derek isn't home. He left when you called, and I can't excatlly take her with me, what happens if something's going on? She could get hurt, if there is." Raven explained to him wishing now that Derek hadn't left when Will had called.

"You're angry. I can feel your anger." She could feel herself growing angry. "Nick , you never been this angry before." Ruby paused for a second, trying to control the anger that was rising in her. "Nick is there anything I can do to satisfy this anger and hunger for control that I'm feeling from you. It's my job to make sure you're pleased. I can take all the stress away from fighting all the vampire senses to the birthday party. Just let me." Ruby whispered against his neck softly.

"True nothing is probably wrong. They deserve some alone time anyways. I'm going to try to find out what is their secret weapon. You don't think they would try to turn Nick how most vampire males are?"

Nick grinded his teeth, he wanted to kill every single elder he could find. And then bring them back just to kill them all over again. That's what they deserved. It didn't matter to them how happy Ruby and him were. If they saw and opening to mess it up, and they knew that they were happy--- they'd take it. They'd take all that happiness away and send them through another batch of hell. And he was sick and tired of it. Just like even though she had had her mind released she was sounding like any of the other female vampires that just wanted to please their mates and make them happy. But he knew that she wasn't like them, she was just worried for him right now and that was how she reacted when he was mad. "No. Unless you can tell me a way to kill all the elders an make sure they never come back."




Raven hadn't thought of that... there had been a lot of preasure on Nick to change- to act like all the other male vampires did. But would the elders really go that far? To get Nick to loose control that he had no other chose but to act like all the other male vampires? Yes. She thought they would. If it meant that they reached their end, and getting him to be that way would do it... they would. "I'm going to shoot Ruby a text.. see if everything is okay. I think they would. If it meant that they got what they wanted in the end-- I think they'd do just about anything. Even if that meant doing something to Nick."

Ruby looked up at him. "Stop fighting the anger its okay let go.It's okay to act like a vampire sometimes because if you don't it will build up more and more and then explode. You already have it built up Nick." she whispered rubbing his arms. Kissing his neck softly. "Let go and experience it, Nick. All your senses will be magnified and this kiss would be so much better you would be able to melt away." Kissing his neck softly.

"Okay, call me back when you hear anything," Will said quietly.

"I need to go for a run-- get out of the house. Something. Or else I might do something that I'll regret latter. " He said knowing that she wanted to just make him happy, maybe make out with him a little bit until he just let it go. But he knew that if he didn't leave he might do something he'd come to regret later. Not that he feared hurting her physically. But he was worried he would only come to say something he didn't mean to her and then she'd be upset. He didn't want to make her upset either despite his anger at the elder for making her want to kiss him back. He knew that wasn't her. It was everything else. Everything the Elder had said, about him, the way he had handled Ruby's mind as if he didn't even have to put forth any thought about it. How much he had wanted to kill him. How much he wanted to kill ALL of them now.



"Okay-- oh and Will?" She said thinking of what Derek had said on his way out the door, even though he didn't realize she'd heard him. But she was going to tell him in a nicer way. If it had been Derek doing the telling--- things wouldn't go so nicely she had a feeling. Already pulling out her cell and shooting Ruby a text. 'Everything okay over there?'

Ruby quickly pulled away. Normally she would hide her feelings, but with the way Nick was feeling combined with hers."You want the person who love and know well here she is. It was my mistake for turning you into a vampire. It was mistake to think that someone could love me. And it was mistake to think that you could actually do it. It was my mistake for letting a human make his way in my heart. It was mistake for letting you know how I feel," she snapped. "I know more than anyone what holding in the vampire does to you. You're not going to leave this house because you will attack a human or cause some sort of destruction. You are going to stay in the house and so help if you try escaping I will snap your neck.." Her phone was ringing. Yeah, everything is okay She said that mentally to Raven. Ruby, never talked to Nick this way before and she knew it might push him to the edge.

"Really? We're back to that? After five years, we're back to that. Thirty minutes ago I was telling you how much I love you and our daughter. Now you're telling me it was your mistake for changing me and letting me into your life? No. What I want- What I really want right now is to kill all the elders and then bring them back just to kill them all again. That's what I want. A little while ago you were telling me to let out my vampire- that I'd feel better once I did. Well guess what. It's out. And it wants to go for a run. So if snapping my neck is what you have to do, by all means. Try to. But you'll have to catch me first." He told her then dashed off towards the door and pulling it open and running out.



'Okay...' she thought back even though it didn't seem like it. But maybe she was just over thinking things. Shrugging it off. And then texting Will letting him know that Ruby said everything was fine.

Ruby closed her eyes and started to make a force field around their house so he couldn't escape, but it failed her knees started to shake it was like she couldn't stop Nick. She walked slowly feeling weak realizing the world was spinning. "Nick........" She whispered. "Please come back I need you." She wasn't sure what was happening to her, but had a gut feeling that it had to do with Nick letting go. "I'm so sorry for saying those things. Its not place to talk to you like that." Ruby was fighting off the feeling of his vampire side. It was natural for a male vampire to take over their mates mind so natural that it happened right away and Ruby was fighting it which was causing her to make herself sick. "Nick I need you right now, please come back. I'm fighting off your mind and its make sick." Her knees buckled and she hit the front porch. Nick, I love you so much, I'm just upset that you haven't proposed to me. I didn't mean to snap like that everything that is happening is just a rush. We can work it out, we always work it out.

Nick hadn't been aware that he was already in someway forcing his mind into her. Feeling it when she passed out. He loved her there was no doubt about that, and she had told him countless times that she did too. Like now before she had passed out. But whatever The Elder had set off when he had come here and talked to him.... it was still going. Going full speed. To the point he just wanted to hunt- kill something- someone. Not even caring that his mate had passed out due to her fighting off his mind. And that wasn't like Nick. He cared. He always cared. So what had happened in that short time that had made him start caring more about hurting someone than rushing back to help his mate? He wondered. Trying to fight his own mind trying to get back to the person he was thirty-five minutes ago. Finding only a shred of that person left. But it was still enough to make him force whatever this was trying to control him- along with Ruby out of his head. Taking a few deep breaths before rushing back and carrying her back inside the house and placing her on the coach. Still fighting the urge to run. To kill. To unknown ling control her mind. Finally feeling it snap. Finally feeling himself snap out of it.





Grace walked in from the bedroom finding Will in the kitchen sitting at the table, going over some papers. Going over and softly placing herself in his lap. "What's all this?" She asked softly scanning over the papers before turning to him.



Raven sighed. She hadn't heard from Derek in over an hour. And he had said that he was going to get take-out. Having gotten Avery back to sleep after talking to Will. Now she was alone. In their bed. And he still wasn't home. Rolling over and snatching up her phone to send him a text. 'Where are you?'

Ruby awakened a little while after. "Nick I'm fine." She whispered sitting up gently. "Look I'm serious its okay to let go and let it take over you." Taking a deep breath. "I know your afraid, but would it help if you and I both let go together? I mean you haven't seen my whole vampire side." A giggled escaped her mouth. Not aware that his vampire side was using her to break free she didn't remember the elder saying that. She ran her hand up his arm slowly. "Let go." She whispered softly kissing his neck. The next thing she was force her mind into his letting him be able to grab it. "Lets help each other let go," whispering softly as her lips found his kissing them hard. She was slowly letting her inner vampire come out for fun. It wasn't like she suppressed being a vampire, but she held a lot of it in front of Nick. She pushed him against the couch as she kissed him biting his lip urging for him to let go. Ruby always held this part of her back because it was her wild and dangerous side. "You'll learn how to control each side of you if you let go." She hissed against his lips.

"Nothing." He quickly cleaned up all the papers and stuffed in a briefcase. "I need to head somewhere. I'll be back really quickly."

Derek didn't answer he was at a bar drinking.

Nick had somewhat figured out what had happened while she had been out. Kissing her back, feeling her inside of his head. But he couldn't let go. Not again. He couldn't become like he had been before she had passed out. He couldn't risk that again. But yet she was urging him to let go. So that they could let go together. Gripping her waist so that he could hold her against him, but he couldn't let go. No matter how bad she wanted him to.


Grace frowned. Not budging, when he said that he needed to go someplace. "Will----what's going on? Whenever we have time to be together you have to go someplace real quick or you find some excuse to not be around me."

Ruby felt him kiss her back and smiled against his lips as he kissed her hard. She pushed further into his mind letting her mind cover it as blanket. Her hands ran down his chest and pulled away and smiled. Taking one scratch to her neck letting the crimson red blood run down her neck. Automatically pulling her neck to Nicks lips. She was desperate to have him let go, every fiber in her body craved Nick letting go. There was no confusion on why she had to this, she just had to "Let go baby, then we can have some fun," begging him to let go. Realizing that everything she was doing was driving him crazy, he was just fighting it, but everyone had there breaking point and she wasn't going to stop until he let go.


"Nothing is wrong, Grace, I just have to go," Will said as he pushed away through her.

There was no doubt that Nick wanted her blood once he got the weft of it where she had scratched her neck open and lowered it to his mouth. He hadn't had her blood in his mouth in so very long. But he also knew that if he did let go he wouldn't be able to all the way, that would be too dangerous to both of them. So he would let go but still maintain some control over himself. Latching onto her neck with his mouth where she had cut herself and slowly began to let go. But made sure to keep some control in his mind as well.


Grace frowned but let him go. He'd be back at some point. And when he was she was going to make him sit down with her so that they could work this out. Seeing as no matter what time it was if she tired getting close to him he would find some reason not to be close to her. To leave. And never tell her where he was going or why he was leaving. Did he still have feelings for Raven? And he was having an affair despite how long they had been together now. It was going on five years. And all that time he hadn't said anything about having feelings for Raven. Or was it something else? And she just hadn't thought of it yet. Sighing as he walked out the door.



Raven waited a good fifteen minutes. But when she got no response sent another quick text hoping maybe he'd pick up and answer her. 'Avery's asleep... I got her to sleep around an hour ago and she hasn't woken up yet. So hopefully she wont. Plus I told Will what you said before you left. Just try to be quit when you come home though please. Seeing as I don't wanna get Avery asleep again for a 3rd time. Love you.'

Ruby smiled as she felt Nick let go and let a moan out of her mouth. She relaxed against him. "N---i-i-ck," feeling him drink her blood made her body tingle, this feeling had been so foreign for the last time he drank for her had been in ages, because they had been so busy with Avery. Hoping next that Nick would let her drink after he was finished. Nick's touch made her body crave more it sent a fiery sensation through her.


Will walked to Raven his house and knocked on the door. "Raven this is me its urgent, I think we were right about Nick and Ruby being their secret weapon. I found a passage in an old book about vampire royalty." He knew he shouldn't have came here, but if they didn't stop Nick from letting go quick then the war will happen. He felt bad for leaving Grace like that, but she couldn't know about this.

Derek slammed his phone down on the bar counter. He wasn't going to answer Raven. He wasn't drunk and didn't want to something he regretted.

Nick couldn't help the light moan that came from his mouth as he drank her blood. Taking a little more into himself before pulling back and healing the cut with a swipe of his tongue and fallowed it with a kiss. Sensing her reaction to everything he was doing. Reaching up and scratching his own neck open, for her to take his in return. Tightening his hold on her slightly knowing that it wouldn't hurt her. Seeing as they were programed to not be able to hurt each other.



Raven had almost been asleep but woke with a start when she heard the bang on the door and hear the faint sound of Will's voice coming from the other side of it. Getting up and going to the door. Yawning as she let him in.

Ruby's eyes widened as the scent of his blood went through her nose. She quickly sank her teeth into him latching on. Soon the blood flow was coming steady and the warmth over came her. Ruby hadn't had any blood and she didn't know she could forcefully stop herself, but she knew Nick would be able to stop her. Moan formed in her throat as she drank.

"If Nick lets go then things could get messy. All of the vampire royalty does what the Elders want and all the vampires will follow. Raven you're in danger too, we have to make sure Nick doesn't let go and the only way to do that is separate him from Ruby." Will said.

Nick let himself moan as she snake her fangs into him and drank. It felt so amazing. She felt so amazing. He thought letting his hands slid down so that they rested on her bottom as she drank. Knowing that if she took too much he would have to stop her even if he didn't want to.



Raven listened, leading the way into the living room so that they could talk. Sitting down across from him. That could get messy. the only thing was she didn't know how the heck they were going to separate the two of them. It wasn't like they could take one home and babysit them until the threat had passed. Neither of there mates would like that very much. Nodding when he was done. "That would be messy. So how do we separate them? It's not like we can each take one home with us. Seeing as neither one of our mates would like it. But how else would we be able too?"

Ruby felt herself getting full, but she didn't want to pull away she closed the hole and started to kiss his neck softly. She slowly moved her way up to his lips and pulled away slightly. "We have the whole night to ourselves. Can we keep kissing?" she asked softly against his lips. She darted her eyes to his. "Now that you have let go doesn't it feel amazing?" teasing his lips with a soft kiss.

Will shook his head. "We could keep one in the house and the other in a motel room? We both walk in and break their necks. I take Nick you take Ruby." It sounded like a good plan in his head if only if it would work that much.
