I already have a list of blogs I follow to find out what books are worth reading. Does anyone have a list of blogs that review audio books?

Take a look at this site: http://www.audiobookjukebox.com/On the front page are the latest reviews and under each book you can see which blogs have reviewed that book. The links take you to the blogs. So you can quickly see who might be interested in your book by looking for similar books.
Also, here are some Facebook pages where you can post an audiobook 'free in exchange for a review' post:

My blog @https://jbarronowens.com and the blog https://dabofdarkness.com primarily review audio books.
There's mine,http://audiothing.blogspot.com.au
Mostly mysteries, not the place if you want dystopian post apocalyptic vampires or steamy stuff!
Goodreads just did a best of audible books and who read them. The comment section will give you lots.Hint - when the say Jeremy Irons reading Lolita - they are not kidding.

It's a list purely of famous actors narrating, no professional narrator is even given a mention

I am not sure that actors can't also be professional narrators.
Jane just wanted a place for audio books. I don't know if she cares if they are also actors. If you hadn't told me, I wouldn't have known some of them were also actors.
While the list is interesting, I was more pointing her to the comments.
