thanks for this…I can agree on the reviewers part…when I first published I refused to give books in exchange for reviews then when I finally caved I had a bad experience with it. I can say if I handed out five books out of those five I got 1 review back. I def know what to look for net time around though.

There's also a site called The Indie View http://www.theindieview.com/indie-rev... where I found a couple of reviewer blogs. But I think the ones I was actually reviewed by were people I found on here when I read their reviews of other books. Blogs with a following seem to be the best way to go. I guess any review is good, but there's just something about a 'real' reviewer. The review seems to have more weight than my aunt's 'this-is-such-a-wonderful-book-everyone-should-read-it' review. No offense, Aunt Vicky.
