Ladybooksalott (silverstake) ((Lol it's okay)

Rose smiled ruefully at his words. "Yes, it's nice," she said softly, looking into the distance for a moment, wondering if her parents would have supported her anyway, even.if she hadn't been raped... She shook her head and gazed back at him. "Well, you get to do literature, at least. It's stupid your parents won't let you study what you love unless they get something in return," she shook her head. At his other words, she sighed softly. "Since middle school," she said softly. "I was more like an ... outcast? I guess you could say that. I liked books more than I liked people, I still do, sometimes," she laughed softly. "Alex was popular and seemed like an asshole. He became my friend when we were assignes to do a project together on science," she smiled at the memory. "He wasn't an asshole then," she said softly. She didn't know why Alex would say something like that. "I... I don't understand why he would say something like that, it's..." she breathed out, biting her lip.

Ladybooksalott (silverstake) Rose watched him, noticing they were very close, but not moving away from him. She actually liked him. It felt nice to talk to him. "Well, that's good," she said gently. "Having fun and having friends is a good thing, I just... I don't know, I'm a freak," she said softly, smilibg a little as she brushed the fabric of her shirt down, shivering lightly at the cold. "He has?" She asked, looking at him in uncertainty. She didn't want him to dislike her friend, fir an unknown reason. "Maybe... maybe he was just worried.. I... he isn't usually like this," she explained, biting her lip. "I just don't understand what's going on, but he really hurt me," she let out softly, looking at her hands.

Ladybooksalott (silverstake) "Different," she repeated, laughing softly. It still didn't sound very good. She shook her head and hugged her knees to her chest. "Bad vibe?" She muttered softly, glancing at him. Shr loved Alex, he was her best friend, but saying smethinfg like that wasn't what best friends did... Rose almost choked on her own spit at his last words. "Woah, woah, likes me? Alex is my best friend," she shook her head wildly. "He's not interested in me in that way," she explaimed. "Besides, I haven't dated in a long timr and I love Alex as a friend... nothing more," she said quietly. No, that couldn't be true. 'And, it's not true. I'm just a friend to him," she mumbled.

Ladybooksalott (silverstake) Rose shook her head wildly at his words, bewildered. How could Alex like her after he knew what had happened to her? After seeing how messed up she was? No, it couldn't be true. "You're wrong. He doesn't like me. I'm not the type of girl boys like and I'm not Alex' type at all,' she told him, shaking her head again. She let out a sigh and rolled her eyes at his last words. "I'm smart enough to be here, thank you very much," she nudged him slightly, chuckling a little. "But no, Jay, I don't think Alex likes me. I mean, he just broke up with Samantha three weeks ago!" She sighed, throwing her hands up in frustration. "And please call me Rose, Rosalie sounds so formal."

Ladybooksalott (silverstake) Rose shook her head at his words. She just didn't want to believe him. She wanted Alex to be her friend and nothing more. At his last words, she sighed. "You sound like my dad," she grumbled, chuckling soflt. She got up from where she was sitting and ran a hand through her hair. 'I look like a wreck, don't I?" She laughed softly. Her eyes were probably red, and her hair didn't look great either.

Ladybooksalott (silverstake) Rose slapped his arm playfully. "You're supposed to say that I look amazing," she teased softly, tucking a lock of her hair behind her ear. She smiled softly as he took her hand, and was surprised to not feel anxious about it. When guys touched her, she would usually jerk away but with Jay... it was different. "No one, I think," she said softly. "Alex left, I think and Julie should be asleep," she muttered softly, liking the feeling of his hand in hers. She didn't want him to let go, even if she had only known him for a day.

Ladybooksalott (silverstake) Rose smiled slightly at his words. "Yes, that is true," she said softly, feeling a little bit of sadness in her heart. She knew a boy like him would never truly like a girl like her. He would never fall for the broken mess that she was. "Yes, honesty is the best," she said gently, slowly letting go off his hand to slid the key into the lock. She opened the door and noticed the silence, which meant that Alex was gone and Julie was asleep. "He's gone," she sighed softly. "He isn't that bad.. just... I don't know," she shook her head, turning to look at him.

Ladybooksalott (silverstake) ((Yay! :D))

Rose was about to open her mouth each time when he spoke, and reluctantly shut up. She shook her head at him as he disappeared, and sighed. How was she supposed to know where she was going? He was really tiring. "He's not in love with me," she grumbled, even though there was no one to answer. She closed the door behind him and then got her pj's on and went into bed. She just wanted to sleep and blank her mind. So, she did.
