SOLVED. Mills & Boon Book from the 90s [s]

Hi all,

Was wondering if anyone can help me. I read a mills and boon book in the 1990s. It was one of the green hardcover ones I think.

It was something about a girl who fell in love with her brother's best friend while she was young and I think she told him and he rejected her. They meet up years later, I think at her brother's wedding celebration and sparks start to fly. If I'm not mistaken there's a steamy scene in the front of a car (ferrari maybe) at some point.

Does anyone remember this book? Can you please assist with the title and author.
