Much wandering had brought the blonde creature that strode in behind Shion to this infamous hall. Her time seeking her accommodations had brought a number of blissfully morbid descriptions of the interior design of the hall. She had to say, the designer had impeccable taste. She hoped her roommate would have a similar outlook of appearance on the half of the room she would probably inhabited. The female pursed her lips at this thought, a finger sliding along the edges of the black patch over her left eye. The red ocular that still functioned on the right had yet to take in the adrogynous figure that had entered the hall before her.

Stuck still in her reverie of the decorations, she hitched up the small satchel on her shoulder. Her grip tightened as a cold excitement slid over her, a numbing sensation as her mind flitted towards the possibilities of entertainment that her mind could conjure up.

"I could get used to this place," she remarked to no in particular, eye wandering over every niche and crevice.

What you can help with: I can help with deleting spam and staying organized. Sometimes I have sporadic bursts of genius plots, but that isn't often. As for world building, I think I'm pretty handy there.

Carson rolled his eyes at Mackenzie. She thought he was going insane? Out of all the people at camp, he was one of the ones who had taken this without too much freaking out. Other kids were so much worse, but he didn't say any of that to her girl. She could think whatever she wanted, stupid twelve year old. "If I see anyone else around, I'll be sure to tell them." He responded callously implying that she wasn't any good. Carson noticed her reaction to the word journal, but didn't pay any attention when she tried to scold him.

When she took the game piece out of his hand Carson rubbed at the tattoo on his arm and gave her a nod of encouragement. He had to look down at her, but that wasn't something Carson minded. It was better to be tall in his opinion. Carson tilted his head and handed her another. "Best two out of three?" He asked, figuring she just had beginner's luck. I mean, psh. Even if she hung out here a lot she couldn't be that good, right? Carson didn't ask her for any helpful tips, figuring it was better to loose on his own than loose after asking her for help. Why you want to be a mod: I've never been a mod before. I think it would be a really cool experience and that I'd learn quite a bit more of HTML and such

What you can help with: Most HTML issues I'm good at fixing, I tend to read everything even when my characters are not part of the discussion. I also ghost a lot, so even when I'm not on I'm usually around.

(view spoiler)["No there isn't, you're just a wimp. Can't even stick your hand inside me for one second to deliver our baby. So much for your baby making skills," Katherine said stubbornly, but she knew it was just the nerves talking. If she really wanted Asher to fist her, she would've lied right in the car and force his hand into her. Maybe seduce or bribe him by licking him or something. But instead, she'd have to push...and scream and focus on Asher and the baby and not the creepy doctor that was touching her. Yeah...that's what she'd do...she'd just keep her eyes on Asher and focus about them...them. Totally ignore the weirdo who would place towels over her and check 'that space' over and over again--what? Katherine has seen enough movies in her time to know. She had Satan's bloody misery of a gift that hurt like hell and she could manage it. Luckily for Asher, he had gotten her pregnant the second day they met so he didn't know how bitchy she could be when she had her period but being pregnant was good practice. If they say pregnancy was worse...she better hope their child was worth the pain, and luckily for her, it would be. Their child would be worth anything.

Yeah, Katherine believed Asher's nonchalant theory of 'going in and out' as much as he did. He made everything seem ...not as bad, and she loved him for it, especially now since she was freaking out. Home sounded nice to her right now. Maybe they could just go back home an go sleep, pretend that she hadn't thrown Asher off the bed. Yeah maybe Asher could make her breakfast and they could hotwire the neighbor's tv and watch a movie on the couch. Or they could fuck on the table and pretend she wasn't pregnant. All of those ideas sounded great right now. But as much as she wanted go back home, she couldn't wait to see their child's face, his/her body in her arms or lying in between her and Asher. It was just the pain that worried her...classy Katherine...real classy.

Katherine only realized the gun pointed to Asher when he had taken her hand and pulled her behind him. Only then realized how hard she was holding onto him at the moment, careful that he wouldn't slip from her fingers. She stayed close to Asher; in these last few days she had become extremely clingy to him, extremely soft...thank the baby and the hormones running through her. When they made a move to check them, she only cringed, flinching and hiding behind Asher more. Only when he spoke to her and held her hand tightly did she let them check her. But they pulled her away from Asher and all she was capable of was a weak mutter of his name. Fingers wrapped around her chin forcing them up to tear hers from Asher's to meet the guards. She was never scared, she was Katherine...but she couldn't have been more scared than she had right now in this moment. The message was clear; no looking to Asher like a weak link, suspicion would only grow. The guards hands traveled across her arms, slid her neck, which had no indentations of a bite whatsoever. And when he reached her legs, she gave him a cold glare but he didn't acknowledge her but frisked her anyway, coming up empty handed. "Hope you got what you were looking for raper. Touching pregnant girls is low, just ask my boyfriend over there, but he makes it hot though," Katherine muttered getting rewarded with a glare of his own thrown at her. But the guy didn't say anything but looked to the guy who was frisking Asher and shrugged, "Clear" was all he said with a voice so husky that Katherine felt her fear rising again.

From there, it was all rush rush rush. They weren't gentle with her given her condition and almost sent her into the room without Asher. Only when she took her wrist from the guard who was shoving her in the room did she step back and nervously call for Asher. "I, I can't, Im not going in there without him," she muttered and after being called a stubborn bitch did the guard let Asher in with her. Assholes. The room wasn't fancy at all, just a plain medic bed; bandages and medical equipment was sprawled across the table...with pointy things...oh joy. She was laid on the bed, after being changed into this weird cheap hospital dress which was like being naked anyway. Tubes were stuck all up along her arms, forcing medicine in and all she could do was wait. She watched Asher with quiet eyes and found his hand, lacing her fingers through his. "I love you okay?" that was it. That was all she wanted Asher to know. That she loved him. No matter what she would love him, always and so it was then when she could care less about the pain because this was going to happen...they were going to have a baby.

Why I want to be a mod:

I would like to be a mod because well, I like to help, Im one of those people who has all these ideas but has no idea how to bring them across in a way that people wont think Im stupid. I guess what Im trying to say is that if you give me a chance, Ill try my best to surprise you. I'll do whatever you guys ask without question but if there's something I disagree with, Ill say it nicely and I personally think that crucial for being a mod to have someone that's not too submissive and can give their opinions in a non offensive way. No Im not perfect and yes I make many...many mistakes but all Im asking for is a chance. Let me surprise you.

What I can help with:

Anything really. Ill write topics for you and approve charries for you. I have all these ideas in my mind that I would love to share with you and I wont mind rejection but everything I do will be all for one thing, to help. And even if you don't pick me, I would still love to share them with you :)

(view spoiler)[ Well. It was hard keeping her nonchalance up because, yeah. The stark contrast between her human days -when he would have willingly gone just about anywhere with her- and now definitely hurt. But than again, that was the way life was nowadays. Being a human and being a demon were two very different things and, most of the time, the change was for the better. Who would have thought Benedict would be the one who didn't approve? Not once during her human days had she ever looked at what he was with disgust or disdain but being a demon was too much for him to handle? Even though it was the reason she was able to stand before him that very moment?

Ooh, wasn't that rich?

But instead of showing even a glimpse of how his reaction truly affected her, Charlie smiled at the mention of what they used to have staying in the past. Yes, that was true- it wasn't her intention to be with someone who didn't appreciate what she was. Eh, as a matter of fact, she didn't intend to be with anyone. But that was besides the point. But she found it hard to belief he didn't feel at least something. Because underneath her smug smirks and nonchalant attitude, she was aching to reach out and touch him. Something she was having difficulty admitting to herself, much less ever outloud. It was such a human urge and maybe that's why she was feeling it so strongly around Benedict- he'd always made her feel so human.

And maybe, just maybe, she wasn't ready to let go of that yet.

"Come on," And than she was in front of him, looking up at him with a spot on puppy dog impression. Walking backwords as he continued walking, persistent. "You're not even slightly curious? It took some humans and I a few months to finish and I've been dying to show it off." It was the first and probably only thing as a demon that she'd created instead of destroyed. The humans, some artsy, rebellious types, were currently her roommates and the only group of mortals she could stand. Clasping her hands together in front of her, she held them up in front of her lips to hide the grin there. "For old time's sake? Pleaseee, Ben?"

And those last two words, said in such a mock playful way, were enough to practically crush her under the rain of memories. Trying to sway him into coming in. "Pleasee, Ben? I promise I'll behave." Asking to walk along the beach for just a few minutes longer. "Pleasee Ben. I don't want to go home yet." Curiously asking about his history. "Who am I going to tell? Please, Ben." Showing him one of her new sketches and asking for his opinion. "So. What'd you think? And be vicious if you have to. Please Benedict, I need an honest verdict here." Trying to give him some of her blood when he'd seemed to have gone too long without feeding. "Please, Ben. You need it and I won't miss it." (hide spoiler)]

Why you want to be a mod: Because I want to be able to help in any way I can ? Especially with carrying out new ideas and seeing to them getting used. And honestly, I kinda know what it's like to join a group kinda late and feel like the odd one out just because everyone else Is already comfortable with each other- so I want to be able to help make sure others don't ever feel that way ^^ In other words, being personable with people is something I think is perdy importantt c;

What you can help with: Think of me as a personal little worker bee? Lols, that sounds horrible, just kidding. It's just, I'm relatively decent at carryimg out orders and anything that would need to be done, -make new threads, folders, approve charries, etc- I'd totally be down to do. Unfortunately, I rarely get strokes of ingenius ideas. But ! If I ever did, I'd be sure you mention it. Though I'd do that either way.

Cyrus had waited silently as he watched everything unfold, as the elders huddled together, discussing things before confirming the date. He stayed silent as he watched Avalon rise to her feet saying something about a plane and tying up some loose ends. His heart raced in his chest as he heard Byron suggest that things were taken care of and then left them to alone time. At that mentioning of the two of them being left in the room alone to talk, well.....part of Cyrus wanted to create some excuse and flee. The other part, the more mature part that actually won the internal conflict knew that it was childish to run and instead watched as the door closed behind Byron. Byron's parting words echoed in his mind. The future couple....

It was definitely going to take some time to get used to that, being part of a couple. He'd never had time for serious relationships before, never trusted anyone enough to let them into his life, and now here he was.....devoting himself to practically a stranger. It was a moment before Cyrus even realized that Avalon was talking to him. Unfortunately as a result, he only heard half of what she said. Hearing her though he could pretty much put together the rest of the sentence and nodded, "Well, little did I know that you were facing the exact same problem....along with the loss of your parents....." Trailing off there a was a moment of silence, tension hanging in the air between them before he added in another thought, "I'm sorry about that....your parents deaths. They were honorable and respectable people."

Not exactly the most personal of sentiments, but honestly? Cyrus had never really known them. Sure his parents and her parents had been acquaintances, but they hadn't exactly been friends. The two covens had never been close before. Rather they had always been separate due to the different styles of magic. As a child, Cyrus could remember making up excuses why he didn't want to meet the Blackthornes. Of course he eventually met Byron in school, but they hadn't exactly been in the same social circles. Cyrus was the goody-two-shoes Student Body kind of guy, Byron had always been more sporty. Smiling slightly at the memories flashing through his mind, Cyrus headed over to one of the chairs and took a seat, careful to give Avalon her space.

Avalon.....God he could only imagine what was going through her mind at this whole thing. Shaking his head his smile dropped from his face and he sighed, his voice sounding concerned, apologetic. "I'm sorry, about all this. It was a proposal I made.....I-" What could he say? I didn't want Aubrey to have to marry Byron? Oh yeah...real smart, just imply that you don't think Byron is good enough for your sister. Yet, Aubrey and Avalon are the same age and yet you're fine with marrying Avalon...so obviously it's not the whole future thing.... "I'm sorry.....about how your world is basically turning upside-down. You honestly don't deserve that. Once this whole binding thing is done...you can go back to California if you want."

Now it wasn't that Cyrus didn't want her around, hell after the binding he was sure he'd be quite curious about her. He certainly knew that she'd be more powerful here, where her ancestors were. Not to mention she'd be part of the Ceremonial Witch Coven as well, her powers would be almost unequal to any other. However, he knew that she had a life in California, and while her schooling situation may have been taken care of he had no doubts that she had friends there. People she cared about. He didn't want to ruin her entire life.

That was exactly how he felt though, here he was, just some random guy and he'd been the one to propose the whole binding ceremony. He hadn't paused to give it a thought about her. Rather he had only been thinking of his own selfish reasons. He'd been concerned with only his family, keeping his sister from having to get married. Not to mention an alliance between the covens would strengthen both covens considerably.

Guilt, anxiety, worry. They were his dominating emotions as he sat there, causing his heart rate to increase slightly and his mouth to feel dry. God....my tongue feels like sandpaper in my mouth. I'm like a fish out of water.....hell I wouldn't blame her if she hated me. I was the one that suggested all of this....and now it's turned her entire world upside-down. I'd certainly be upset with me. Cyrus couldn't even think about how they met last night and how awkward it had been, he was far too concerned with hoping that she wasn't going to be mad at him. (hide spoiler)]

Why you want to be a mod: I really really really want to see this group succeed. I love groups like this and would love for it to excel as the idea is very nice and the members of the group all seem very advanced so far.

What you can help with: I'm usually online quite a bit and would be able to help out with creating topics and approving characters and anything like that. I'd also be able to help out with keeping topics clean and answering questions on things. So yeah.

Thanks to everyone for applying! I speak for Angel and myself when I tell you that all of the applications were absolutely amazing and we had a really hard time coming to a decision. That being said, we did decide, and I'm happy to reveal that our two new mods are: Sara (MMI) and Sneha. Again, thanks to everyone for applying, and if or when we are looking for new mods I'll be sure to keep all of you in mind. :D
