Hi I'm trying to find a young adult book fiction about a boy that is on the run from some guy at the star and he has no memory of who he is he ends up in the drain system and joins a group of kids that do cons to live. he has some sort of power and in the end he has his memory back and there are others like him and he wears a dog tag with 124 which supposedly is code to say he is number 7 this book is also part of a seires
