When an author changes a title of their book

Titles should match covers. If a title changes, then an alternate edition should be created.

Can you link the BOOKS where there are issues?

That's only sufficient if the books were never listed on Goodreads under their original titles. If that is not the case, and the author (or someone else) changed the book records, please flag those edits. (No need to flag all of them; flag one or two and mention in your comment that the author's other books are also affected.)

By checking the librarian logs of the books in question for edits to the titles.

Dutch, a librarian note or a note in the book summary are not enough *if* the book's original title was changed in the title field of the book.
