Nutkin | 10 comments I just went to add the edition of "The Plague" that I'm reading after checking and being unable to find it (my version wasn't for sale in the USA), but because it's the same ISBN as another edition, I can't save it. Is it standard to just go ahead and add it without the ISBN then? This is the first time I've come across this problem.

Thanks!

Cait (tigercait) | 5005 comments Yes, that's the way. You should include a note in the description field -- standard language is "Note: This is an alternate cover edition for ISBN [number]." and also a librarian note on the book record (the note link at the very top of the edit page).

I've combined your new edition with the other editions.
