March 2014 ANNOUNCED: The You and Me Challenge
Rachel Skye wrote: "F is for friends, who do stuff together, U is for you and me. N is for - Yeah who cares. Spongebob has taught me that I can remember dumb little songs, but not what I was supposed to do for homew..."Funny I learned that lesson from Gilligan's Island and The Beverly Hillbillies.
Alright! March is around the corner and here is the March challenge! I am opening it early due to the "rules" if you may...
drum roll please
The You and Me challenge. If you looked at my little poem, list was spelled out in italics. I made it vague, I know. March's challenge will be a challenge that you somewhat share with a friend. For this challenge you are going off a friends list, and their list only. You can try to find one that you wanted to read but I highly HIGHLY suggest you sift through their shelves and find a book that you didn't know about, or you might of not read. This gives you the opportunity to read a few books that spark your interest through a friend. You can reach out to whoever it was that you "borrowed" from, or keep it mutually just a picking pot.
You can look through their read, to be read and currently reading shelves. You can use my shelves, and if you do- message me! Maybe if its a mutual read, we can do it together, or if it is a book I have already read- lets discuss it!
There are no strict rules, but here are the minimal rulings:
- Must be from a person from the C&B group.
- Must post who's list you chose from & if it was a tbr, read or currently reading list.
- And of course, must post the book(s)!
Duration: March 1st to April 2nd (just kidding its the 1st- April Fools! )
Enjoy!

This looks like fun! I like to troll lists and pick up some new books to add to my list, and a challenge to ensure I read them? Delightful! :)
I'd love to do this, but I'm new to this group and don't have very many friends. So if it's doable, I'm in. Sounds like great fun!
Terri! Welcome. Please add me as a friend! If the user is not private a nice little friend request will grant you the ability to see their lists and shelves. But do not hesitate to drop in and ask for friend invites and /or requests!
Lol Fiona! I will be stalking everyone as well. :) Terri - feel free to go through my books or send a friend request. :)
Thanks Rachel and Kristie! This seems like such a great group!
This looks like fun so count me in. Terri - feel free to add me as a friend I have loads of books for you to have a sticky nose at :) In fact everyone is welcome to have a sticky nose lol. Enjoy everyone :)
I am also open to anyone looking through my books, even though I am far for finished with listing them in Goodreads... sighFeel free to send me a Friend Request :)
I'm away for most of March with limited computer access but I would still like to join in the challenge. So I might choose just one book to comment on when I get back. Do you mind if I come and sticky beak your books Sharon?

Thank you Sharon ! Will do ~~
and Thanks Fiona !
and Thanks Fiona !
You know when you want to join so many challenges but there simply not enough time to read all the books you're planning to?
I have chosen my book from Sharon's list of books she has read. She has actually reminded me of a book I have been meaning to read for a long time The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins. Thanks Sharon:)
Well, thank you to Sharon for the use of your Read list. I sorted by ratings to make sure I got a 5 star. I'm going to read Still Alice. It has been recommended by my niece, it's even sitting on my bedside table unread, and because Sharon HIGHLY recommends it in her review.
I have a Buddy Read on March 1st so I will read Still Alice after that.
Alright Fiona! I stalked your to read and I decided on Clockwork Orange. I've seen the movie about a hundred times before. Never gets old, how ever disturbing that may sound!
I attempted to read it in high school (haha! I know right when I was 15...) and I still have it on the shelf. So I am picking up the one again for the month of March. If I get through it, I will go ahead and pick my next victim, er I mean friend, to stalk and get another good recommendation!

Hi Lizzie just read thru the thread. But basically you look thru a friends Read, To Read or Currently Reading and choose a book. Preferably something you wouldn't normally read.
You have to choose 1 of us on this group Heather and Lizzie xxThere are no strict rules, but here are the minimal rulings:
- Must be from a person from the C&B group.
- Must post who's list you chose from & if it was a tbr, read or currently reading list.
- And of course, must post the book(s)!

I'm going to read a couple from Jessica's TBR list :The Yearning by Kate Belle
