Nikki peeked her head back into the closet and stared seriously into Chloe's eyes. Her eyes moved back and forth between Zoey and Chloe.

Chloe felt her stomach drop to the floor. "Oh no! They know my secret!! What am I gonna do?" , Chloe said to herself panicking.

After 5 moments of silence, Zoey and Nikki burst into hysterics.

"OMG! Hahahahahahaha! I was just kidding Chloe! Ahhahaha! For a minute there you looked like you'd seen a ghost!" Nikki laughed

A wave of relief washed over Chloe and she painfully joined in the laughter. "Very funny, Nikki," she said, forcing a smile.

"Nikki, zoey? If I tell you something will you still want to be friends?" Chloe said really seriously. She started to tear up. She didn't want to lose her two best friends! She sat down on the floor in the janitors closet and burst into tears.
