No, it's correct. In his age, catalan was forbidden so all the official names and surnames had to be written in Spanish.

Joyce va exposar al llarg del seu Ulysses les diverses possibilitats narratives que tenia a mà; Pedrolo ha ampliat l'experiència joyciana al llarg de tota la seva obra. Avui, en Sòlids en suspensió insinua una nova proposta no inventariada pel gran irlandès: la irrupció d'una suposada realitat al món de la fantasia. Un fragment aparegut en una revista – l'origen de la faula és un fragment pedrolià aparegut a Serra d'Or – fa que el personatge real, sobre el qual ha fabulat el novel·lista, protesti de l'autenticitat del personatge fictici. ¿Pirindel·liana? According to a note on this book, the no. of pages is actually 458 including acknowledgements, but someone had recently changed it to 441. I've now changed it back.
