I'd have to say it is good but not brilliant. There were some parts where you'd get lost, like the action scenes and stuff like that but overall, the book is good. thankfully, it is illustrated so you won't get lost.

It's basically a continuation of Leviathan. The tone of Leviathan is transplanted here.

I think the best companion of the series is Naomi Novik's His Majesty's Dragon because of their alt-history, steampunk leanings though I yet have to read Novik.

I finished it in three days kasi yesterday, I was retrieving my lost ATM from my place near SM North to Ayala Triangle. Karga2x ko 'tong libro. Napabalik ako ng 2 beses sa bangko kaya hindi maiwasang di matapos. I just realized that the MRT could do wonderful things at your reading.
