Read this almost a decade ago; loved it then. I agree there are a lot of descriptions and it doesn't move fast, but I gobbled up everything that time, being fascinated with anything about Japan.

I guess I have to finish it, a lot of people says its a nice book. Japan really is fascinating :)

sabi ng friend ko, he actually incorporates, CTscan plates to his computer generated drawings hence the realistic drawings of decapitated body parts.
