2014 reading challenge!!!!

So have you challenged yourself to read # of books?
How many, and are there more or less than last year and why is that?

I have challenged myself to 45 books, I am not counting re-reading books in there, do you guys actually do that? I have more books than last year and less than the year before that. So far I have read 5 new books :)

Mine's 60. Last year's reading challenge I put my goal of 50 books and completed it by reading 51! So happy. I definitely want to challenge myself by kicking it up a notch to 10 more. But the REAL challenge is trying to overreact when I see So many new library books come in and BADLY wanting to check out most of them, but only checking out no more than 4 at a time.

My goal last year was 52 and unfortunately I only read 44 (which is still great for me!). This year I chose 40 because I'm getting married in May and I know that pretty soon my reading will have to slow down a bit. So far I'm already at 9 though :)

20 because I love books, but I don't think you have to read a certain amount to be a book worm, I like to enjoy my books...also I really want a reasonable goal that I'll have time to reach

I set a goal of 25 because I thought it was a reasonable goal and I don't have that much time to read as I used to because school. I already read 4, though! =DD

& I think counting books you're re-read is cheating but then again you're taking the time to read them so maybe that's okay... Hmmm its a toughie.

@amanda , im not counting them that Is why I am behind ;) I do wish thay you can add books you've already read to the currently reading thing without changing the actual date and stuff.. cuz now it just looks like I am lazy ( I am rereading almost my entire book collection XD)

So its almost the end of the year how is everyones goals doing? My is doing alright. I had to push it back to 200 then I'm shooting for 220. I don't think I'm going to make my goal of 365 though.

I finished mine of 50 but it was mostly because I've been reading a lot of comics lately.

I set my reading challenge late - around September, for 30 books. I'm finished in my 18th now, and I'll be catching up during the holidays!xx

I think mine is set at 70...about 15 books away. I have fallen off the wagon a little. I usually read the most at work but I got stuck watching gilmore girls on Netflix and just couldnt stop until it was over...and then my boyfriend started school so I've been trying to help with that...really busy!! I will finish the challenge though!
