Cannot add book cover

Hi. Am having problems trying to add a book cover to Mumma to Be.

Went into the book page> edit details> Its telling me I dont have the right permissions. Can you tell me how to change this please.

How do I change the permissions? Its only allowing me to edit the meta data.

Changes to an existing book can only be done by librarians.
